We like this location, because it is located inside the District at Green Valley Ranch.The service is always great and the lattes are always delicious. We are regulars at this location and never had any issues. Staff is great......very friendly, professional and quick service. I love their lattes. Absolutely the best hazelnut latte ! Never bitter, always the best. Very nice patio seating area. They don’t have drive- thru at this location.Definitely will be back and highly recommend this coffee shop!

I met Maira the other day for the first time and I was instantly in a better mood. The next day she welcomed me by first name and had my extremely complicated 3 drink order memorized after only meeting me once! Beside from my caffeine addiction, she plays a huge role in the experience and is the reason I keep coming back, along with the other amazing staff. What a nice nifty place to sit and have a cup of jo. I think because I live in the neighborhood. That this place has made our neighborhood much better. The first time I come off the armagosa trail and seen this place. I knew right away what a treat for our community this is. So thank-you for setting up shop in our humble little neighborhood. Youve really added a whole new dimension to the entire surrounding area. Thats right set up in a beautiful area. This place is quite the treat to enjoy. And its A beautiful shop you all have. My eyes light up each time I see your cozy shop. The entire area is so much better because you guys. Five gold stars to the best coffee shop within miles. Looking forward to having many cups of jo at this friendly location. I had one the other day and it was the best tasting coffee I have ever had. And the service was just as good. Im new to this location, due to relocating. My drink and muffin were very good but the customer service was very mixed. A couple employees were friendly but a couple were rude.

They dont make the Black Forrest Latte anymore!??. Idk WhY they would ax such an item, it was the one thing I couldnt get anywhere else and it tasted amazing, so I just wasted a drive out here. 😤That being said, this location is a good one. They have a nice outdoor area edging the shopping that has greenery and makes for a sunny peaceful spot to enjoy coffee. Too bad I have no reason to go here anymore. 😅😭

Very clean and organized. Service was quick and the drinks were great as usual. Coffee Bean is full flavored. I personally believe their Coffee is way more robust than Starbucks. Analogy: consider someone who cooks with a lot of great seasonings to someone who under seasons. Thats how I look at Coffee Bean, well seasoned.

I didnt get their names, but the two people behind the counter this morning were great. Both were very busy, but they gave great customer service.

Inside is closed, have to order by the door. Was not impressed at all by the customer service, pretty much non existent. Tried to figure out where to go in, and the barista was just sitting down inside watching, without offering any help. Finally figured out that you have to order right inside the door. When asked for the menu, the barista rudely stated its outside on the window.Needless to say wont be coming back, due to the horrible customer service.

I can only hope the general manager was having a really bad day, and her arrogant, condescending and patronizing demeanor is not typical. They had 2 tables outside, with 5 seats being used at one table and one seat left at the other table. I went in to order and they had about 20 outdoor seats stacked inside. I asked if I could have one to sit with my wife at the other outdoor table. “No, because of social distancing.” Huh? What? That makes no sense! “There are benches and chairs around you can use.” Thanks. This epitomized every stereotype of modern day coffee house employees. I will never return.

Always get good coffee here. There isnt a lot of sitting room, and it is in a pretty busy location. But you can get your coffee and go find other places to sit. Its fun just to people-watch sometimes.

I met, Jennifer, the Supervisor: Lovely!!She recommended the White egg spinach bites.They were fabulous.She was fabulous, friendly, polite and just all around amazing.Even though they were slammed, she literally took a moment to ask if I needed room for cream in my coffee.And directed me to behind the ordering area for the cream and sugar.💜💙Its nice to know, someone still cares.Shes a Keeper!!

So much better Quality than Starbucks! Most Employees are Super Nice here, Emily ROCKS! They make Great Drinks focusing on Happy Customers, but oddly most Supervisors here are NOT Customer Satisfaction Focused, they sweat every dollar so much they usually end up making your drinks wrong. A $5 drink with $2+ add-ons ends up more ice than drink. A $5 with nothing added actually ends up a better tasting blend, lol. I Love this place mostly because of the better quality and better pricing vs. Starbucks.

I live this place. As long as its kosher it will be my daily visit while I am there. Clean, nice and quick service. Food they serve (like burritos) can easily go bad but they are on top of it. I sample almost everything there over the course of a week and a half. Great food, great prices and service.

The District location in Henderson NV has the most power outlets, strong wifi, clean family bathrooms. Corporation of CB&TL hired consultant chefs to make a healthy and substantial Kosher foods both bakery and sandwiches.Awesome. This location cares about its staff and customers alike. Large dining room and outdoor seating.

Why arent there more of these than Starbucks? Have no idea. Hazelnut latte like no other hazelnut Ive had. Tea lattes better than any at Starbucks. Go here.

In my experience, coffee bean locations are always consistently good. This location loved up to that. Delicious Black Forrest (try it with dark chocolate) and I also got some tea! Leaps and bounds better than Starbucks with out fail!

Out running errands and wanted an iced coffee. It was a hot fall day and I was needing some caffeine. I googled coffee near me now, and this coffee place was the closest one. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, and made my drink quickly and like I wanted. Their restroom was clean and seating area was ample. I recommend anyone go there for hot or iced coffee, tea or snacks, as well as frozen beverages!

I wish that they provided glasses and mugs rather than using disposable cups for all orders. Also, coffee for sale was roasted over 3 months ago, which is not what I would expect for the price. Cold brew was tasty though.

The staff is kind, friendly and skilled. I miss my daily Niecey Teal Latte (cherry blossom tea, soy, extra powder, hot [or cold]), so on our way to an early appointment we swoop in-in a hurry. No problem, no issues.PERFECTLY prepared. I left feeling nostalgic.

This place is hit or miss, sometimes you get outstanding service, and others the service makes you not want to come back; this includes the beverages. I guess it depends in the mood of the person making the coffee, i guess today was a bad day for the barista. My vanilla latte was mocha and didnt notice until i got home and tasted it. Wasnt bad, just not what i ordered.Im giving them 3 stars because the service and my order were below average for this place. And its to bad because there are only a handful of these stores and i have to come to this one because its the closest to me.

Tried to exchange some unopened tea that I got for a gift that I cant drink because it has caffeine and was not able to because I didnt have a receipt.They told me to contact corporate so I did and no one contacted me back. Sad. Id love to try their herbal teas but likely wont be back.

I love coffee bean but there is no consistency and it is really frustrating. I get hot chocolate and only one person actually makes it decently, every other person either makes it super watered down or milky or even burnt tasting. It’s ridiculous considering the simplicity of the drink and sadly I have the same problem at every location.

Every time I order off of what their menu says, the barista goes out of her way to explain their sizes to me, telling me that the menu is wrong. Im constantly getting different sizes, one day the large is 30 oz, the next its 20 oz or whatever they want to give me. The hot drinks are also hit or miss, terrible, shame its the only coffee location at the district. Id rather buy drinks from Panera instead.

Ive been here 4 times and I always order a cold brew vanilla bean. 2 out of those 4 Ive been given a blended vanilla bean and I say hey it doesnt look too bad whatever, then I get in my car and drink in on my way home and its always horrible. I dont know why I keep accepting the wrong drink and I dont know why they keep giving me the wrong drink. Im frustrated with myself for always accepting this bs and Im upset they can never get the simplest drink right. Ive been to every cbtl in Las Vegas and this is my least favorite one. Wish this one didnt happen to be the closest to me

This was my first visit, it was on a Wednesday evening. Not that crowded. Staff not friendly or helpful. I ordered a hot chocolate and Swiss Miss has more chocolate flavor.

I thought this would be a nice coffee shop, because it is in a nice part of town. Its the opposite for 1 reason: the workers dont seem to give a damn about their job, like they just hate working there. There were crumbs all over the place because no one cares to sweep, and my coffee tasted like chemicals that left a poor taste in my mouth that I still cant get rid of; I wonder if they were so lazy they couldnt even clean the machines correctly. If you want real coffee with real service, try Sunrise Coffee on Sunset or Mothership Coffee Roasters on North Green Valley and Sunset. I have been to Starbucks with better customer service and attitudes than this Coffee Bean. I had been coming here for about 6 months, so this isnt a first time dissatisfaction with the service, but this was my LAST time coming here. If you actually defend or like this shop, you are missing out on ACTUAL coffee and service. Once again, try one of the two places I recommended above.

We ordered Moroccan mint hot tea. I am hoping we were given the wrong tea. If not, their version of Moroccan mint is basically watered down black tea. Not worth it at all.

Stomped into get there great Scottish Breakfast tea. I love that they have full leaf tea and it is for 12 to 16 oz mugs.

Pretty positive got food posioning from bad soy milk. Since my husband and I have been on the road traveling all day and ate the same thing, well except the soy in my coffee.🤔🤨 Emailed about it and spoke to manager. Just wanted to let it be known. But felt like it was more defensive. Apparently she checked all dates so its fine. Smh. Whos to say it wasnt left out or opened longer then it suppose to. So if you got soy drunk on Mon Feb 4 and felt Ill please let it be known. Her excuse was no one else had said anything.
