Saw the amazing reviews and tried this place for a quick study session. I was not disappointed!! Their coffee is amazing and this coming from a coffee addict! I think this is easily the best coffee I have had since moving to Henderson! I got a regular iced coffee but I am definitely coming back to try their others! Their mexican hot chocolate was also amazing with its very rich chocolate flavor!!!!!

Yes this wonderful little coffee shop has a full five-star rating and does not disappoint. I had the snickers Frappuccino or blended and an egg burrito. The egg sandwiches and burritos are a little disappointing only because they are pre-made and so can’t be altered but the coffee was fun and the vibe of the place is wonderful. Also the staff were all lovely and courteous.

Public Works Coffee Bar is a joke. If your going to enforce a rule in your building make sure you consider those who are exempt. Less than half the people in the building were in compliance and nobody said anything but yet they refused to serve a friend who is medically exempt.

Great atmosphere. Great service. I love coming in getting the espresso drinks and reading outside.

They discriminate against people with disabilities. My daughter whos 2 years old needed a water for her bottle and they refused to serve her because she didnt have a mask. My wife has a medical exemption because of her disability and they told her to go find a water fountain if youre that thirsty. From the reviews it seems like this has happen before with similar exceptions and even with an autistic person

Great coffee shop. They serve alcohol here and they have happy hours. Their nitro cold brew is pretty good. Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Henderson.

We were so amazed when we stumbled into this exceptional place! The coffee, latte, and chai latte are delicious. The food was definitely exceptional. My kids are fussy eaters ....and they loved all of it. We enjoyed the breakfast pocket, the bacon egg cheese and jalapeno biscuit and the kids begged for more croissant muffins with common sugar! We really enjoyed the games that were available as well! We are wondering if they cater? We understand that the quiche is their signature dish! We will definitely be back to enjoy!!

Fun place. Great coffee, great happy hour. Nice spot to relax, have tea, coffee, beer or other. Food is also good. Staff nice. I just wish better hours, but they know what works for business.

Theres so many reasons to come here. The quality of the drinks, the connections you make with the baristas and fellow customers, and the beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The food is fire, and made from local bakers and cooks. And the coffee beans are from Mothership Coffee Roaster. This place just gives a real sense of community. Favorite coffee spot in town!

Great atmosphere. Bright, natural light, neutral walls, high ceilings, great music, lots of space and plugs to work and have meetings. WiFi of course. A free teddy gram with coffee purchase. Nice and friendly staff, Good prices and local foods and coffee. Might be my new go-to spot. Got a lot of work done here.

Public Works is one of our favorite coffee places in the Vegas/Henderson area! Really friendly staff that make you feel welcomed and are intentional about remembering their customers. They have a great selection of drinks and can do iced, hot or blended options

50% of the people waking around Lifeguard Arena are walking around with no mask on. Yet this Communist ran company requires on for service. Hence I will never order below average coffe from this place. The Vegas Golden Knights organization should be ashamed to have this communist company representing them.

Really nice and welcoming staff. Great breakfast sandwich and tres leches latte was so good! Even gave me a free drink coupon because they took longer to get my sandwich. They were super nice! Thank you!

A wonderful place with fantastic food, unbelievable beverages, and even better staff. Can’t go wrong with anything but the Cuban Honey is delectable and I recommend the mushroom gruyere quiche.

I ordered the Matcha Honey Latte and my sister got the Cuban Honey Latte. Both were very good. We also ordered the Spinach Feta quiche, which we enjoyed. Its a nice spot to meet with friends or get work done. Will definitely return.

A great cup of coffee on Water Street just across from the Henderson Justice Center. During the colderMonths, stopping by Public Works after court has become a bit of a morning staple. The staff are friendly, make great suggestions, and checkout is quick and contactless. They recently started a punch card for the regulars and locals. I highly recommend the Cuban Honey and Turmeric Chair Latte, although I dont think you could go wrong with any of the specialities.

Very cool little coffee shop. Run by competent knowledgeable and friendly staff. The shop is marketed well and products are high quality and good. Only complaints I have 1. Parking is at a premium. I ended up parking on the main (busy) rd facing it and almost 2 blocks from the door. 2. It would be nice to see collectible items such as coffee cups and especially stickers marketed with the logo for the shop. Overall its a great experience and as Im moving to the area will become a frequent for my coffee needs!

Great place to get some work done. Almost skipped it because the photos looked like concept art and I didnt see any real chairs -- but in reality its a good spot! Not sure what the story is but it appears that an architecture firm built their office and decided to include a coffee shop for the benefit of the community. The whole place is rather hip and put-together; you feel like you might *actually* have gone in because youve got a building to put up...which strangely makes for a pleasant ambience. Good traffic and pleasant vibes without feeling too hip or self-conscious. Its possible these people know a thing or two about designing spaces ; )HUGE side room with table and multiple chairs out of the main traffic path - you could (and Im sure they do) have a giant meeting in there. Lots of light and electrical outlets. Free refills on strong black Joe but its more acidic than Id like. A small but varied selection of muffins, scones, cookies, plus some breakfast-sandwich type options if youre hungrier. The prices arent too bad, either. The place could use just one comfy couch.

Folks, Hederson is changing rapidly to a truly chic and hip, wonderfully clean and neat city.And public Works place is truly the testament to this new era.Even if it is out if your way, make it here and have coffee, and any of breakfast/lunch goodies- sandwiches or pastries. They are all goodStep aside Starbucks, this place is nice, friendly, beautiful smiling college students, taking care of your order. Its a cozy coffee shop that also serves beer and wine. They have a good selection of teas and yummy pastries, too. The staff is awesome.

Cool, hip coffee shop with pop-up waffles (maybe a one off). Very good coffee and helpful staff. We tried a quiche there - it was delicious. I also had an americano two ways - iced and hot and both were very enjoyable. The inside of this coffee shop is very trendy, yet still seems like a comfortable place to hang out. Liked it so much, we went back quite a few times during our stay.

Public Works is a fabulous local coffee shop in Downtown Henderson. Its often frequented by City employees and folks who live in the neighborhood. With a liquor license, PW is able to offer up local craft beer and also wine. My go-to drink is the Honey Matcha Latte. They have great pastries available, too!

I am in love with Public Works coffee. So much cheaper then Starbucks and way more tastier!Love the fresh local pastries that are delivered by local pastry shop as well. Clean, quiet relaxing atmosphere.

I go here for Americanos and in my opinion they got the best in town. Strong and flavorful. Owner is very nice and a cool guy to talk to and its amazing to see everyone come thru his place and he treats them all as a great host.

Wow! If this is direction Water Street is going, then sign me up to be here all the time. I can totally see a Dowtown Revival happening in this area.The shop itself is chic and cute. I loved the patio. Its very inviting to sit at because the shade it offers.I only tried an iced snickers latte and it was a little too sweet for my taste but Im excited to come back and try many other things.

Stopped in for my morning caffeine. Just did the school drop off nearby. I always appreciate quick service and a lack of a line. I must admit to being very coffee chain loyal. I did enjoy my mocha without the harsh bitter taste. My beverage was at the correct temperature that I ordered. Yes Im a big baby and cant stand piping hot coffee. I am positive I will be back to try more caffeinated beverages soon :)

Love this place. Modern interior design. Supports local businesses. Advertise in the table of business cards. Brew coffee must be a premium brand at $3.50 no refills. Everyone does refills. Hence the lower rating.RTC needs a direct bus route from Green Valley Pkwy and surrounding areas to get here. Otherwise, Boulder Highway Express drives on Water Street. Warm Springs bus to Boulder. I live on Pecos. $30 uber round trip. But like I said this coffee shop is incredible.

Absolutely! I stopped by for a quick couple minutes when grabbing some coffee the first morning I stayed in Henderson. I was in town to look at real estate and found this right before I started my day. Loved the Cuban Honey coffee and the baristas were so welcoming. Not only that, but I was able to take picture on their photo booth!

Just wonderful. They get their coffee from Mothership Coffee Roasters over near Green Valley Parkway and sunset which is also phenomenal. People love to Rave about their morning Starbucks but those people dont really like coffee. They like additives. I know that sound snobbish but when you have a real cup of coffee like they make at Public Works, you can really appreciate the flavor of the coffee and how serious they are about it. No offense to the Starbucks drinkers out there, but there is a better alternative for you. Plus, you get to help small businesses!

Not your ordinary coffee place! One of a kind, modern but comfortable. Privately owned, and it shows. Fast, friendly service and great coffee. Wine, beer are available if youre thirsty for something stronger. Check out the free community room, the art on the walls and the architects plans for the new face of the downtowns Southend.

Excellent coffee shop, fresh coffee, real matcha (albeit slightly old but still the best Ive found in the city), and great teas. The food is excellent and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Hands down one of the best shops in town!

Youll probably have an okay experience in this contemporarily-styled cafe with semi-friendly service. Unfortunately, theres a chance they wont have some of the items they say they do on their menu.We stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday, but experienced only disappointment when we were told they basically had none of the wraps, croissants, or substantial breakfast items they list on their menu.I sort of felt like I was being scolded for wanting the food items they list on the menu on their web site. They had an outside vendor making waffles, but $10 for a couple of waffles did not feel like a good value to me.

Super friendly baristas! A girl named Liza (i think) helped me and she was very friendly and made sure i was getting exactly what i wanted. i work at a coffee shop similar to this one and the espresso tasted great in my latte. Over all good experience!

These guys are great! We had a cortado, buffalo chicken wrap, cinnamon roll, orange cranberry muffin, and turmeric dirty chai. All were spot on. If we had more time then we would have made us of their ample comfortable space. It helped the guys were very patient and helpful considering I ordered lunch at about 7 AM... Cant wait to return and try more!

Staff was friendly and prompt. We didnt have any of the food prepared there, just pastries prepared elsewhere. The decor was welcoming and relaxed, industrial mixed with a touch of bohemian. Weather permitting, the patio looks very inviting.

Great vibe! When I mentioned that it was my first visit they made sure to ask questions to craft the just-right drink for me! Loved the atmosphere to just sit, read and sip without loud music or the rush to turn over the table. Will be back!

Everything was really good. I had the French press, it was delicious. The Cruffin was really good too, the flavor was consistent all the way through, yummy. My wife had the quiche which was amazing, even the hot sauce packet that came with it was premium, they skimped on nothing here.

I love the employees here! They are already friendly and ready with a suggestion on new items to try. Today I had the cinnamon roll. It was delicious, so was the blueberry fruit Danish!

This place has good coffee for an average price. As well as, all the specialty drinks youd expect at a coffee house. The biggest problem with this place is that they close at 2 p.m. on the weekends which is very inconvenient when Im looking for places to study. There arent any other decent coffee houses in the area that are open once they close. If their weekend ours werent bad enough, I came in on a Friday at 11 a.m. walked in through the door and an employee ask me to leave because they said they were closed for their company party or something. They do have holiday hours posted on their door but they stated they will be closed on the 14th from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. I came in an hour after they were supposed to be open and the door was completely unlocked.

I always get a cappuccino with either soy milk or half and half and it is consistently great every time. The location is quint and easy to access and the crew is beyond friendly. Theyve got trendy seats and a lot of space!

Hit Public works for a quick lunch while I was down on Water Street. So cool to have a modern building right downtown. Cool atmosphere, good coffee and the southwest wrap was pretty good!

Cool guys working the counter. Tres Leche coffee was killer tasty. Straight house coffee tasted a little burnt, but maybe thats just me.Will definitely go back, the environment was nice to sit and talk.
