So glad Ive found this place. Absolutely delicious avocado toast! They dont skimp on it either! The people here are very friendly and patient as you look over their menu. Great place for breakfast or brunch! They do take out as well!

Great study space in the back which was quiet except the temperature thing kept beeping drove me nuts…:) Lots of drink choices!!! I didn’t really like the green tea one I got but will definitely be back to try coffee and other drinks! I love the atmosphere!

Really nice girls working the counter, fun little place with good coffee options. They have golden lattes, and matcha for those that dont like espresso. They have oat, almond and coconut milk for alternatives. We got a creme brulee latte, salted caramel latte, and lavender matcha, all delicious! Get the butter crumb cake for an extra treat, it was scrumptious!

This place has good and friendly service, the drink selections are unique, and they introduced me to my new favorite snack...Greek Avocado Toast. The downside is I cant say Id ever go back as a repeat customer...for 2 regular drinks, 1 Avocado toast, and a Cesar wrap that was not good at all...my bill was about $35 and I was still hungry. The best thing I will take from the experience is that I have managed to mostly replicate the order I purchased at home (for way less $$$).

Low key environment for a chill study session, working remotely, or just hang out. Lots of room in the back as well (not pictured). They make some of the best lattes with lots of options Ive had in this city and it keeps me coming back. Staff is amazing. Tons of parking, minimal power outlets though. Some light snacks. They have alternative milks, but havent added Oatmilk yet.

Love the atmosphere and the selection of items. Would give five stars but takes about 30 minutes to get 2 items. If you visit, go with plenty of time.

The workers were really nice but this is quite possibly the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. Because there’s no matcha in it. Tastes of plain milk. Second time going there and the first time I had coffee which was okay. Won’t be back

We just stopped by here on our way to the Grand Canyon and let me just say WOW. The guy that we ordered with recommended the elderberry white mocha latte. I’m glad I trusted his judgement! We also ordered the Mexican toast with guacamole, pico, and cheese on top. Delicious! Well be back for sure!!

Been here twice. Ambiance is very cozy and home like. Had the Elivis and a hot Americana with cream and sugar. Also went for a passion fruit iced tea. Friendly staff and offer samples to help you make a decision. I will be back again.

Skimos is phenomenal!!! They are a small local business. Great customer service. They make you feel at home and taken care of. Inside it is spacious, cozy and has sophisticated atmosphere. Skimos is great for working, socializing or relaxing. The drinks and food items available are made to order, organic, amazing, great quality and delicious. A lot of healthier options here. They have almost any drink you can think of and more! I go here almost every day and work from home from here sometimes. The service and quality is consistent. I have to thank Skimos for being such a great asset to the community. These are the kind of coffee shops I crave and dream of...... As an artsy professional- its perfect. Good vibes, not pretentious, and classy!!! Great product . I dont know if matcha goes bad, but I know its not supposed to be brown, or taste like seaweed. Anyways, the matcha latte I got here was completely unpalatable. Also, in their golden milk they use vanilla instead of ginger, so its kind of like extra bitter instead of being a little spicy, and their golden chai tastes just like pumpkin. Their regular drip coffee is always real tasty, though.

Amazing, my wife and I wanted to find something that wasn’t Starbucks and she looked up Skimos. Service was quick and nice. Prices were a little inflated but it is so worth it! The guy at the register suggested their honey vanilla latte and I love it! My wife got a London Fog Tea Latte and was very impressed! We will definitely be coming back!

Everyone is very nice but they have no vegan options. I mean if you want plain Tea or plain coffee but what would I buy that for when I can make that myself? Just hoping the owner can get more with the times and offer options for everyone. No disrespect just my experience and opinion.

Skimo’s is a pleasantly invigorating place to relax and have your morning cup of coffee...nice soothing music that helps you to appreciate the sunrise as you view it through the front windows. There’s even a “back room” if you want more privacy or to be secluded. Photographs and original art work are a bit disjointed. The “No Outside Food” sign may bother some—especially the budget-minded. But, I like the community bulletin board where the locals post their business cards. Being new to the area, this is an invaluable resource! Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Im not usually near here, but stopped in for coffee and a bite to eat. I had a Churro coffee and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. The coffee was tasty and the wrap was super fresh. Ill definitely be back in next time Im in the area.

Really large but tasty cappuccino, great staff, fair prices, nice atmosphere, everything is perfect here except it‘s a little hard to find from outside and they only have two chairs outside, but maybe there will be more when the weather gets better.

The customer service was great, both people at the front were very informative, nice, and patient when explaining and accommodating our drinks to our taste. Especially since it was our first time trying out the menu. I really appreciated all the local art on the walls. The only downside for me and my gf was that the place was SUPER quiet. Too quiet to have a normal conversation. And only 1 table outside. So we didnt feel comfortable sticking around the shop to enjoy our coffee around all the people sitting around on their laptops. That being said its probably the perfect place for someone to study or get work done because of how quiet it is inside. The coffee was good. I would come back again to try another coffee blend from their menu because the menu had a bunch of different drinks to choose from.

I saw someone’s review about no vegan options. But we found plenty on the menu. I had a Cortado with oat milk, extra hot, and my wife had a Mexican mocha with almond milk. We also had the everything avocado toast. Coffee was strong and food did not disappoint.

Great coffee and even better service! Everyone working here was friendly, speedy, and knowledgeable. Their coffee is crazy delicious and smooth. Wife had the Irish Creme Custard and I had the Mexican Spicy Chocolate. Both were fantastic. They also had some breads (pumpkin, zucchini, cinnamon, and vanilla). Tried the cinnamon and it was tasty and not too sweet. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. If it’s busy, you might have a little bit of a wait, but it’s worth it.

I came back here for the second time today. Ordered a vanilla latte. $5 and some change. Yummy. Only suggestion would be to invest in two screens or a static menu because the screen changes too fast for me to see what I want.

Huge change of pace from major coffee stores. Quiet. Slow pace. At least in the morning. This store accomplishes a customer’s need for a delicate atmosphere to enjoy coffee.The staff are appropriately wearing their masks; covering their nose and under their chins, so try not to stress too much about catching something here. The dining area prioritizes the six feet principle such that you have so much room inside and dining outside as well for the cooler weather.This is my first visit here and it’s like visiting a friend that works at an office space. They offer you a cup of coffee and you sit and wait until your friend finishes up work. You don’t deal with the stress that the employees deal with. You just sit and observe. Listen to their concentration.The coffee I got was their cold brew with “some creamer.” It was out of awkwardness that I asked that way, but the barista gave me the right amount of “some creamer.” The cold brew was balanced in bitterness and nutty flavors. I’m glad I had some creamer in because my tastes does lean more toward the bitterness, but this was a considerably strong brew.I would recommend visiting this shop any time their open solely because it’s better to come when there isn’t much customer flow. However, that doesn’t detract from the flavor of their coffee. I think this is going to be a regular spot for me. Look out for more reviews I guessNote: Four stars because I don’t have enough experience here. I intend on visiting again though, I really do appreciate this stores approach on customer experience.

The coffee was good, and the service was friendly...but just be warned, the employees arent wearing their masks properly. Under chins and under noses. The Manager/Owner was there and very much aware of his employees not following the mandatory protocols. He didnt seem to care.

These people are passionate about coffee. They do a bunch of specialty drinks, but they source some pretty amazing coffees that are meant to be drunk without additives or flavorings. Food items are great as well. If youre in the area, its definitely worth stopping here.

Seriously some of the best coffee Ive ever had. They have a wide variety of flavors for their specialty coffees and every single one Ive tried has been delicious (especially the mexican mocha). Friendly service, but I ordered a vanilla latte and it does NOT taste good. I cant even taste any coffee flavor. Tastes like warm vanilla milk. There are lots of good reviews, so not sure what happened with mine.

Coffee was so smooth and delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their process and ingredients. Big open store, plenty of places to sit, very clean, good prices... My only criticism is that they need bigger sizes because the coffee is so good 😫. Maybe add a 24 oz or at least offer Me a bucket-full so I can just drink it all week lol. Well be back asap!

We make a habit of coming in every weekend and grabbing a couple drinks. Love a blended white mocha and the Fuzzy drinks. The cold brew is delicious as well! Owners are awesome, and working in-shop nearly every time we have been in.

I ordered a Brownie mocha and my ex ordered a raspberry frappe, both were DELICIOUS! Mine had pieces of brownies inside, every sip was pure goodness and some places when you get to the bottom of the drink, there is a lot of flavorless slush left but this was not like that at all.The place was super clean too, always a plus.The only negative I would say is the cup sizes, like most places, just too small! Get another size

They make custom handcrafted coffee and espresso beverages and are always coming out with something new. They can tailor a drink to personal preferenc, and they know mine by heart! Ive been waiting for a place like Skimos to open up in Henderson. Amazing coffee, fresh pastries, and plenty of seating and outlets galore! I havent had anything I didnt like, and Ive made my way through half of the menu by now.The atmosphere is perfect for any crowd. The owners are super welcoming and really aim for quality. The back room is a haven for studying while the front is great for catching up with friends over some good Skimos. Will be back often!

Absolutely LOVE this place! My fiancé and I have been coming here for almost 2 years. Skimos has always been our go-to for a cute date, when we want something sweet or a nice treat for after the gym since it is so close. We will continue to support Skimos rather than any other big Corp coffee shop for their hospitality & great customer service! Came across Skimos while I was waiting for my dog to get out of the vets office a block away. The best and most important thing about this place is the great service and COFFEE! Its very clean and spacious. It would work great for groups and meetings. Its located in a shopping center so parking would never be an issue.

One of the best coffee places I have every been to! It is run by an awesome couple that exemplifies customer service. They grind the coffee right before brewing and make sure it is done right. They serve coffee the way it should be - with attention to the smallest detail. Why would anyone go to Starbucks or the Coffee Bean after coming to this place?

Just a great coffee shop! Great coffee aroma, amazing taste and good background music to enjoy your drink and snack. I tried the Dulce de Leche Hot Coffee and it was perfect! I have tried the same flavor in other coffee shops and they werent even close as good as this one.

Good coffee but consistently horrible service. Don’t stop here if you don’t plan on spending more than a half hour waiting for your drinks. My husband and I have been in several times when it wasn’t busy (for example, we were 2 of 4 customers.. and the other 2 already had their coffee) and it takes anywhere from 20-30min for them to make 2 simple lattes. My husband and I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but after a handful more times of the same wait and service we will never come back again.

I found this coffee shop and tried the coffee and a couple of other drinks, amazing service and great drinks. Its a newer, small coffee shop and very clean and modern looking inside. They come out with new drinks called Skimos that are really good. Chocolate, mango, etc. are my favorite flavors.

My gf and I always drive by this place and we decided to stop in last week. Have been there twice and the coffee was amazing. I got a hazelnut iced coffee and it was so creamy and perfect. Not too sweet and not too bitter, the way coffee should be. Also very affordable. My new favorite coffee place.

Great service, good coffee and food. I travel for work and Im always in the lookout for a temporary work space. They have a comfortable space in the back, away from any distractions and they never shout your name. They bring your order to you. Its just a peaceable place to go.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and got my almond milk latte. Was it the beautiful foam art? Or perhaps the pleasent smooth jazz? Oh! Or what about the super rad and friendly staff? Well id say it was the whole package. Hand made food and a genuine smile goes a long way to make your day. Please give Skimos a try, I promise you come back for more!

So very happy I found this place. They treated me like a human being and not a sale, which is in stark contrast to the typical Vegas experience. My coffee was excellent and came much faster than I expected. I was genuinely thanked for my business and proceeded to go about my day a little happier thanks to Skimos.

The people working there were more friendly after they knew I was a first-timer. Nice decor and looked to be a good selection of pastries. It was a little warm in there. I got a pumpkin spice latte which was good. I had them add a shot of espresso. Which as they are doing that, this guy is telling me its the equivalent of 4. He said they are all doubles thats why they are a $1.50. Maybe I miss understood him. But its at least 2. I didn feel jittery thankfully but it did take away from the flavor of the pumpkin spice. That would have been really good on its own. It wasnt just a pump of syrup which was good. I ended up paying over $7 for a 16oz coffee though. I would be willing to try them again. I think it may have been better to educate me before I ordered though. Instead of during the process of helping make my coffee. The price point is a bit high. But I dont go out for coffee very often so I could be wrong there.

Nice little trendy-type coffee shop. Lots of options for drinks, both hot and cold, and some bakery treats. My biggest complaint: couldnt get just a cup of coffee. Lots of fancy versions of coffee, but sometimes, you just want a cup o joe.

Just recently came across this coffee shop and I absolutely love it! From the great variety of drinks (that are superbly delicious btw, best Ive tasted in the valley and Ive tasted a lot of coffee) to the pleasant ambience, its a place Ill be visiting many times in the future. Also, just want to thank the owner and the staff for letting me spend some long afternoons studying there. You guys are awesome at what you do and I absolutely recommend Skimos to anyone looking to try someplace a whole lot better than Starbucks.

I work right next door from them and I come in every day for my usual hazelnut frap. Its always delicious. Cheaper than Starbucks and WAY better coffee and staff. They treat me like a good friend, not just a customer. I love this place!
