Arjay did it again and got us just what we were looking for! I wasnt in the market for a new car, but after seeing and driving the ID.4, it was really hard to resist. With the tax credit, included maintenance and charging for the next few years, it was a no brainer with the cost factor. Just made so much sense after I really sat and factored everything. Plus, now I can safely and securely charge my car at home and not worry about going to random gas stations. It brought me a whole new level of peace of mind. I thank the entire team who helped us, including Arjay, Laura, Chris, and Monica. Thank you!!

I had a really great experience at this dealership. My car is very new and had a minor battery issue. Nothing major. So I called Findlay VW to see if they could help. Service representative Evelyn helped me over the phone and told me to bring the car in the same day right away. When I arrived at the location Evelyn actually helped me through the entire process. Not only was she friendly she was able to give me top notch service. She even recommended service of an oil change and wash that I was totally unaware that I had included with the purchase of the car. She was great and made the process so much easier than any other dealership I had ever had my car serviced at. I will only go to Findlay VW from now on. 5 star service from beginning to end.

I brought my 2012 EOS in to have the computer reset after changing the battery, and to be ‘smogged’. The next day I got a message that it needed $5,000.00 worth of repairs [it runs just fine]. They did do one part under warranty, which I appreciated, but they wanted $1,000.00 for rear shocks, when they are $250.00 online, and it takes about an hour to replace. Really this a ‘typical’ dealership repair experience. That’s why there are so many independent mechanics…

Simon was our sales guy. He helped us with getting our son his first new car. He was very knowledgeable on all the cars we looked at. He never pressured our son to get the best of the best. He did show us the bottom and middle grade of the Passat because we asked. We ended up asking him to see the R Line. My son loved it and that’s what we drove away with.

I gave them a month after the sale to make things right before I left a review but I haven’t heard anything so. This is the worst Volkswagen dealership period. The salesman was terrible, completely incompetent and no knowledge of Volkswagen to speak of. No customer service, my wife went on a test drive in 110 degrees, didn’t offer water but made sure to let her know he’s leaving at six. My wife even went back to speak to the manager. No manager apparently is available in the middle of the day, hard to believe but ok. No follow up call, not even to see how the car is just a terrible place all around. If it was a certified VW I would of gladly spent the time to drive to Phoenix. Save your money and a headache go to another dealership.

The service departments strategy for fixing a car is to get you to GIVE UP and buy a new car instead so they dont have to do their job. We had over $8000 worth of work done on our car. Every repair was $1000-$2000 to perform and Every time, they said theyd tested it and it was fixed and EVERY time, we got it home and it hadnt been improved AT ALL!!! We asked for parts to be returned to us and they refused. We asked for proof that the parts they replaced were bad. Nope. We asked for managers. Nothing.The worst mechanics ever!! First, you should look at all the class action lawsuits filed against VW. Then you should realize that your car will almost HAVE to be serviced by the dealership mechanics. Then you should note that the mechanics are SO BAD, theyll replace anything, sell the broken part without giving you a chance to verify that it was bad, then when it doesnt fix the problem, theyll say something else is wrong, replace That part, charge you an enormous amount and the process repeats until theyve gone WAY over the blue book value of the car.The worst part is that we took the car in for repairs when it was still under warrantee and they refused to fix it. The engine would suddenly shut down and not restart for an hour. Every warning light on the dash would light up and tell us to pull over. We took it in right away! They insisted Nothing was wrong with it until.... yes and this is the slimy part... until the warrantee was expired... then, all of a sudden, they need to replace a half dozen $1000-$2000 parts .... theyve had my car for MONTHS....charged me over $8000 and the car still isnt fixed.Yes, I know. I should have just cut my losses and scrapped the car, but each time Id already paid for each previous repair and they would say, just one more... Ive maxed out my credit cards... the car isnt even paid off yet... and the car still doesnt work... the mechanics response... Whatever... we cant do anything about it... And No One at VW anywhere cares at ALL about whats happened to us.Beware!! Before you buy your VW from anywhere!!! Please please please buy something else - anything else!!

WOW.After a terrible experience at a local Chevy dealership last month, my husband and I really started to look outside of the box. My biggest desire was a 3rd row, without giving up good gas mileage, we found that when we started looking into the Tiguan. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Clete, who was wonderful and patient with all of my questions. He then got me in touch with our salesman, Ryan Kayser! This guy right here, a rock star! He was so helpful, positive, and made the entire process really incredible. We had mobile communication all day, until I was able to get to the dealership. Once I was there, he was immediately doing everything possible to get us what we wanted for the amount we wanted. He went to bat for us! I also appreciated his wholesome chatter about his children and father, it really warmed my heart, while also calming my nerves. He was an absolute gift to us. Then came Johnny, the finance king! What a wonderful human being. He also went to bat for us, and got us into our car at a payment that far exceeded our expectations. Im so incredibly thankful for the people of Findlay VW for putting the excitement back into car buying for my husband and I. We are so excited to now part apart of the VW community! We plan on telling all of our friends and family to look into Findlay VW.

We made an appointment at 11am on 7/2 for a routine 10,000mi service. It was just supposed to be a quick oil change and tire rotation, which doesnt take more than a half an hour. We were told initially they were behind and it might be a couple hours and that was fine. After three hours, we were told it wasnt even started yet and that it would be another hour and a half. We were told that they dont do appointments for oil changes and it is first come, first serve (despite making an appointment for it over the phone initially) and that there had been seven cars ahead of us. We were not informed of this over the phone or upon dropping it off. Whoever made this policy really needs to clarify or re-think it because we otherwise would have waited almost five hours for just a routine service.I do want to say, the service representative we worked with was Angel and she was incredible through the whole process. She was very apologetic and accommodated us as best she could.

Me and my hubby made an appointment for oil change. We came on time and the rep told us it’s going to be 10 hours waiting time!!!! She said we’ll need to leave the car … it’s an OIL CHANGE - Are you joking?!We told the rep we have an appointment, we came on time … she basically told us they don’t do appointment for oil change – but guess what, we did it on their website - What’s the point to make an appointment???Such a waste of our time, of course we went and will never come back to a business who doesn’t respect their clients time. Wish I could give them zero stars. Will most definitely not recommend this business.

Wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Findlay Volkswagen in Henderson. I live in Florida and this dealership was able to help me select the right Atlas trim and have it delivered right to me all for a great price. Melisa was patient (I ask a lot of questions) and very knowledgeable about the SUV and trims. All of the paperwork was sent to my house via a notary for me to sign. Melisa was also available to answer questions even though it was extremely early in LV due to a different timezone. When I met the truck at a close rest area my SUV and paperwork were ready to go. After the sale the dealership was able to provide me what I needed to register the car in Florida and even sent me back a small refund for title charges that were over collected. Purchasing a vehicle from so far away can be scary but I felt 100% confident in Melisa and her team at Findlay VW. Would absolutely purchase from them again and recommend to friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chris ran numbers for multiple cars as RJ showed me the cars and allowed me to see the different cars that would work best for me. Even when I left they still ran things for me to make sure it would work before coming in and sitting awhile since the process takes a bit. I found the pre sale communication here during inquiries for a new ID4 so much better than another dealership. We did get lucky with a preordered id4 getting cancelled that I could purchase right away and was respected from start to finish. I almost had to ask them at the end to buy the car because there was zero pressure and questions were answered. Even suggested I call with questions after the sale. A little snafu on late night financing was addressed and worked out in my favor when they proactively contacted me to get it fixed. Ryan our sales id4 specialist was fantastic, and others there also made me feel very comfortable. I have another id4 for another family member preordered as well.

Let me start off by saying that my purchasing experience was very pleasant. The gentleman that helped me purchase my dream car, a 2017 Chevy Tahoe, did a great job. I did my homework and shopped around. Findlay Chevrolet even offered to buy the vehicle off Findlay Volkswagen so we could purchase it from them instead and we declined. It’s very disappointing that the same loyalty we showed was not reciprocated when we needed it.1 month into owning my dream car, the battery died. I had purchased the warranty for it so I called in and they asked me to take the car in so they could replace the battery. Easy enough process. I tipped generously and went on my way. I didn’t expect to have battery issues for a while, but I was very wrong. 2 days ago my SUV would not start. I tried jump starting it and it wouldn’t turn on. I called Findlay Volkswagen and they told me twice to reach out to Findlay Chevy, which I did. Findlay Chevy said they would need to run a diagnostic and set up a tow for my truck. I get a call from the technician working on my truck and get told a new battery is needed to run the diagnostic. Since the battery was replaced in December, I figured I could just get it replaced through Chevy Volkswagen. When I called in, Jeff who proclaimed he was the manager, told me I would have to have my car towed to them for the battery replacement then towed back to Findlay Chevy. What!!? I told him this was ridiculous. While I was getting this information, the technician called again and told me when my original battery was replaced, the new battery was a cheap battery and “they should’ve known/done better”. I told Jeff to give me a credit instead of a new battery, because they insisted on replacing the battery with the same brand. After spending close to $53,000.00, I figured this would not be an issue. I even offered to go buy it myself and send them a receipt for reimbursement. After a 30 minute conversation, I was told the best they could do was replace the faulty battery that failed me twice in 6 months with the exact same one.I will be purchasing the battery recommended by Findlay Chevrolet to ensure a reputable battery is placed in my vehicle. This should’ve been done originally, but Findlay Volkswagen tried to save some costs and put a cheap battery in my car that caused this ordeal. I am so disappointed in their customer service. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I booked an oil change weeks in advance. I show up to the service lane behind two cars. Once the person finished with them, she walked inside. 10 mins go by and no one comes out. The two cars behind me get out and walk inside. I walk in and I was apparently supposed to walk in. My first time here, so my mistake for not reading the invisible signs to walk in. After the two ppl with no appts get helped, I was told that my 430 appt isnt valid and is merely a suggested time that holds no value. Im told this dealership is first come first serve. So why have a website, if appointments are not honored? I was told that the website sometimes lets multiple time slots be booked, the manager was notified of the glitch, and I should come on a random morning and drop it off for the day to see if they can get it done. I worked at multiple dealerships and can honestly say I havent seen such poor customer service and contradictory messages.

Im from the NW corner of Washington state and I was gonna push the easy button and work with a local dealer and Jessica asked if there was anything she could do to get this car into my driveway. Obviously price will always do that and she went to work and the team at findlay volkswagen saved me more than enough on the car to fly down to vegas and drive back. Jessica was extremely helpful through the process as buying out of state and over the phone is alot different then in person. Bob and Justin are amazing and super friendly service reps. they can turn a bad situation into a good one and help talk you thru what’s going on. Even the service manager Jeff was awesome we had are kids with us and he offered them some ice cream to help cool them down and keep them calm even one of the female reps even gave them some cars stickers and they were loving it. Stopped by to get the fuel pump gasket replaced on my Passat while on a road trip. Had asked them to check the alignment on my tires as well. Gasket got replaced but nobody called me to tell me it was done. Service dept was disorganized but I assume because they were so busy.Nearly had all four tires fail because metal was showing through on the inner sides, but nobody bothered to check the tires like I had asked. Could have been a really bad situation. Disappointed that I wasnt notified that something that dangerous was going on with my car as well, leads me to believe they didnt do any kind of inspection or offer to upsell service besides an oil change.

First they told me about everything wrong and suggested a Plethora of unnecessary repairs, tried upselling me on rotors when my rotors are fine and I just needed pads. Had both my engine cooling fans replaced, and at first was quoted 1300 dollars, then 1500 after tax, and when I come to pick up my car now its 1700?In what world does after tax mean an added 200 dollars out of nowhere? I paid for it and left and when I get to my car the outside is dirty. I mean they comped an oil change for me but apparently cannot wash my car after. Dont waste your time here, if you have a mechanic Id have them look at it first before coming to this dealership.

Excellent service. Andy Lammers, Service Advisor, provided the service I requested on this visit. He suggested the 30,000 miles checkup be done at this time, but based on the extremely low mileage driven each year, he suggested it be done at 39,000 miles. He is extremely personable and at tentative to all questions asked.

I reached out to the GM, Melisa Eichbauer, looking for a new model to the VW brand. She put me in touch with Ryan Kayser, the specialist for the electric car. He has been the BEST person to assist me with my purchase (I really don’t like the term care salesman). He kept me up-to-date with everything going on with inventory and making sure I was satisfied with my selection. He spent as much time as I needed test-driving and answering questions. He has a calm and cool disposition and not pushy at all. Most importantly, after the sale he was not hasty or did not make me feel rushed. He helped me transfer my stuff into the new vehicle, including a heavy car seat in the LV valley summer heat. He continued to review features with me. I have never had this great of an experience until now. Shout out to Melisa for her leadership and to Ryan for being so awesome!

I was out of state when my vehicle broke down. Contacted Trent at Findlay Volkswagen to get vehicle taken in on Tuesday. Trent my service consultant who went beyond my expectations. I was running out of my medications, had to get home for 2nd vaccine shot on the following Tuesday, and can’t drive at night due to cataracts. My vehicle was fixed on Friday, 3 days earlier then promised! I was able to be home by Saturday. I will recommend Findlay Volkswagen to family, friends and anyone.

I have been using the service department here for years and recently had them do a major overhaul on my beloved Beetle (2012 - 140,000miles). Excellent service and am happy with the result, as always. First thing I did as soon as my car was fixed was take her out for a gorgeous desolate desert drive.
