Other then a Lack of loaner cars which use to be a Beautiful thing. My XT5 has 80,000 miles And God knows I push that SUV to its limits BUT Brian Service advisor keeps it running like the first day I got it brand new. The thing I like about this dealer as opposed to the other dealer on the other side of town is Findlay actually listens to your concerns and addresses each and every one of them, attention to detail is off the chart.

Was NOT pleased to learn that when trying to book an appointment on a day they would have a loner available, they called me back saying I would have to pay a whopping $350 for diagnostics and the loner. After having a bad experience with a Buick dealership the last time we bought a car, the team at Findlay was helpful, friendly and really worked to figure out the best plan for our needs.

The service manager Travis treated us with kindness and respect, I would go to them for any repairs on my Cadillac for sure!

Brought my CTS Coupe in because the electronic micro door switch would not release the door to open. The part is held on the side of the door with two screws and it is connected to the system with a small push on plug. Total time to replace the switch probably would take less then 15 minutes. The part cost $30.00. Total bill was $306.00. I heard of milking a job but 2 hours, $270.00 is a bit high.

Very disappointing service, my 2016 Escalade Platinum has been to the dealership about 4 times for vibration/shudder issues. They performed a transmission relearn which didnt work. I was then told I had 2 bent wheels, so I got new wheels, and the same issue continues. Plus I got the old wheels checked out and ofcourse they werent bent. I take my truck back to the shop, I go pick it up and noticed 2 of the new wheels I bought were damaged. Im still waiting on the fix for that, its been over 2 weeks. Back to the vibration I been reading the issue is the torque converter, I cant even get them to look at mine Im still getting the run around. The service guy Brian continues to lie to me, he never calls when he says he will, I was told the service manager looked at another issue I was dealing with which wasnt true because when I went to show them the damage to my wheels, Brian was explaining to the manager about the previous issues I was having, the same issues I was told the manager knew about already. My ac condenser started leaking, it was repaired under warranty, a month later coincidentally my ac compressor went out $1600 later its fixed. So my truck still shakes, my wheels are still damaged, I been lied to, there is more but I think I said enough. This is my 1st review ever i hope it helps someone trying to decide on vehicle or dealership.

I have been coming here for years dropping employers vehicles off for services, always in and out no problem with a loaner car after providing personal insurance. Come in today to drop the Escalade off and the loaner car lady was rude and saying that they will not loan a car unless my name is on the insurance of the car being dropped off They have made it a real inconvenience and frustrated my employer and myself. Bad decision.
