The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I had to go back so many times with so many different managers. Juan finally got it right and did the repair at the right price. If you just talk to him, youll get a good price.

Pablo is awesome. I brought my car in because my power steering went out. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I left with my car up and running smooth, and feeling like Ive been friends with him for years. A very good guy, will be bringing my business back to him if I ever need to.

Avoid at all costs! Even if you have a problem the managers AND district manager doesn’t seem to do much about any of the complaints they receive. Waste of money to go here.

They are so attentive and reasonable prices. Very fast service and only $10 for a Smog Check. My go to spot now.

I took my Kia Optima Hybrid to this location to get a diagnosis for an oil leak on 3/1/21. I was called by the manager and was told I needed my oil pan gasket replaced, intake manifold and oil filter housing replaced and an engine flush. All in all he said it would cost me $1100.I couldnt afford that so my mother-in-law and I went to pick it up. As we were waiting for the car, a mechanic came up to us and told us that NONE of that needed to be repaired and to take it to another mechanic and let them know to check the engine oil dipstick. However, I was still so afraid to take it in to find out it would be way too expensive.Eventually, we took it to Towbin Kia and they diagnosed my car completely different! Turns out the mechanic was RIGHT! The USA manager was trying to upcharge us for repairs that didnt need to be done. The oil pressure switch was leaking. They fixed it for free. My car is perfect now!Please be careful and never trust what a non-mechanic manager tells you. The truth is NOT on their agenda. I am truly grateful for the mechanic that spoke up to let me know. I lost $50 for this FALSE diagnosis by USA Auto. I dont want this horrible experience to happen to anyone else!

This place tried to trick me into believing that my car needs more than it did, and over charge me. I took my car some place else and they said I didnt need anything at all.

Girl at reception highly unprofessional and terrible !! Was both on phone AND talking with customer in front of her ! Who does that !!? It wasnt even busy at 10 am in morning. Very unbusinesslike ! Will not use if I were you. Their smog machine was broken 2 years in a row ! Bad business😡

Had service done to my Excursion to get my ac repaired before a trip on 7/7/20. Was told it was the blower motor, no problem. Received a call several hours later and was told it was also the condenser was in need of replacement. Total was $1018.37. They called several hours later and said it was all fixed. When I picked it up and drove home the blower was not blowing as hard nor as cold, so I turned around and drove back to the shop to ask what did I just pay for. Was told by the manager that his 2 techs didnt communicate to him that there was more repairs needed or notes made and that he would finish the job tomorrow and I explained to him that I was leaving for 2 weeks, he says bring it in when I get back and hell finish the repair. Fast forward to today, 7/21/20 @ 8AM and the manager pretended not to remember ever saying that, but he will honor it anyways. Received a call around 3 oclock 7/21/20 telling me his electrician went home sick and to bring it in the next day. Got in my excursion and now the rear blower isnt working. When asked for a refund to take it somewhere else, was told no refunds given and an email for complaints. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!

Went in for an oil change.Good price.Sat there for 20 min not a single person was working on anything.In fact the guy out in the shop seems to have left for some reason. The receptionist was the only other person here.Since they seem not to have much of a plan on working. I also left.

I love this place Everytime I come they are fast and efficient and never try to sell you auto repairs that arent needed!!! Don let me know there would be a little wait he was spot on with his timing he didnt want me waiting any longer than needed since my kids were with me... There prices are always great and they even have coupons to help out a little more! They also make sure you understand what is needed for your vehicle and even show you what the problem is, I highly recommend this place!!

Went in to go smog my car and when it got rejected for smog the manager let me know what I can do to get it to pass and I followed every step. They are awesome and friendly and very helpful in getting my car smog to pass.

Stay away from this place for anything other than an oil change or smog. Their incompetence is astounding. Same with the one further north on Boulder Hwy.

This place is totally rip off they charged me $300 to fix my ac didnt fix it I was told I need ac hoses they told me that if I buy the hoses they will install it at no charge then they told me my ac compressor is not good they gave me estimate for $1,149 00 they installed and still no cold air went back this is about the senev time I was told to take it to another shop and have them check it for me so I ask for my money and they call the police on me I olso call the police so now I list $1 449.00 no ac Im doing small claims court on this guys warning the will still your money.warning warning warning.

Total Rip off!! Do not use USA Auto!! Came in to fix A/C and almost 2 weeks later, they tell me they need another $500?? Wont tell me for what. They didnt fix what I went in for and now they wont give me my money back

So bad did not even check sparkplugs gap before putting them in. Went to my mechanic he checked and said thats basic 101 spark plug change. Dont go here

Horrible mgr ordered air conditioner assembly and resister almost 3 weeks ago its been 110 to 115 and still no parts installed might get some results tomorrow we will see i got the excuses of the corona to the parts were delivered to the wrong store and nobody knew who they were for in the last year put a little bit of money into #7 into 2 vehicles and also the USA store further down boulder hwy these stores are convenient for my family cause they r in the neighborhood
