Keith is amazing! When you bring your vehicle in with the engine light on it could be many things and cost lots of dollars. The times I have brought it in I’ve had nothing but honesty and have never felt taken to the cleaners and got A1 service! A huge plus considering as women always feel like we’re being taken advantage of and paying too much money for something that doesn’t need to be done I would recommend Premier Auto for all your engine needs!!!

I take my 2017 Lexus and 2014 Charge to Premier Auto for oil changes and anytime the charger isnt running the way it should. They are always helpful in telling me if I need something like new tires soon and they explain to me what is going on in terms I can understand. The prices they charge are great. Being a woman I have always worried about if Im getting good information or being overcharged. I never feel that way here as they are friendly, helpful and genuine. I would recommend them for sure!

When I am told by the dealership I need $5,000.00 worth of repairs, Keith will always give me an honest assessment of what is actually needed. Keith and Lore care about their customers and make sure I am always taken care of. Not only are these owners honest as mentioned, they are so great on cost! Best place to repair your car or do maintenance. Been going here for almost 10 years. You wont get cheated by mechanics. If you ask them to replace a part, they wont replace it unless they believe it should be replaced.

I have taken many cars to this shop and they are the best. Keith is like a Jedi Knight in the way that he can search for a car’s problems by barely touching it. It is like his father was actually a Toyota Tundra. They even work on my Jag.

Avoid at all costs. After following their instructions to drop vehicle in a designated parking space after hours my vehicle was towed. After returning from vacation they never contacted me once they retrieved the keys and note I dropped in their drop box. UNBELIEVABLE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

They got me in quickly and saved me $200 compared to another quote. Highly recommend.
