I have brought several packages for shipping and come find out that some packages were tampered with and items removed and sent with no items. I know it’s them because if it was the post office, I would receive email on them removing my package. It is One of the new employees. The owner is very nice, kind and considerate. But this one employee, a young Man believes these items are his. I plan on speaking with the owner and removing my PO BOX that I pay for about $200 plus because my packages are big. I can find another mail depot to go to. I am so very mad at this DEPOT. They have been loyal for over a year and then they bring in new employees and this happens

PRICE GOUGING !!! ON FLAT RATE BOXES. ALMOST DOUBLE PRICE. I took a flat rate shipping box thats suppose to ship for $13-$15 Dollars. This place charged me $25 dollars !! $10 more to ship from them. I called and the lady said theres a service fee. Sounds like a bunch of 🐂💩 to me. There making a profit on hard working people.

Raj and the staff are absolutely great at Mail Depot Plus! I have been doing business with them for years and have always had a wonderful experience. The service here is superb. I have been using this service for at least 3 years, so I speak from experience. The atmosphere and music is very appropriate. Personnel are knowledgeable, pleasant, and very friendly. This business is an important element in our community.

Asked the lady if I could borrow her whiteout and she pulled open her drawer, (as she was doing so I came in eye contact with the white out) she then shut her drawer and said she didnt have any and that I could cross it out or buy one for 3 dollars. 25 cents for 1 copy, not sure if thats how it is all over but seems high. And she forgot to give me my stamps. And no receipt to show proof that I paid for them.

Came in today to mail an envelope. No credit card transactions under $10.00 cash only? Asked to be charged a penalty fee. Nope, cash only. Credit is an acceptable form of payment. Lost my business.

Absolute WORST costumer service!!!!!!!!!!! I went in there with a vary large item and was looking to spend $184.11, in shipping, I asked several times if there was anything cheaper, they never answered my question so than me and my fiance waited as the girl walked around the store ignoring us when the manager came up and didnt even take one look at my fiance, then proceeded to ask if he had been helped when he replied with i am just waiting for my items she then puts her hand up and moves her hand in a shooing motion and rolls her eyes! We where not greeted when we came into the store and it was not a happy environment as for the girl rolling her eyes at us! I took my money else where! Will never get business from me or my family and friends! & I will be contacting her manager!

I do not know whete people get this Asolutely Terrible Service attitude. We have been doing business there for 3 yrs. with NO PROBLEMS ever! Now, I have seen people go in with attitude with the girls and they do not tolerate rude, obnoxious customers! Neither do we!We give them a FIVE and say THANK YOU for ALL the great customer service you girls give out Even when those RUDE, OBNOXIOUS ones come in!! Completely unprofessional. They ask you to sign in and then after waiting 40 minutes they take walk in customers ahead of you for some unknown reason.
