This is a great place! We needed some nice cheer signs for a sporting event yesterday and they were able to print some last minute for me. I love this place and I miss it and the employees and owners.They took me in and gave me a job when no one else wanted to. They are very friendly people and go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!They have been doing this business since I was born 29 years ago and they are still going strong while some competitors went out of business.They came through when I needed a notary when my own bank didnt even know what they needed to do with THEIR notary.Faith is very patient and Jim knows his stuff.I hope this helps future customers and I hope you give them a chance and keep coming back!

Said they are a ups drop off point but wouldnt take a return with a ups printed label. Said it was because of an amazon return with a qr code, but all ups labels have qr codes. Told me I needed to report the item as a website error to get the thing they could ship, but its the same label once its delivered from them. Drove across town in the heat to find out I could have gone to the one next to me, wont be shipping anything from here in the future.Edit: Amazon sent me a prefilled shipping label and said to bring I to a drop point. I told you it wasnt a simple qr code on the phone. Happy you responded, but still entirely avoidable.Edit 10/16 went back to print the label they said they needed and was going to charge 3 dollars to print an amazon return label after waiting on her for 15 minutes. Will only be coming back to close the po box we had there.

First time utilizing this store for sending item certified mail. The gentleman that assisted me was polite, kind, and asked questions aimed to assist in the mailing process. The customer centric experience was amazing. Very pleased.

Took 2 small packages to be shipped all boxed up and taped all I needed was a shipping label. $60 later I find out it would have only cost 20 for both packages to mailed had I gone to the post office 3x the amount id say thats Price Gouging if you ask me. Anyhoo I tried to stop the package and get a refund but was lied to and yes it was a lie from their employee proved by me with the owners wife when she checked the system. And it lined with my truth. Then the owners wife, got an attitude with me because I was upset for being lied to and overcharged. She took pictures of me in my car with my kids and said shes calling the Cops and security because I didnt leave fast enough. N endless to say my 1st official buisness with them turned into a nightmare!!!After Owners Reply-Oh so you offer a refund now thats great and I appreciate the apology and wanting to make it right as for feeling like I was lied to its not a feeling as I explained to you after I left your store I went right over to Chevron to get gas realized I overpaid at your store and called over to ask if they can pull my package and your employee told me it was gone already even though I could clearly see that no postal truck has been there yet. so only reason I was upset and told you I was going to stand outside telling your customers what I thought about you is because I was done completely wrong by your employee and when I do the right thing and come to the owners the owners get upset and get an attitude saying we were a service we can charge whatever we want I understand your markup I understand you are a business and you need to make your money I had no problem paying the markup its just the fact that your employee did not give me an option or act in a customer service friendly manner.

The owner and his wife and their employees are moody and if you have a complaint you get attitude aside from the new girl that was seemed to be training.Really Fake hmm nope pinched myself im real! Reported for what? I have a right to review a buisness!?!?

This place is great! You can make photocopies, print from their computer, and of course ship items. The people that work here are amazing! They are all so helpful and nice and will put a smile on your face 😃 I highly recommend this place for all your printing and shipping needs!

Terrible customer service, misleading and complained to customer about being overwhelmed, regarding doing their job.. I had a good repore with this place yet with the owner out these people have no idea what they are doing. I prefered the MOM & POPS yet I will never go here again TWO THUMBS DOWN

Very slow service there,most of the time,regardless of how many customers or employees are there.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Tony goes out of his way to deliver personalized service and makes the otherwise tedious chore of retrieving mail and sending packages pleasant.

Every time I have gone to this mail center, I have been treated kindly and they have been very helpful. I see them treat the other customers with kindness and respect as well. This is the only mail center I will go to.

The customers are required to wear masks but the employees arent! I care enough about people to wear a mask so my germs dont spread to others, but your establishment must not care about your customers or people in general. There are markers on the floor to stay 6 feet apart however, employees call people over to stand close to other customers. Absolutely egregious!

Great place for all your postal needs they offer a lot of other services as well. Very nice people to deal with I have been using them for years.

For over 20 years the Munson family has taken care of all my mail and notary needs. Great family run store, amazing copy services from business cards to banners.

The owners of this store need to retake customer service 101. They are both Impatient and have dismissive attitudes. They need to try a smile and act like they appreciate customers who visit their business. We went in for live scan finger printing and I actually thought I was back in military boot camp asking my drill sergeant a dumb question. You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Please note that many people who come into your store are not familiar with many of the services that are offered and will appreciate friendly and courteous help. We want to support local business but wont tolerate rude behavior or indifference.

I have had good experiences here, but everytime I go, a female employee gives me attitude every time. If I dont talk fast enough I get the eye roll. I went in today to see if mail gets sent back to this location if i forgot to put the return address on. First off, she didnt know what a return address was, second she was smirking and laughing while on her cellphone talking to me. I know she was laughing at whoever was on the phone, but that was not professional, and honestly got me pretty upset. Im done with this place, Ill go somewhere where its professional and the employees actually want to be there.
