Propane purchase. Friendly and helpful. Price was good ($3.15 May 2021) I am a 30 foot RV towing a Jeep. No problem for me but if RV was more than about 35 feet with Toad, it may stick out in street. A 45 footer w/o Toad would be no problem. Enter off of the main street and exit on the side street.

Made it 5 minutes before they closed and they didnt want to sell us propane. #1 hard to find sellers #2 jad our rig so really hard to get into places...back in my retail days i went above and beyond for my customers.. literally could have filled it before he was done telling us where else to go....

This place had very bad customer service. Only one person working. We had amade a reservation for 2:30 When it was our turn to rent the cargo van the lady behind the counter ask for drivers license and credit card. No problem my husband gave her that, the lady took my husbands picture with a camera., and a picture of his license and his credit card. And wanted 3 references. She didnt do that to the 3 people before us. Please Uhaul treat people the same that was not okay. So we took our stuff and told her never mind. The excuse she gave was because we was renting a cargo van. No it was because of our race.

Rented twice from this location, both times had issues. Final bill from last rental was over $400 for a four hour rental. Tried to claim I drove over 280 miles in four hours in a Uhaul. Do the math, its not possible. Drove at most 12 miles. Manager didnt believe me until he realized the truck was returned from recent rental with fewer miles than it checked out. That wasnt a red flag that someone made a mistake? Still tried to charge me more than actual price. Had to remind them to refund charges for taxes. Before that, rented a trailer for a purchase held on deposit. Wouldnt release the trailer because they didnt realize the light connection was broke. No employee available to perform repairs to fix trailer. Had to fix the busted hook-up myself to have my rental released to me in time to pickup item. This place literally has customers fixing their rentals.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Upon entering the building, the staff did not acknowledge myself or brother. It was only until after another customer was already at the counter. The other customer smelled of weed but based on our appearance we were judged and blamed for it, almost costing us to not be able to rent. Apparently they took the other customers word over ours because hes a regular customer. Although one could visibly tell he was infact under the influence of something. When we finally got through checkout and to pick up the vehicle, the other associate handing off the vehicles recommend we take pictures of the vehicle and wished us good luck. Kind of unsettling.

The lady at the counter was very unprofessional. We came in from LA to rent a truck and even said we would have it back that same night and were willing to pay whatever for it and she said nope sorry none are available and there was 5 sitting out on the lot? Makes sense. Crazy to me a company would pass on quick cash but we took our business elsewhere. First time dealing with U-Haul and I guarantee you that will be our last time. This location should really reconsider who they have working the counter because she made us never want to come back.

This is the worst Uhaul I’ve ever been to! The ENTIRE staff is incredibly rude and have not been properly trained in customer service. I deeply regret getting a storage unit from them and will be taking my business elsewhere. Please save yourself from a headache and spend your money at an establishment that actually values your business.

Do no do business with this outfit or with Nathan Godshall the manager.Ordered a hitch installation 3 weeks in advance. Called 1 week ahead to make sure all was ok. Told yes.Got there and was RUDELY told it would be 2 more weeks and they didnt have to call me.When i told tgem i called to verify he RUDELY told me i didnt talk to them

Rented from here several times and there is always a problem. From the simple rude associates (also not following Covid 19 safety requirements) to not fulfilling rental, not receiving returned rentals and expecting additional payment for their internal inefficiencies. Avoid this place at all costs. There are other locations that care about customer service. Use one of them

Scammers they took a picture of my dads credit card and all of sudden he had charges since when do you have to take a picture of the person credit card and ask for three references but while we were in line they didn’t ask anyone else for references and didn’t take a picture of there personal information find another place there will use your information

This place was horrible to me. I reserved a truck a week in advance. I was all packed up n ready to go. First of all they didnt call by the time they said they would and when I tried to call them it was a 10 to 15 min wait, so I wait after 17 to 18 mins I hung up. They texted me that evening, saying to call them. When I called they said they had no trucks for me n maybe the next day I could get one. Well i cant wait til the next day, I needed the truck the day I reserved it. Dont trust uhaul. Have a back up plan bcuz now Im stuck with no truck. They had all week to tell me they didnt have a truck. I couldve found one somewhere else. Thanks uhaul

Go elsewhere! For the life of me, I can’t understand what is even happening at this location! Customer service is dead and gone. Getting any help is like pulling teeth, go elsewhere. We had a big issue with unusable equipment and they kept hanging up until close. Had to go thru the national number to get any help. I just don’t get it. I know times are hard, and I’m definitely patient, but this is beyond unacceptable and does not represent uhaul well at all.

Waited and hour in line to get my reservation. Only one person at the counter. The debit/credit machine wasnt working. Luckily I had cash but their was no acknowledge to people in line that the machine wasnt working so people were getting frustrated when they got to the counter. Also since I was cash only their was also and additional 25 dollar deposit which you got back but know acknowledge of that either. Just really bad communication with their customers. This was my first time at an actual uhaul facility. Ive been to places that independently supply uhaul rentals. So Im just gonna go back to those

Elizabeth up front was doing 5 different things at once, handling a line several people deep quickly & efficiently.Easy checkin & pickup. Make sure you either have a full gas tank, or get it marked at current level on the contract during the walk around with lot person before accepting truck.Little pricey at ~$19/mi but probably similar.

To whom it may concern,In May of this year my Fiancé I moved my things into two (2) separate units in Hemet, California, entrusting you with all of my family’s earthly possessions. July 26th we were informed that the AC unit located directly above one (1) of the two of our storage units and water was flooding into our unit pretty profusely. We were told that we could get out as much as possible but that they closed at 7pm so we should hurry. So we moved what we could salvage from the water and did not want to further put at risk out of the flooded unit while employees watched us slosh through out wet belongs. We moved the things we were most worried about such as our electronics, games, camera equipment, baby shower gifts, children’s clothes and toys. We moved the things of importance to a unit across from the flooded unit. We took a loss on all of the things damaged in the flooded unit and we took it with a grain of salt. Fast forward to November and we’re being told that the unit we were given for free wasn’t free at all because they auctioned it off without so much as a text or phone call. Everybody at the storage location is assuring us that all would be well once we speak to Sylvia Brooks, whom I believe is the district supervisor. My Fiancé then spoke to Sylvia who tells us not to worry that she understands that they made a mistake, is extremely apologetic, and won’t even bother to go through insurance because she wants this taken care of personally and promptly. She ask for an inventory which we send to her and she follows up by saying she contacted the buyer and that he cannot sell us back our things because he already sold them. She also tells us that he says it was just some games and junk ( junk that sold pretty quickly I guess) in the unit and she can only offer us $1,500 of what was at least $7,000 even with depreciation. We’re told that this is a best and final offer, take it or leave it! So the price she placed on items we never intended to sell, the start of our new life, and documents pertaining to our family’s identity is now only worth $1,500 to uhaul. All of our kitchen supplies for Thanksgiving were in that unit (standing mixer and attachments, pans, dishes, all of my bakeware for business and our family). My fiancé works as a photographer part time and all of his equipment was in the unit along with all of our gaming equipment. I had a baby in July and all of the things from my baby shower are gone along with my other children’s clothes and toys. All of the things we needed to start our life now that we’re in our dream home gone and we’re being told to try and replace it all for $1,500. We haven’t heard a single word from Miss brooks since she gave us her ultimatum. What about our documents with sensitive information that were sold to God knows whom. I complained on social media only to have them pretend to be sympathetic and have me spend the day calling around from representative to representative to insurance and back. This is not the way consumers who spend their last dimes to rent trucks and storage units from you should be treated. How is this an ethical business practice? We’ve been told that there is no one higher than Miss Sylvia Brooks and that she has the final say. I was under the impression that this company was run by an Joe shoen but Miss Brooks apparently determines how the company operates since no employee knows a single piece of information on whom to contact when such a travesty is happening to one of it’s customers as a result of the company’s mistake. I want the reader of this to know that you cost our family Thanksgiving and that my child is without even necessities because you have sold them. We sleep on a floor due to misfortunes brought on by this company and I hope that when you get comfortable in your chair with a hot plate of Thanksgivings best food that before you even take that first bite you remember that my family will spend the day knowing that the UHAUL Corp. stole ours from us.

Today is the third time Ive used this locations services. I can honestly say that theyre always fast, courteous and respectful. They understand that you have to go and move and wont try and hold you up, it took a total of ten minutes to get my u haul. Come in and check them out for all your moving necessities.

I rented a car trailer from this location. The person responsible for hooking it to my truck never secured the trailer to the ball. Went to go load up the vehicle and the trailer disconnected from the ball and damaged my tail gate. U-Haul refuses to pay for the damages. Be very careful when renting equipment from this location.

This uhaul location is the Best soot youbcan ask for as a mover. I often come pick up trucks from this location and i cannot begin to express how important it is to be efficient and make sure customers get their trucks and are satisfied,because moving in itself is sooo stressfull. Spencer Holt the manager there is the most attentive service man ive ever encountered,he is very helpfull and calmly explains anything you might not understand.And a special shout out to Alex the quick runner, Darin the ever friendly guy,and jorge the problem solver and also Elizabeth who makes everyone that walks through that door feel like family.GUYS PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

I would give zero stars if i could. Made a reservation days before just to show up for them to tell me they dont have my truck, they offered me a pick up truck instead of my original order, which made my move twice as hard, they made no attempt to make it right with me. This is the second time Ive had an issue with uhaul. Wont be going back ever again.They Lost a family of costumers for life now. Their whole corporete system is a joke as well, claiming promises they cant keep. They also made no attempt to make it right. Horrible customer service all around.

The natural blonde running the whole place is literally the only employee who should have a job there. The bleached blonde woman who just sits there and REFUSES to help is a waste of customer service. She decided that sitting there and stuffing her face was more important that answering a simple question, instead she put her hand in my face when I approached her. She made my family, who was very tired after a long day of moving, wait five minutes for the manager to answer our question. Hes a joke for letting his employee sit there and stuff her face instead of doing her job. I guess they never heard of taking a ten minute break to eat? The customer service is non existent unless you get the natural blonde woman. I would completely avoid this place for anything; they never have the rentals they promise you, the storage is WAY over priced for the size of the space and they really dont want to help you. Theres a storage place right down the street that is bigger, offers a free month and has staff that actually want your business. I cant wait to get my stuff out of there and never speak to those people again.

I paid to have a tow bar and hitch installed on my car, including the electrical work for the lights so that a trailer would have lights.The lights went out on my first day, and when someone came out to fix them, he showed me loose hanging wires around my engine and even said they should’ve done a better job. He left, I got back on the road, lights went out again. The next morning I had to take it to a UHaul dealership in Arizona, where I spent the whole day waiting for them to fix the problems these people did. They left numerous ungrounded wires in my lights, as well as a wire ran up my exhaust that melted it, causing sparks right by my fuel tank. I know this, because the guys in Arizona showed me, and talked about how bad of a job was done. They had to re-wire the whole car from scratch.On top of all of that, they didn’t attach the chains to my trailer properly, nor did they show me how, so they were dragging the ground, also causing sparks underneath my car, and when I finally reached my destination and turned in my trailer, the woman here saw the plug for the lights hanging loose, and said that wasn’t good, grabbed a zip tie and tied it up properly. A whole minute of work that the guys in Hemet didn’t do.I’ve filed a complaint with the corporate office about these guys, and I was sent an email from the Hemet location, offering me fifty dollars for my troubles. I paid 400 for the work, and another 400 for the trailer, and was offered fifty dollars, which didn’t even cover the cost of the hotel I had to stay in an extra night because I lost a whole day of driving due to their incompetence.Avoid these jerks like the plague. UHaul should shut this location down and re-staff it from the ground up, or take a couple of days and train them properly. Call me crazy, but I don’t know how to cut hair professionally, so I don’t go into a barber shop and charge people for a haircut. These guys shouldn’t be charging anyone for electrical work until they know what the heck they’re doing.All that said, it’s not UHaul as a company. The guys in Arizona were terrific and the people I’ve dealt with in Austin have been great. It’s just this location and these clowns specifically, and I hope no one else has to endure the danger and headache I had to, because they don’t have the knowledge of how to do their job.

Poor customer service and employee incompetence give this U-Haul a 1 star.2 days after purchasing and scheduling installation online, I decided to stop by and double check on the appointment time. The employee working the counter (Debi) was unaware that I had already paid for the service and informed me that the part I ordered would not be arriving on time for the installation date. I clarified that everything was already paid for and that even if that wasnt the case, why wouldt I have received a call about the situation? After looking at the computer again she agreed that I had paid for the service and said it would arrive on time and gave me a 9:00am installation time (7 days later). On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the location to find that the park was back ordered and my installation would not be happening unless I drove 44 mile away to get the part... yup, they had 7 days to call me to let me know that part was not going to arrive and Debis excuse was I didnt work yesterday.

If Debbie is the one waiting on you do a 180 and dont look back. A total snob with big time attitude. Im a 72 year old veteran who was told to leave the store by this unprofessional little (b-word). I was in shock as I had already arranged the rental through the other lady (I believe Kim, not sure) earlier in the day and wanted to pick the van up earlier. The other lady by the way was a total delight, professional, and polite in every way. I will never visit that site again as long as they have a condescending, unprofessional, attitude wielding person in charge. Move Kim into the management position and the store will flourish. My family has been using this uhaul for almost 3 or 4 years now. We come in today to drop off our truck we had reserved and the woman working claiming to be the manager was so rude to us. For starters she yelled at my disabled mother and threw her business card at her. Then she continued yelling at us. telling my DISABLED mother that she had to get a different card because she wouldnt accept our debit card. She threw her business card with the managers info on it at my mom and said there call my boss I dont care while she sat eating her lunch in front of us at 10:30 am. She still didnt help us at the end we are contacting corporate and filing a complaint. I do not recommend the uhaul. Debi Vaughn is the general manager of this location and she was the person We dealt with the whole time and she was very rude and unprofessional. Worst experience Ive ever had in my life from uhaul. Better off using Penske.
