Stopped in to return an item I bought with a return shipping label. Aaron greeted us on the way in. The store was busy and it appeared as though Aaron was the only one working. He was on top of his game and made sure everyone was attended to. He helped everyone in the order they arrived even with everyone scattered about the store. I give him 10 out of 10 stars for excellent customer service.
Cant get their act correct. Gave me 3 different days for delivery. Refuse to leave package without signature. I will never use FedEx again. Their service sucks. I called main office, the rep that answered phone appears to be stupid

Be careful if you have an account here, the Manager will overcharge you thinking you wont catch it! I caught him stealing from my company account and when I asked him about it he tried to pay me the difference in cash. I didnt take it because I am not going to take any money that doesnt belong to me! I would rather expose him so yall dont get overcharged. Watch out for fakes

Wanted to charge me extra to take my package out of its existing packaging and package it differently. The way I packaged it was fine but they dont like it when its colored brown. Package must be white, they said.

I had to wait 30 min to deliver an envelope. There is only 1 staff and is currently working with one customer with printing services. When 10 min passed by I asked nicely if she could deliver my envelope wouldn’t take more than 5 min, and then she could continue to work with the other customer. She said that I had to wait.

I was attempting find a notary prior to fnding this Fed Ex office they listed one on their website that they had one and the available hours, however when I went there was no notary and a bad attitude from the person there, this was at the Esplanade and Sanderson location. So I preceded to look for another location and found this place the man there was super kind and helpful, got my notary service complete fairly quickly and pricing was very reasonable. I like this store and in fact I am headed there now for more notary services.

I called today to ask some questions about a project Im working on for my Mothers memorial service.My first complaint is, that I was forced to listen to an automated menu tell me about other options, when all I needed was to speak with a representative, which was the 3rd option instead of the first. Then I waited for nearly three minutes as the phone rang repeatedly. Once it was finally answered, the young lady was very courteous, helpful and pleasant. I asked her if she was there alone, and she was.I have zero complaints about the young lady who finally did help me, but Im disappointed with the management because the store was obviously under-staffed, and this young woman is there alone with zero backup and support. Not only is this an issue with regard to customer service and production, but her safety while on the job is obviously not considered very important either.The manager of this store should be doing a better job all around, but isnt apparently.

Didnt like the service nor the staff that are in this specific location. And also never had such a hard time placing an order that could of been done in two minutes but they took approximately 17 minutes.
Used to be friendly but has gotten less friendly. On multiple occasions the store is not even open until multiple hours after the opening and the staff are outright rude.
