Always great customer service when we go in there. They never have any good shoes but I love the customer service !

Good service, employees are not on your neck trying to get you in and out.

Everytime I try to shop at this store there is a problem. The system is always down and theyre always having to put your things on hold and call when the system is back up. If you need whatever youre there for right then youre wasting your time. This literally has happened every time Ive shopped or tried to shop.

Never win raffles but its not the employees fault cant be mad at them they always treat me well when I come in the hemet store

I like this store but honestly prefer shopping the online option better. The employees are great at helping you find what you need but there arent enough options. Ive been to this store about 5 times the past year and still merchandise options havent increased.

Helpful staff. Friendly service and not pushy. Had a problem with a pair of Jordans I purchased.i wore them once. I didnt notice a major defect on one of the shoes until I was cleaning them to put away. I took them to the store.The staff noticed the defect and allowed me to exchange the shoe even after I wore them. Something champs and footlocker would never do once worn.

They have the best Jordan and Nike gear on town. Just finished buying some shoes and clothes there.

I walked in to Hibbett for the first time since they opened an they greeted me and were very nice and attentive. They did seem to be close by and thats ok, since their has been theft it understandable. I would go again.

Good sports stuff

Just as useless and over priced as they have always been.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for my 11 yr old son, one pair falling apart. They would not return it 2 1/2 months old. Better to go to Footlocker! Customer service could of replaced them but top manager said no. Bad management.
