Hot topic have a lot of stuff that you may like, 1in my opinion it is a really good place to go to and people in there are very helpful.

They def have a selection unlike any other. Prices are high but if youre a goth or rock person you will spend the extra. I go there for my piercings.

To much drama to much gossip to many liars in merchant part and to conniving to the customers as they walk out including very racial and disfigured in theyre stories of customers at mall

Shout out to Rudy aka Rudolfo for being the most friendliest, sweetest, polite and helpful cashier of all times. He truly made my Xmas shopping an unforgettable experience, we will be coming back soon and Ill be coming with more ppl next time. The world needs more cashiers/people like him, hes one of a kind. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, no matter how busy. I love the products they carry, as its pretty easy to gush over things Im already interested in. Minus 1 star for the high prices (we pay for the copyright / TMs) and how most of their stuff is made in... you guessed it- China.

It was bery gucci i had fun and i got a last akatsuki beanie and a tanjiro shirt and a naruto shirt and i tried on a dundler mifflin hat.

Five stars just because its pretty much what you would expect. At least from a Hot Topic. Employees are always nice and they always have a good selection of specialty merchandise. It never disappoints. They also can have some pretty good sales especially on Black Friday. $10 t-shirt blowout its something Ill wait for.

Went in for tongue barbells. Very limited selection of barbells but got something that was available. I wished there were any alternatives around, I remember a much larger and fun selection when I was younger ...like 10 yrs ago. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sucks, not much color or variation in any body jewelry they have anymore. The place still has band shirts and whatever 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😣

Always love Hot Topic. Great staff very friendly and always helpful. They have unique and hard to find( especially in Hemet) items. Band t-shirts and even the coolest Funko Pops. Always set up nice and organized. Great prices especially when having clearance sales. Dont forget your Hot Cash!

The staff here has been friendly and informative since I was a small child. They always tell you about latests sales and if they accidentally say the wrong thing is on sale they will find a way to correct it. They also have quite a good stock despite it being a pretty small store.

Always nice and very helpfull, cashier even went out of her way so I could get a big discount on the nail polish & t-shirts. She saved me a good chunk of change, highly recommend the store!

Employees just wanted to talk instead of help. Waited 20 minutes to get something unlocked and never unlocked it instead they just stood and talked the whole time.

Don’t go to this Hot Topic for Funko Pops. Only the hook ups know about the release. And causally post 2 hrs before they open like no one is going to notice. If you want REAL service go to their sister stores. They will tell you on their Instagram that their sister stores post before them. You can ask the employees who work there a simple question and all they respond with is either, some long explanation that’s comes down to “I have no idea, I’m wasting your time”. Or “it just came in this morning”. I swear a money on crack could tell me more that the Hemet Hot Topic.

This Hot Topic has excellent customer service and it is the only reason that I come to the Hemet Valley Mall sometimes besides some other clothing stores. The employees here are all very friendly and answer your questions quickly. I usually come to purchase collectibles and the staff is always ready to help and is very personable. They have an instagram @hthemet which provides updates on all their new items that have arrived in their store and that always proves to be helpful. Definitely a reliable Hot Topic!
