Plenty of associates but AT&T service in general sources is limited online u can’t even make payment arrangements or get generalInfo. The store has online one Phone to gainAssistance on. Which make the wait ridiculous. ThisStore and company needs more resources like a few more phone and to be able to have access to more account information

Worse experience ever. My identity was stolen. And the criminal where in this store. I called to store to tell them that someone was in there switching my Sim. The so called manager said that he did not care because he scanned and ID. He was not alarmed at all that a customer called in to tell them they were a victim of fraud. Because the the manager Charles did not act the criminals attempted to still 12k of merchandise from another major retailer. I can not believe that a manager told me they believe the person in the store and not someone on the phone. I had receipt info,employee names etc. He did not care. The criminals changed my password and Sim card in the store twice. Until I had to shut down my whole account. I really hope that this manager gets investigated and all I know he can be apart of the criminals stealing peoples identity. I asked for his boss number and he told me know he was not going to give it to me. Please someone call me to help me with this issue.

While different cell phone companies provide similar services, what sets this AT&T store apart is the people who work here. Always courteous, fully attentive, and very patient. We always feel welcome. Ive been to other places, but atmosphere in this store is always friendlier.

Yesterday I went into this store, a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, expecting to be dissatisfied with their customer service. To my immense surprise, it was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a mobile phone store! I was greeted immediately and was done with my transaction in less than 30 minutes. Mareth, the rep who helped me was courteous, friendly and so detailed with her explanations to my questions, that they left no room for any follow-up questions of my own. I not only upgraded my phone and paid off my contact to do it, I also received a text last night that my new phone would arrive today. I am so pleased with this store that I know it’s the only one I will return to for my wireless service. Thank you for making my process so seamless and painless!! Great job AT&T for hiring such wonderful staff and thank you Mareth for all of your help!!

Was excited to trade in my IPhone 8 and get the new 12 Pro . Told her I need the most storage, she charged me and I paid for the phone. She then proceeded to put on the new phone case I bought and screen protector and started to transfer my data from my old phone onto the new phone we waited around 10 minutes for that and then she found out the storage on my old phone had more than a new phone. She said oh I assumed it only had a certain amount of gigabytes because it was an eight you’re going to need the bigger iPhone with the more storage I said yes that’s what I wanted she then proceeded to call her manager over who tells me I would have to restock the phone and pay $55. I then explained this wasn’t my fault she assumed and grab the wrong phone the manager Katherine spoke to me as I was in the wrong and had the worst customer service. She then proceeded to tell me they don’t even have that other iPhone in stock so she couldn’t trade it in for me and then tells me it’s after hours now I can’t give you a refund the cash registers closed you’ll have to come back another day. Completely ridiculous and did not feel bad about anything in mostly just blamed it on us like it was our fault so I left the store paying for a phone that I can’t even use and now I’m waiting to hear if they get the new phone in however long that takes plus she’s making me pay a $55 restocking fee I’m so upset I will never go to the store again.

This visit was very nice. I was there to pick up a QR code that was needed to set up a phone line to my watch. The employee was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He set up the phone line for my watch while I was there and gave me the QR code card, in case I should ever need it again. I was cheated by employees of this store twice in the past so was very leery of this visit, but it went very well. He was great.

I came in here to try and lower my bill. I have Directv and 3 phone lines. A guy named Anthony said I could get a 25% discount on my phone bill if I get cable through them. I told him that I have Directv and I don’t receive a discount and he said that the discount is only if you get AT&T TV. He said I would have to call in Directv and cancel them and then when I order new tv service from him, his manager Charles would apply a 25% discount on my account. I got the service because it lowered my bill but when I went to call Directv they informed me I was still in a contract. I then called customer care to find out what’s going on. They mentioned to me that there is no “25% off your bill when you combine phones and tv” and the discount that the manager had put on my account is a discount reserved for military members and veterans. Luckily the woman over the phone explained what happened and fixed it all for me. … even though I was able to get a solution I know many people that are stuck in situations like this where they were lied by a salesman. In this case it was both the manager and the employee which goes to show the culture in this store. They lied to me and on top of that, they applied a discount on my account that I’m not eligible for. Makes you think about what other kinds of things they are doing and why are they getting away with it. This is ridiculous and fraudulent. I will be making a complaint to their Asset Protection team.

This store is usually good but staff member Josh is horrible. My mom is elderly and I upgraded her iPhone. I live out of state. She doesn’t have WIFI which is why she needed the store to activate the iPhone for her. I had her write down specific instructions for the store to activate her iPhone. They were to do a backup and activate using a backup. When she went in Josh said it wasn’t his job to activate her iPhone. After insisting, she showed him the written instructions. He said he couldn’t do a backup because she wasn’t connected to iCloud. Total BS because he signed her into iCloud which is required to activate an iPhone. He just didn’t want to do it. He also initially wouldn’t give her a SIM card. He should be fired.

Went to purchase the (2) new iPhone 12. Great service by Anthony.Got the deals online and explained what the next steps are.I’m just worried that everything that was explained to me doesn’t turn out as it was explained, as it has happened to me before where I would have to call customer service and be on the phone with them several hours if not call them back multiple days to get it fixed to what the representative told me at the store.Hope this experience is different!!

My girlfriend and I cant thank Manager On Duty Ruby Rodriguez enough for going ABOVE and BEYOND the scope of her job to help us with our account. It was very evident from the start that she was very knowledgeable. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was also very patience and transparent, and that eased our Account Anxiety. I have an old saying; nobody cares how much you know, until they see how much you care. It was very apparent that Ruby was trying to resolve our issue (She Did), and we walked out of AT&T very pleased. She definitely has great people skills, and demonstrates the ability to run a store. On December 6 2019 I left this store very satisfied and with 3 new boxes for AT&T TV, relief that I no longer had to deal with Frontier and was going to be saving money because Christian signed us up for a bundle deal. Plus I would be getting a $100.00 rewards card for getting the bundle. My daughter purchased an iPad. We both have At&t wireless plans. Our bundle was to include tv, internet, landline and our cell phones for $288.00. One bundle .. one bill. RELIEF....so I thought. Such a bundle does not exist. The At&t tv service sucks. I have been locked out several times and have had to change the password 34 times. We went 4 days without service. I have emails to back this. We have had our phones suspended twice while trying to contest the bills. First time on Christmas eve and my daughter was stranded 300 miles away. (Customer for 8 years) $79.99 is being taken from bank account (without authorization) had even told him my husband is old school need bill mailed and he will write a check. Spectrum had to dig a trench to install cable for internet. (Part of the bundle) Wasnt aware we were being charged a monthly fee from them for $69.00 until I opened an email from Spectrum that they were going to suspend their service. I hadnt received a bill because they didnt have my mailing address and I explained my bundle issue to them they understood and gave me time to figure it all out. I tried to get this matter resolved by Christian at this store or a manager only to find out they cannot discuss our bill with them. They are only sales store! Wow. I have our bundle plan that Christian gave me that night in his writing but the plan he gave me doesnt exist. I have exhausted all efforts trying to get this matter resolved to no avail. Spectrum is buying my contract for tv service for $320.00. As far as our cell phones... I have no service but will continue to pay installment for phone until paid. My daughter owns hers. Dont believe what they tell you here even if you have it in writing! Oh and getting our phone bill reduced for signing up for the bundle.... they actually charged us more! Unbelievable!

This AT&T store was clean neat and orderly. I didn’t have to wait at all. Right as I came in I was helped immediately. The store rep Angel was very helpful, informative, and professional. He helped me pick out a phone and plan that would work for me as well as save me money. At the time I was trying to replace my broken phone. So I was pretty much up the creek without a paddle. I was having difficulty making the payment needed as it needed to be authorized by my bank, which I use my phone to do. DX He looked up my bank found their number and got me in contact with them. After that it was all smooth sailing. Thanks Angel!

Completely rude staff. Did not comply with what the representative on the phone was asking. Told me they no longer do anything for digital life, which is a lie. The rep on the phone escalated the situation. I dont usually write reviews, but save your time and dont come to this store. There was 3 other customers out front that were upset with them making mistakes also. Worst experience Ive ever had with a cellular store

Terrible customer service. I went in to pick up a phone that was ordered online but the store canceled my order because they wanted to process it in store when it was done online since my mother lives on the other side of the state. I guess I either need to pay for the tax on my birthday present myself or get it shipped in he mail. I called he store to ask a manager if theres a way they could give me the phone my mother whos the account holder paid for but they were unable to do it and the manager Alex hung up on me when I mentioned its nonsense that they can charge the card but not give me the phone. I go into the store for he 4th time and Alex informs me that his store gets a lot of fraud so he cannot release the phone even tho the confermation email says nothing about having a card. Next time I will just go to the store in moreno valley where they had no problem getting me a new phone last time.

Best customer service ever. Ported over from Sprint. Highly recommend because Sprint is the worst cell phone provider I’ve ever encountered. They’re liars they cheat people out of their money and when a class action opens up I will be there. Not to mention the executive office where Perla and Nadine works suspended my account saying that they were also going to terminate my account because of credits that were offered to me that they never gave. They broke promises after promises then sent me a certified email and a certified letter in the mail stating that they were suspending and terminating my accounts due to violating terms of contract because I requested the credits they promised me. I highly recommend AT&. The representatives and their customer service, online and in-store are awesome. Louise and Maureen and Angel are Awesome👍🏽💯

My experience at the at&t was amazing. Im currently in a plan with verizon for my family of 4 and. my contract is ending soon so i came to the hemet location to get an estimate for a new plan. A young girl i believe her name was Ruby. She assisted my family very well. She answered all my questions and was very patient. although we didnt start the plan today we will be coming back soon to switch over.

I’m am very upset with these people. They lied to me about the service I was getting. My bill was sky high claiming it would go down after a few billing payments which never happened. They lied about discounts they give you which is really military discounts (which I am not affiliated and totally wrong for them to do). The service is Terrible for the price they charge. To bad I don’t have the lady’s name who signed me up cause she was the biggest problem with all the lies she told me. Now I’m bind in a contract that I totally didn’t agree to because she lied and I trusted her. If I was able to give zero stars I would !!!

Im 1400 miles away from home and my Note 7 decided to overheat on me. Went to best buy and got the runaround and was without a phone for almost two days. Went into this sore and Nick greeted me at the door with a warm smile and a genuine concen for my issue. He got me hooked up with a new phone. His customer service skills are amazing. Helpful with upgrades on new IPhone 6, very satisfied with the phone. However, when it came to the follow up with the LG V410 Computer Item 6605A that was included, I did not get notified of its arrival at the store, I was to receive an email. In small print the shipping note states if not picked up within 8 days the order will be cancelled. I question the customer service integrity. How does one know the timeline when they dont receive a contact to inform that it arrived?

Jared was outstanding! He was very patient helping with a factory reset and virus scan. He spent over an hour helping us and didnt make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. He was very friendly and personable. If I need help again I will make my way to visit Jared again. I would most definitely refer other people to this att location. Not only did I have GREAT customer service but the store was very clean and well kept.

All of the negative reviews are 100% true. The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had in my life. And it started with the manager!!! To top it all off I just switched from Verizon Wireless and theyve done nothing but treat us like crap and make us wait 2 hours for a SIM card swap! They do not manage the Queue which means others will go before you no matter how long youve been waiting. This store is a disgrace to the company.

Was sent in to the store by att over the phone and instructed to get a new sim card and I was told it would be no charge for the sim card. The store employee says it is $5 for a sic card but I can call ATT over the phone and they can mail me a sim card for free. Horrible customer service over for such a simple thing.

Customer service was great until I left the store. Had numerous problems and had to keep coming back to get the issues fixed. These guys are crooks! Misled and misinformed is the name of the game at this location. The manager doesnt have an ounce of managerial knowledge. This place is atrocious.

Very awful customer service. Lisa helped us get our iPhones and tablets and she confirmed several times that I was under no contract just a lease. Now, that I switched to another company they are charging me almost $300 for closing the account because I was under a 2 year contract which I was not aware of. They will do whatever they have to convince you to get service with them but not to help you out when you have a problem. Not even the store manager was helpful. I do not recommend AT&T they have horrible customer service!!

He is always available since 2013 in helping me with my AT&There services including digital life and audio vox car connection. He is very detailed in explaining things. Horrible! The kid at the San Jacinto store didnt know where the sim card was in my iphone and ruined it trying to take it apart, so I lost all my info and the phone. Then he sold me a tablet that he swore would only be $10 more per month. Just got my bill and its $200 higher than it was. I have been a good customer for many years, but now I am pissed off!!!! I am going to the other location today to get this settled.

Went to the San jacinto store. Ended up calling this store and made an appointment. Drove from San jacinto to the hemet store. Walked in. Deloris was waiting for us when we arrived. Promptly helped us get the right phones and explained all of our options. Was quick, painless and me being not a people person worked well with Deloris. If you are an att customer and need help, I recommend visiting this store and making an appt. The store mgr Aunnie came over and made sure everything was ok and going smoothly and helped finish my new two phones And tablets.
