The experience was horrible. I call AAA, I have a valid membership and they have the nerve to tell me that I CAN NOT TOW A MOTORCYCLE..FYI. A motorcycle is easier to tow on a flatbed than a car is.I cant believe that I pay for AAA and I had to come out of the pocket 180$ to get my bike home.

I went there on a Friday morning in the summer for travel info. It was extremely crowded. Some people waiting were getting upset to have to wait so long for different things. But the staff was very pleasant & helpful. They kept everyone moving along as quickly & easily as possible. I got everything I needed from a very nice & helpful woman named Jeannette.

I was just in local AAA office. I am with AAA from last 25 years today was the worst experience. Its forcing me to QUIT AAA MEMBERSHIP for good.

Ive been with AAA for 26 yrs no one can beat their car insurance. The dmv service there is such a breeze got 2 vehicles registered and tags in my hand in 10 minutes cant do that at the divorce. Keep up the good work!

They cut down on their personnel resulting in very long wait times on Mondays and Fridays........Only 1 person only doing transfer titles :(.........

I visited the Hemet Branch of AAA.....Great place to handle DMV. Among other things. Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeannette in DMV. The BEST experience I have EVER had there! Here is a woman who really knows and understands DMV and the varying nuances. I explained my situation and she got right to getting everything I needed. Very polite, understanding and a great listener......OUTSTANDING......(previous visits have NOT been so productive with other staff members)!!! I was absolutely shocked by how awesome the employees were. It was so busy but they showed patience and concern for the customers needs especially the seniors/disabled. There was one young lady in particular who stood out. What a fantastic ambassador for AAA, and what an example of a good human being. Wish I got her name because she deserves recognition. Even with the long wait in the heat, today was a good experience.

Found them discourteous to AAA customers. Had to talk to the manager twice about their new employees. I guess their new employees. Act like they were doing me a favor by showing up to work.

We have members of AAA at the Hemet office for amost 30 years. And there has not been a time that I was disappointed with the service. We have been in some pretty interesting mishaps where we have had to call. From the first You have reached the Hemet Automobile Club to the. Help is on its way I have been treated with concern, professionalism and reassurance. Also, have never had a rude or inexperienced tow truck driver. I would recommend them to anyone I care about. In fact when our mothers were alive we made sure they had and our daughter too. We have the premiere membership and our RV too. Today I needed a trip tik and car rental. I was taken care of right away. Didnt even have to go in. All emailed to me. A special thanks to Natalie in Travel.

Thought we were a group or club but no just another corporate group that provides insurance and no serviceAdded note just went to aaa to do dmv work was not told the truth. Called a dmv service to find out and was told AAA was wrong. So much for service at AAA

Im a 35 year year member and customer service has never come into question. But recently, as I needed their assistance with policy changes and spoke to several staff I received different answers which were inconsistent.It took me two days to add a new vehicle to my policy bc the agent wouldnt answer her phone or return my emails in a timely manner.While enroute to pick up my vehicle I had car issues and needed a tow; come to find out I didnt have the 100 mile tow service pkg I had signed up for(another clerical error). I had to pay out of pocket..This is unacceptable and frustrating. As for me and my family we will be shopping for a different insurance company.

I went there today to transfer a vehicle in my name. The service is fast and efficient. They only allow cash or check as a form of payment, so keep that in mind. The updated decor reminds me of the starship Enterprise, which is a nice distraction from the outside world. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of service I received. Highly recommend.

Love this place... almost a 1 stop shop... if you could renew your license and photo and all...then it would be a 1 stop shop...Also, if you can only pay with Cash or Credit... it would be nice to have an ATM machine there.Overall great experiences and friendly staff.

I was able to get my car registered and title transfer taken care of. However cash or check is only accepted, no credit or debit cards. Make sure you have checks or enough cash before going. Better than waiting in line at the DMV.

I dont like how they do things at this location. They take your phone number then they are supposed to call you when they are ready for ya. But that never happened I was just waiting and waiting not cool.

These people were great and there was a line but they text you when its going to be your turn so you can take off and do what you need to do that helps a lot but they were really quick very nice and Im thinking of joining AAA considering I was there with a friend

Got there at 4:30 they close at 5. Lady came out and asked me if I was there DMV said yes needed to get new tags and plates. I never got the ones that were mailed to me. She told me they were closed for DMV because they had a 40 min wait. This is poor cs if you get there before they close they should help you. When you go into a store before they close they let you get your merch and check out even if someone has to stay and get overtime poor service
