These people are amazingly kind and hard working! They helped us out when we were in a horribly tough situation and never had any attitude with our silly questions. Absolutely the best service Ive ever had and I highly recommend them.

I take all my vehicles here. Very friendly and family oriented business. If I have any problems, even a question they help me even if its a call or a walk in. Never have I had a problem with services done on my vehicle. AAA approved them to me and I agree 100 percent. I will refer Hamilton Auto to everybody I know. :)
Make sure you get a second opinion before spending your money here! Went in for a simple spark plug change and to check out a notification to change the timing belt...left with a complete internal transmission sensor issue/transmission failure!!! Not only was I over charged for the transmission fluid drain & refill. Before my vehicle was taken and touched by them, never have I had a check engine light notification. Now its a regular thing and Im stuck paying the price! They gave no resolution to my transmission issues and now Im stuck either finding a transmission shop to fix my issue (out of my pocket) or get another vehicle.
First and foremost to be completely honest the receptionist lied about a diagnostic on my vehicle after so charged me 4X what the service would originally cost. I took vehicle else where where they told me all I needed was a tune up... These individuals deserve to be tagged by bureau for Stealing money.
Get a second opinion!!!!Took my car here it was grinding coming from the engine bay while driving. They diagnosed it as a transmission problem and recommended a new transmission and a clutch replacement. So I Purchased the parts elsewhere because I found them cheaper and had them do the labor. Only to have the problem come back one day after picking up my car.Turns out that I needed new motor mounts & transmission mountand not a transmission.Bottom line they charged me $700 dollars to do the job and then when I called them they refused to admit they misdiagnosed my car! They said that I should have brought it back to them and they would have changed my motor mounts. But my thought is“Shouldn’t you have checked that first?”
I took my car there for second opinion,was told elsewhere I needed new air compressor.Here they told me it was minor repair, cost 29.95 instead of upwards of 600,very very happy !!
They lied to me about the cost over the phone. Then said that they werent required to tell me the actual cost when I got there for my appt. Then they were smart-alecky when they realized that I was taking my business elsewhere. I think a lot of these reviews posted on here are fake especially when they talk about being treated like family.

Profession and reasonable service. I needed a Light and Brake inspection for a Motorcycle. They are one of the few places in the valley that are certified to do so.I am very satisfies with their service. They did an inspection and my cylce failed. I fixed the problems and they re-inspected and gave me the certification for the already paid price.(Its not their fault that the DMVs computers have been down for three days (and counting) and I cant get the cycle registered! :-)
Its not the same I dont like it. I brought my car in early around 8:40 a.m by appointment, I had to go get my car . There was no communication as to what was going on I had to call. I found out they didnt even get to my car just holding it . I went and and picked up my car around 4:45 pm almost closing, are else they would have kept my car the next day. Only to find out they had a guy with school bus come in and all the mechanics were catering to him. another show of favoritism and discrimination. I will not go back there again!!!! oh and they left a lot of things undone like battery post loose and other little things un hooked very poor service.
A few years back I went there for an oil change and the mechanic said I needed a new serpentine belt; which I did. I asked how much it would cost and was told..... with the cost of the oil change....about $200! Clearly they thought I was stupid because I was an older retired lady. I went to Pet Boys and got the serpentine belt (labor and all) for $60.

Dude didnt even get out of his chair when I tried explaining what was wrong with the car, just said hundred bucks for Diagnostics with attitude, All I wanted was a opinion he didnt have to get his hands dirty but I will take my business elsewhere
