Valley Wide Collison Specialist is great! We have been going to them for years and have always been very well pleased with their work. And Tina is great, very helpful and great customer service, plus top notch auto work techs.

Valley Wide Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car after a small fender-bender. They did a fabulous job. Everything looks great and I feel like my car looks brand new again! I highly recommend them and Mark gave me wonderful customer service as well as the girls on the front desk.

I got into an accident about a month ago and had to take my car into that place which was recommended by Mercury insurance and it was there for about a month but I could understand that with COVID-19 and parts were hard to get they were able to get me original Toyota parts for my car at the same price as non Toyota parts which was really good for me and when I finally got my car back it looked really nice drove really nice and they gave me a loaner car for free which Mercury would not do

I never rate anything on google but this place exceeded my expectations so much I just had to. Isreal was super nice, very communicative, and very good at what he does. It was the cheapest of body shops we quoted and they didnt just fix my front bumper but they also vacuumed the inside of my car, restored the headlights, and waxed my tires. It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. I was very impressed

Absolutely terrible! I got in a car accident in February and took it right in, they took forever to finish. I received it and immediately it broke down. I had to get it towed in Winchester and had to pay out of pocket for the tow and I was not reimbursed until I picked up the car the second time. I picked it up the second time and there were still problems, I didnt have it for even 8 hours before something was wrong with it both times.Theyre excuse was that they didnt do ANY of the mechanical work on it, they sent it out to another shop for that. I specifically went to this place because I went in and asked if it was a full body shop that did mechanical work as well, I was told yes. They sent it to the dealership and it needed an entirely new transmission. THEY GAVE IT BACK TO ME WITH A SCREWED UP TRANSMISSION! I was also given my car back with a chip in the window and they told me to just talk to my insurance they should take care of it, even though they should fix it considering it was not there prior to taking it to this horrible establishment.They brush everything off as if it were nothing, it is like they dont give a damn that their service is terrible. Although they are not the ones doing the mechanical work they are responsible for giving me my vehicle in a working condition, especially because I had no clue they were taking it another shop.I have had my car for a week and I have to take it back again because it is still screwed up. More than likely I am taking the vehicle to a place that will ACTUALLY fix it. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give them negative stars I would!

Never use this shop! An idiot hit me from behind and his insurance company Wawanesa referred me here because they have an agent who works from this shop. The estimate he provided was to repair the part that must be replaced. He even admitted that he knew the part couldn’t be repaired! If he knew, why not provide a correct estimate with the replacement cost? Will definitely not be taking my vehicle there for repairs. Don’t trust the BS!

This company does great work. They try very hard to get the very best replacement parts for your vehicle and go the extra mile if something is missed. They try very hard to get the work done quickly and get you back on the road promptly. They are courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked with me on payments, transportation, and took care of ALL insurance paperwork. They even made the effort to talk down Mopar in order to get all OEM parts from the manufacturer instead of ordering cruddy aftermarket parts from over seas distributors. I was over all highly impressed.I highly recommend this company for your automotive collision repair needs.

AVOID THIS PLACEVery disappointed in this shop, the owner has no sense of customer service. She is very rude, disrespectful and is manipulative. My father dropped off the car about a month ago, Tina (the owner) took down the information about what was wrong with the vehicle which included battery issues. Israel was very helpful during this time. Please note that I knew nothing about the vehicles condition, I knew my father was having issues with the battery but was not aware it started happening after the accident. Tina hands me the paperwork and tells me about the battery issues. I called my father after and found out that was something they were supposed to look at but obviously didnt even check. I call Tina to ask what happened and she pins everything on me, when I ask her what was written on the paper when the car was dropped off she proceeded to tell me that she didnt know because she didnt write it (keep in mind she was the one creating the report at drop off). She became very hostile when I asked what they did to check to see if the battery had been tested/checked since my dad had informed them of the potential damage. Again her response was she didnt know. I asked her to call me back when she checks and refused to do so.I will be escalating this matter. A thorough inspection should have been done which they obviously neglected to do thanks to the lack of communication on the owners behalf.AVOID THIS COLLISION CENTER AT ALL COSTS0/10

Used to love this place. Until recently when I had my car towed there. Was told they were going to call around and see how much they can get parts for and call me back. Never received a call. Until someone vandalized my car and broke my window on their property...and then they stole my stereo. Going down that day just to pick up my car and its still broke FYI

I had a great experience here. Very professional the entire transaction, and they had my rental car waiting there for me.

Valley Wide Collision Specialists did an excellent job repairing the rear end collision damage to my 2002 Chevy Impala. The quality of work and attention to detail by the collision repair technicians and the front office staff, including Israel Vazquez, was admirable. The release date of my vehicle was moved forward in time two (2) days because of a scratch, of unknown origin, that was found on the Impalas newly painted bumper, allegedly sometime just before final inspection. Full Disclosure: I did not see the scratch. Israel acknowledged the inexplicable mishap that occurred in the Shop but could not explain how it happened. I wonder if they just needed more time for the repairs to be completed. The initial rear bumper cover that was ordered was rejected for reconditioning and replaced (superseded) by the latest OEM version per my final copy of the published estimate. Israel offered to rent me a car because of the delay ( I declined) and made sure the problem was fixed before finally releasing the vehicle. I still give VWCS my highest rating and recommendation because they retrofitted my vehicle with the latest version of the required OEM parts and of the quality of the repair. By default, I personally would have deferred to and supported VWCS adjusted release date of my vehicle, if informed of any valid delay. Transparency builds trust.
