We live 2 hours away and where on the phone all morning getting the exact price for a car. Once we were able to get the amount, because they wanted a cashier check to purchase the car we started the 2 hour drive to the dealership. 1 1/2 hours into trip we were called and told they sold car to someone else. We were told first come first served . Great customer service, I say not! They offer to pay for our gas. Wow, I wonder if Mr Napleton would have treated his customers the same way 90 years ago??? This would never happen at a true family owned dealership!

My wife and I had the most horrid experience and wish to tell the tale. We saw a Chevy Trax on Car Fax website that was for sale at this dealership. We took it for a test drive and loved it but when we got back to the dealership our salesman tacked on all sorts of extras that we didnt want which added $4,000 to the price listed on their website. The Car Fax report included such items as a sunroof, locks on the tires, trailer hitch, heated seats and the car didnt have ANY of these items. Such a scam outfit!!!

We traveled from Kansas City to St. Louis last minute to grab a car that was fresh off the truck and we are so thankful we did. Everyone was so friendly, professional and accommodating. The Service guys and Advisors are a bunch of scam. I took my car for diagnostic. Because of the lights on the dashboard, only for me to get a report of things wrong with the car that is visually visible to any lay man as the result of the diagnostic. The mechanic clearly states he needs a wire harness to perform a diagnostic which should not take 3 hours of diagnostic to find out. It’s a simple thing and obvious from the conditions of the car. I feel ripped off for Paying $333.00 without no real diagnostic. Everything written are visually obvious no computer or obd readings neither was any wire tracings, absolutely nothing. please avoid them for service work. They just want to make sales. My greatest regret.

Paris and Matt were great. Gave me a fair trade for my car and helped me to get the 2020 Ram truck that I wanted. Would love to work with Paris again anytime I plan on purchasing another vehicle. She was great!!!

One of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. The salesman I was dealing with was nice, but the sales manager was terrible. Napleton Hyundai claims to have the lowest prices around, but what they fail to tell you is that the dealership has installed “options” on the car that you have to pay for on top of their advertised price of the car. So the price they advertise the car for sale at, is NOT actually the price. On the itemized bill, they make it look like you just chose to install the options they had put on, but in fact you are being forced to pay for things you might not want at all, and they refused to take them off.The entires sales process was dragged out for about 9 hours until finally complete, and was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I will never buy a car from them again.I would not recommend buying a car from this place to anyone!

In my experience contacting the Hyundai location will trying to purchase a preowned vehicle, I was met with the sales representative that had treated me fairly poorly.For some context of the situation, I was hoping to purchase the vehicle from out of state & The sales representative dismissed my questions and needs.While asking for more information about pricing for the vehicle & administrative fees, The sales representative did the best they could to answer them, but was not able to answer them thoroughly. While asking for a sales manager, the representative scoffed, and told me out I should’ve gotten all the answers I needed done and hung up the phone.I suggest you look elsewhere if you’re planning to purchase a vehicle from out of state.

Donell Canada provided such great customer service when I purchased my car in May that I brought my daughter in to purchase a vehicle. Donell is knowledgeable, worked within her budget, and made the process a pleasant experience.

This Hyundai dealership is a physically decent location. Clean, modern, looks good, and has a bit of an upscale feel about it. Possibly due to several Genesis models scattered around versus actual Hyundai models. Honestly, I suspect this dealership leans more towards the Genesis customer than they do the Hyundai customer. I believe the customer service could be a bit better, but overall. I would say this is an okay place. Disclaimer, they did allow me to do an extensive test drive of the one vehicles, but the customer service could still use some work. For example, I called, made an appointment, told that I would get a call on Friday confirming that appointment, and I never got that call. Went to the dealership for the appointment, and then told I wasnt in the system for the appointment, gave my phone number again and it was repeated to me, for the test drive, and when I got back, was told they wrote down the wrong number. So the actual location looks nice, but the customer service could use some work. Even though I was allowed to have an extensive test drive.

Overall a disappointing appointment. I was in contact with Matt, one of the Sales Managers, who I thought I would be working with but was passed to someone else as soon I arrived. The sales associate was nice but our appointment quickly broke down when I didn’t want the accessories and I wouldn’t agree to a $500 dealer fee. I planned to order the car because they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I think it’s reasonable not to have the fee for a car the lot won’t be holding on to for long. The dealership wasn’t willing to budge on that fee and neither was I. I guess I will be shopping around a little longer.

I took my Car in for maintenance and they were amazing to deal with. Very professional and on time. Didnt try to oversell me on things I didnt need while pointing out things we should watch. Would definitely recommend!
