The people were very friendly but was severely understaffed. I spent about 90 percent of my time waiting on an agent or some other part of the process, like financing. Overall, the process was relatively painless but there was definitely very little wiggle room in price or terms. Overall, if the place is well staffed and youre looking for a straightforward process, Id recommend.

Dont do business with them. They have no compassion especially for their repeat customers. Make sure you know what you want before you sign anything. They wont refund your deposit even if you notify their headquarters. Very poor business ethics.

Really stellar service. I had a complex issue related to a new car I had purchased from another Honda Dealer who was too far away to revisit. Margo was stellar in coordinating with that dealership to get the issue taken care of to my satisfaction. I really felt like she had my back! Car works great now, and Im super happy with the experience. Plus, every one of the staff always wore a mask around me so I felt safe! Incredible job all around guys!

Great experience shopping fir a car upgrade. John Hart our salesman was very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Helped my son get his first car with no problems. Everything with smoothly. The finance officer was very helpful. He explained the financing, warranties and all options. Great place to purchase a car. Go see John Hart.

Got my first Accord service done here. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The service is done on First come first serve basis. And it can take a while since it is a busy place. But their lounge is a fun place to spend some time. So I would not complain.

Ive always had a great experience with every visit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they say theyre going to do something, theyll do it. Service department is the best. Quick turn around time, accommodating to your schedule, offers shuttle service, and always has free ice cream.

Sue was beyond helpful and wonderful to work with. Due to daylight savings ending it was dark by the time we got there so she brought the vehicle inside for us to look at it in the light. She was transparent and offered all the insight we needed to help in our decision making process. Would definitely drive the 45 minutes for that kind of service and the no pressure demeanor. Just feel as though I was robbed without a gun. I was assaulted twice in one visit. Bommarrito Volkswagen is simply taken your money. I am so sorry I started allowing them to service my car. I have no where to turn but I was robbed for $200. and received nothing for my time or trouble.

This auto dealer is absolutely the very best one in the entire St. Louis area. The location is a solid 35 minutes from my house, yet I travel there to buy my cars and for maintenance. Their prices cannot be matched in the region. It is a very clean facility and the staff are the best in the area. During car servicing, there are free refreshments. I highly recommend driving the extra miles to get a great deal.

Always great service and super speedy in comparison to other service locations. They make your wait time easy with TVs, comfy seats, magazines, and refreshments. They are very knowledgeable and give you recommendations for your vehicle but dont push for unnecessary maintenance like other repair shops would.

Bommarito is the best in town I say that but Lou Fusz is alright too. Ive bought cars from both and worked for both and just have to say they are good people. If you buy from them you can count on it being a good car and good deal. If buy used from an individual your on your own, yea it might cost a little bit more but it will be worth it if something goes wrong. I highly recommend them for new or used.

First time there for service. Needed to get a recall taken care of. The intake process was quick. They offered a free car wash. The sitting area was comfortable and had coffee, donuts, ice cream and water. My only complaint was how long it took. The service member joked that the car wash took the longest. If thats true, I wouldnt have had one! It made a great experience worse and I left a bit frustrated.

Replaced defective air bag after recall notice came in mail. Took one hour. Pleasurable experience with Steve Thompson. This dealer is worth going to. I drive 23 miles past other Honda dealers to get here for sales and service. I own 2 Honda CRVs.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. They always try to find a coupon or discount. Ive waited for my car to get an oil change on several occasions and they are always prompt with getting the car finished. While Ive waited Ive been offered coffee, tea, and donuts repeatedly. Free loaner cars are an option if you cant or dont want to wait.

Sure, there are indeed things that one expects from a dealership, but there are also some dealerships that seem to want to push back against the basics of good service and customer retention.Not so here. I can say almost certainly that my next car will be purchased through these folks, provided I that I am still in St. Louis.

This is the Honda dealership in the St. Louis area to go to. I was having some transmission issues and I called the Creve Coeur location first and had a terrible phone experience with a rude customer service agent. I called here and everyone was so nice, Rose in customer service and Alec in automotive specifically. Alec kept me informed every day with how my vehicle was progressing, I was given a rental paid for by Bommarito and supplied by Enterprise, and Rose would ask me how I and my car were doing when I needed to call in. I had a wonderful experience and I will go back here when I need my car serviced and to buy my next Honda!

Im not looking forward to returning to the showroom to shop. Their sales staff will not allow you to test drive a car alone. This is why I purchased my last new car from another dealer, after going there to do a test drive. Every other car dealership I go to they copy my license and give me the keys. I was given some story that is their policy. Seems to be an outlier policy relative to other car dealers. However, since crashing my car, I will return tomorrow to test drive a couple of used vehicles I found online, not looking forward to it.

I have never had a worse experience getting my car fixed! The service advisor Mark was rude and didnt return my calls for DAYS!! I will never be going back! I needed 2 tires a rim and an alignment... It took over a week! Last time I checked Firestone or one of the other chain car repair places do that while you wait. Pathetic.

Beware of this dealership! We negotiated a deal with Christy, but when we signed the paperwork it WAS NOT the deal we had agreed upon. We were walking out when Joe offered to add an extended warranty, but when we went back inside Joe acted as if he never offered to add an extended warranty. It felt as if they were trying to get us to just take the car after a bait and switch tactic. All this after being there for four hours, not to mention a 45 minute drive (one way) to get there.

No one should be treated subhuman or disposable simply searching for a car. Ive been to Bommarito Honda before and had a great experience, obviously thats why I recommended it to my sister, unfortunately this occasion wouldnt be reflective of the dealer I know and trust. We came there like many other shoppers, curious, budget in mind, and ready to vet our options. When we arrived we were met by a salesman name Randy Borth. To get an idea of what we were looking for, Randy invited us to his desk and began to talk us through our options based on our budget. Ive worked in customer service before and I totally understand having a bad day, maybe you met with a difficult customer beforehand etc, so I tend to give the benefit of the doubt. However, in Mr.Borths case, he was belittling, visibly irritated, and just lacked couth. It sucks honestly, because Ive grown to trust and appreciate Bommarito. Its been my go to dealer since I moved to the Midwest, and the salesmen in the past have been nothing short of amazing. I hope Bommarito makes this right and at least speaks with Mr. Borth. His behavior is not reflective of the brand. In the future, Bommarito, please do your due diligence in vetting your sales team before putting them on the floor. This was unfortunate, but Im sure theyll make it right.

Horrible service. The wife and I walked in after looking online for a minivan, that we had made an online reservation with confirmation to test drive earlier that morning, to find they had sold it before we arrived. We must have been standing in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone had asked us if we needed help, as I saw at least 3 sales people either playing on their cell phones, talking to one woman that was clearly not interested in buying a vehicle, and another just standing in the corner. I would not EVER go back here to even consider purchasing a car. The staff clearly doesnt care about selling cars, so that makes it a big no for me. I will also tell everyone that mentions this dealership not to go there.

Really missed the mark on misdiagnosing my car. I had multiple electrical items go out at once and they wanted to replace each item. I took it else where where they found the car had 2 missing fuses. $4.00 vs $3,600. I will not be going back.

I had a great experience at Bommarito Mazda West County. I was in the market for a volvo SUV, Nissan Murano, or MDX Acura. I walked into Bommarito and my sales guy Shane H showed me the CX9! I am so glad that he did! It is now my vehicle and I love it. Shane was the person who recognized my needs in a vehicle, explained all my options, and was not pushy or salesman creepy. It was like I was going over my options with a friend! Since my happy purchase, Shane still welcomes me into the showroom as I pass through for service. I love this dealership, as everyone is friendly and recognizes me by name. I will continue to have Mazda on my radar, and for that you go to Bommarito West County!! I would tell you to ask for Shane and you will not be disappointed.
