So I live in iowa. While visiting St. Louis I decided just to stop by and se if trading in and getting something safer with better mileage was a double option for me. I went on the website and I figured and 2012 Ford Escape looked nice and was affordable but then I got there. First of all Justin is the Bomb and I mean the Bomb he doesn’t treat you differently cause you’re not a guy… he’s honest courteous and very helpful. He truthfully looked out for my best interest and got he the best deal I could’ve gotten anywhere else. I know this because I’ve played with the idea of trading in my car for 2 years now but the never really convence me or give me the right value for my car. Justin you’re an amazing person and I hope you get a fat check this month cause you cut my gas bill in half and my payment aren’t far from where I was. Oh and to top it of I got freshly baked cookies delivered three days later in Iowa! Great service and a great deal. Thank you :)

Took my car foot the safety recall on the hood latch only because it was close to home. Dropped my car off the day before. Got checked in for my 7am appointment and my car was not ready until after 130pm. I started calling service at 10am to get my car and i kept getting the run a round that my service person was not available. Left messages and he still did not call back. When i finally got in touch with the service tech he said my car was getting washed. When i went to go get it my car was parked far in the back and still wasnt washed. I was told it was next. I will never ever go back to this service. Its a shame you have to go far out to get good service.

Ive been doing business with Bommarito Ford since 2015. Always clean! Always great service! Recently I had a tire issue. I brought it in and spoke to Jenn Haley. She got the auto mechanics back there to find it and they repaired it! I was so happy because it was a slow leak that was becoming a nuisance.

Reviewed the Ford dealership. The Ford portion was great, bought a vehicle from out of state and they had everything ready to go when I arrived. Was in and out in about an hour. Finance office was quick and easy with some neat technology for signing paperwork.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Customer service is outstanding.

Be very weary of the finance guys. The website says you get a warranty included in the price. This is apparently not the case. I was charged an additional 4500 for a warranty. If one was included in the price then why was I charged extra? I would love to be able to let people know but nobody has responded to me after I have sent messages and tried calling. Also the internet price is not what the finance guy uses when running your paperwork. They rushed us through so much that when we asked questions we were told I dont know to our questions because the man doing our signing was not the same person who worked up our loan. They knew we needed this car so they took advantage of us. My mom is legally blind and as she was signing some of the paperwork she would ask what am I signing and he would just say oh this just the meat of the loan. If I could give negative stars I would.

Greg made buying a new car fast and easy. Came in knowing exactly what we wanted, they worked with us on the price, and were very accommodating. We were told about extended warranty options without being pushed on any, they respected that we came in with our own financing, and were in and out in less than 2 hours. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle there. The salesman was nice and very helpful but their office people and some of the service people were very disorganized and some were flat-out rude. I had a bad experience at the Nissan dealership and at the Ford dealership a few years ago so I wont be buying anything from Bommarito again.

Love the service from this Ford dealer. Better to visit than call. Also they have a fast service department. Usually wait 20 minutes or so with basic oil changes. Ive had to wait 2 or more hours at similar places.

Tried to charge me $200 for a recall that was covered through Nissan. Funniest thing about it all was that they did not even do the recall. They still try to bill me for it though.On top of all that I also asked for my TCU to be upgraded. I was told it was upgraded and replaced to the new model and even charged for services and parts while in reality no parts were replaced and no TCU was upgraded.This was all confirmed via Nissan connect through Nissan USA.

This happened at the Hazelwood Bommatito Nissan dealership.Had an issue with the car 40 minutes after the sale and our salesman seamed very like it was no big deal. This became a big deal to me because during the sale he REPEATEDLY raved about their used car checklist and how their customer service was great and he was so proud of it.He actually told me to call my roadside assistance to have it replaced. He told me he was off and there wasnt anything he could do. Upon calling the dealership another salesman gave us a number for their call-out service which felt like a much better way to handle the issue.I dont feel this is the norm for Bommatito dealerships but my experience was bad.

Great Ford dealership and no high pressure salesmen. Our salesman, Steve Nordiff was excellent. The showroom and waiting were hospital clean. Free coffee, hot chocklet and bottles water. There is another little secret just past the coffee counter. If you visit there you will find it.

OIL CHANGE SERVICE A JOKE!!!!They do not remove skid plate on truck, leaving oil to drip all over my drive and garage. 2nd time they have done this. Nor do they clean up oil filter drain pan. Very rushed and sloppy quality work, can only imagine how the quality of any other work would be.
