Im glad somebodys having good experiences, mine has not been pleasant so for!!! Feels like the 3 truck companies money is not as appealing as the big guys!!

Great Customer service Best Penske Ive been to so far

Penske repair center, quick in and out, very friendly service, and I was back on road.

First off the place was easy to find and very well kept! The front desk employee was absolutely fantastic! The amount of customer service I received on my visit to the Hattiesburg Penske was amazing!! The truck looks and feels better than any other moving truck I have ever been in (this is my 4th move) I will forever use Penske Trucks from this moment forward! Thanks guys

Dad’s truck for about 2weeks made repairs put a new windshield and serviced it and then put fuel filter right.

Clearly racial motivated. How do you let things get stolen out of people’s truck and show no regard. Tell them you’re going to be calling them/emailing them and don’t ask even reach back out. If I was white you would have gotten me a response both time I talk to you and the district maabager. Trash. You have workers that refused to give away the public’s right to ask for information from the company. Anyone can walk into an establishment and ask for policy and you’re supposed to give it to them. You guys are unprofessional and racial motivated. That’s sick

Staff is friendly yes, But that’s where it ends. I’ve been to this facility many times as I live in the area.But the company I work for is out of Indiana and their contract is with that local shop.When I take home time I schedule with the Hattiesburg shop to get needed work done. And like clockwork, they NEVER get it done.So if you are an OTR driver or company. Don’t waste your time coming here. They act like it is Beneath them to work on anything other than a local contract.
