I was very pleased with my experience. The facility was very clean and secured with a gate code. They provide large dollies to help you move your items from the truck to your unit which was a big help. The management was very courteous and easy to work with. Keith is really on the ball and always returned my calls or emails very promptly. I would highly recommend Outback 98 West!

I rented two units for over a year. The facility was was always in top shape. Everything is kept very clean and there was never any sign of pests inside or out. Very easy access for loading and unloading your stuff but the facility is very secure for your piece of mind. The staff was always courteous and willing to help. I will definitely use Outback Storage again!

Always clean and well maintained. Keith did an excellent job communicating and making everything easy for us, especially helpful since we stored there and were then out of towners.

These folks are top of the line. I rented a storage unit here for several years, and never had anything but positive experiences. The facilities are always clean, it is gated with working cameras, and the staff is great. I actually had to move all the way to California in sort of an emergency situation, and Kieth was amazing at communicating with me, and helping me to manage everything while I got resettled on the west coast. I wish every business was as professional and ethical as Outback on 98.

I have used Outback Self Storage on Hwy. 98 in Hattiesburg for several years and have always found them to be professional in their dealings with me. The facility is always clean and I have never been afraid to go there after-hours because it is well secured. We used Outback for some short term storage in order to make a move. I was very pleased with the unit I got for the value. I knew going in that there was a support beam in the middle of the unit, but it reduced the price by a nice amount monthly. Mr. Keith was also very easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Outback Storage on 98 West.

I needed a place to store some items while I was waiting to close on a house. I picked Outback Storage because of location but was impressed with the security and the friendly staff. At one point during my rental I had accidentally locked my unit open, I was contacted by Keith saying that he had noticed it during one of his routine checks. Great Customer service, above and beyond.

Great staff with great personalities and very professional, its not common to find both. The facility is very clean, well secure, easy to locate, and very affordable. One of the perks is the covered awnings outside each entryway of the buildings! If I ever develop the need for another storage solution, Ill definitely be back!

Great facilities, friendly staff, very comfortable with the security. Lots of available options for storage both inside and out at reasonable prices. I would recommend you going to your insurance agent and getting a dec page if you intend to use your own insurance for storage as they require a minimum of $2k coverage. You will have to pay the fee for their company if you dont have a dec page for your own insurance.Overall, very happy with my choice in storage in Hattiesburg!
