Staff is friendly and very helpful

My mother paid 2 extra months in advance, gave adequate notice before leaving at the end of June 2018. The person working for the owner states that they will be keeping all the extra money paid for 2 storage units for both July 2018 and August 2018 because it is the owners policy. My mother has already moved out of both units. WHAT A RIPOFF! BEWARE! She had been a long-time customer too!!!

If you are a senior citizen beware. Mattie is not good to the long term customers. My mother paid rent for years on time and in advance. She over paid by two months and she would not refund the money. We asked for the owners names and a way to contact them or have them contact us and the request was refused. Also, be careful of the huge potholes.
