I will never go back !!! Bought two new phones and two smart watches. Almost $3k in devices.I would have been better off buying online!!!!! This store does not even have a manager for the staff to call when their system messes up.Save the frustration, buy on the Verizon website and let it be shipped to you. At least you can make sure your info transfers properly and your bill will be correct.The entire process truly was a horrible experience!On the final note, the employee was very nice and pleasant.

We had to get a phone plan and affordable phones quickly. Justin at the Hattiesburg Verizon store was there for us every step of the way. He made special spreadsheets showing prices and features of plans and phones. After we signed up, he made sure all data was transferred to the new phones and has stayed in touch after the sale. That’s how tovdo it!

Would avoid this store at all possibilities. Sales reps (zack Farnham)their own product and will sell you a phone with specs you specifically ask to not have (glass back). Then their (regional manager- chad Maxedon) says well idk if z4 has a glass back i dont carry that. But i know my sales rep a little bit and he said you didnt ask specifically for a phone without a glass back end of looking into it, no resolution and still a cracked phone . This place is a joke

They charged me $220.00 for a 4GB plan without telling me. I have only found one person at this store worth dealing with and he no longer is there. The last two times I went there the people acted like I was a pain in their butt. I called yesterday and talked to someone about my battery problem. He said well batteries go out. He said try a factory reset. I asked if I brought it to them would he do it? Basically he said no. I went to the Corporate store by target and they look at my phone for a minute and then says you have insurance and I am getting a new phone tomorrow. GO TO A Corporate store only!!!!!

Seth Fickens is very knowlegeable, detailed and professional. He was wonderful in helping me meet the needs of my purchase. My experience was very good.

Service was prompt and friendly. They couldnt take care of the problem, but they said it could be fixed at the other office and gave good advice on what needed to be done.

The salesman sent me a text at 8PM the night I bought a new phone explaining that I had to come back the next day because they screwed up and forgot to tell me my plan was now an extra $40/month. Then when I showed up the next day they sold me the wrong wireless charger. I don’t live in Hattiesburg so it was incredibly inconvenient to drive the hour back to town on a weekday to get screwed over a second time.

When i first arrived at verizon today i was welcomed and greeted before i entered the door, i was glad that the workers that worked here were kind and took their job seriously and wasnt rude or disrespectful. I was a little confused about what i had wanted to get and how the data plans were set up but after being explained to about what was going on i thought it was pretty cool. In my opinion verizon is the best.

Was told we wouldnt be charged more than 200$ a month.. Somehow we got an upgrade that we didnt ask for and got insurance for one of our phones that we didnt ask for... They never told us about any upgrade or extra costs.. Our bills were never under 250$ and 2 of our bills were above 400$... I called corporate and reviewed our billing and somehow on the computer says we didnt pay on months we did.. We only paid at this store 3 times,but paid at the one in petal and at the one in the mall, also one time in big spring tx.. Ok so that adds up to 6 times, now we also paid 3 times over the phone. Only late 2 different times. On the computer it said we only paid 6-7 times.. Now in debt 1,080$ to them. Im telling you right now if you live in Hattiesburg,Columbia,petal,or anywhere you can get Cspire, get it. They have better service and its cheaper. From experience I would never use or tell someone to use ATT or Verizon.

They were friendly it was easy to set up my service but they are rather expensive just for two lines Im paying over 200 and thats with my husbands veterans discount and autopay

Went and bought a prepaid card from Wal-Mart and they messed my account up. Went here and the guy got everything fixed and manages to get my account credited the money Wal-Mart lost.
