I had finance a car from them it was a Malibu not even 2 weeks car breaks down . It was the transmission. They fixed it but guess who had to pay to get it back plus still pay the notes not even a month the transmission went out again I asked to switch cars or at least give me my money back . They said pay to get it fix or return the car. Being a single mother and Broadway motors f you over IS NOT cool. Y’all need to do better or shut that shii down !

They are always willing to work with me on my car note when Im running behind.

If i could give a -100000 i would on this establishment. Very rude Representatives even when you try to talk with some sense everyone here is very disrespectful . Was told they did not want to return a car (did not run up to our standards )but then still took the car off the lot without wanting to refund. Then decided to give back a portion of the down payment after having to call back to back and them calling the police on my fiance simply because he wanted his money back and did not want to agree on their decision. Yells at customers even when you have respect. I do not recommend this place at all unless u want to lose money and deal with a headache. Wouldnt hesitate to call the police on a black person for simply wanting some respect and to handle business accordingly.

If you want a used car that is reliable and affordable, Broadway Motors is the place to start car shopping; however; if you want a car that is never going to have problems then I suggest you go to a new car dealership or just make one yourself! Used cars are not brand new (obviously) so don’t expect it to never have a problem. It’s not the business’ fault that you have bad/no credit & no money, & that this is the only place that could help you. The owners are great people & the staff is willing to go extremely out of their way to help you out. So, if you want to bad mouth a business that has been serving the public for years and the only dealership that could help you finance/buy a vehicle, then maybe you should have bought a NEW car from a NEW car dealership that came with some warranty. A business can only do so much.

God blessed me witht the funds to buy a car, and so on June 6th, 2020 I purchased one from here. I had to bring it back a week after I purchased it to get the trunk fixed on it, and was told it would be 1-2 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and every time I call they just say Ill call back or itll be here tomorrow and I havent received a single call back. If they would have just told me it would be a few weeks I would be okay with how long it is taking, but they are dishonest, and that is what makes me so upset.

Got a car Ive been using for a year, no major problems and Ive added 50,000 miles. The people we dealt with were friendly and worked with us on pricing. Would definitely recommend this place.

BUY YOUR CARS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don’t ever purchase anything from this place. I got a 2015 Nissan Sentra from them about 2 months ago. I put $3000 down. The first day I brought the car home the drivers floor was leaking because of some pipe they didn’t put on correctly, but they fixed it. About a week after that, the car wouldn’t crank because of the starter so they sent my car to a BS mechanic that fixed it, but it makes a funny sound now. Now my check engine light came on in the car and autozone told me exactly what it was and they told me it should only take about 20 minutes to fix so I called the people at Broadway and they told me to go straight to the mechanics shop Andrew that he could fix it right then with no problems. I stay an hour away and when I got there the mechanic didn’t even have the part there so that was a wasted trip and wasted time. I then called the people at Broadway and told them the issue. I also told them that I would be back tomorrow. They called the mechanic and told him that he could send the part back so now I have to wait 4 hours to get my car fixed when it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. DO NOT SHOP HERE!UPDATE: MONTHS later and I am still having major issues out of the car. I have insurance with them and they still haven’t fixed my car correctly! I have had to buy a MAF sensor almost every 2 weeks because the car keeps burning them out. Seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! These people are rude and the entire company is a JOKE.

Bought a car from them June 14,2019 bought it back on the fourth day due to problems with the car. Y’all it was leaking water everywhere. Me and my baby got sick from the mold. I bought it back then (keep in mind this is the seventh day) they still would not take the car back. The Ghetto black lady Terry is so rude 🤦🏾‍♀️ I bought the car back several times she said it’s nothing they can due but try to fix it. Issue still isn’t resolved to make a long story short I broke down in Tyler Town 3 o’clock this evening was stranded. Roderick who sold the car told me a tow truck is on their way to come get me and will call me right back 25 mins past no call back. So I called he gave the tow lady my number she called finally told me they were in Columbia which wasn’t far. A hour passed. She called back and said Roderick said I agreed to pay the towing fee I said wait what mam we didn’t even discuss that at all. These ppl sold me a bad car and now I’m carless on the verge of loosing my job and they don’t wanna give me another one same value. So I’m carless. YALL PLEASE DON’T GO TO THESE PPL TO PURCHASE THEIR CARS. THEY’LL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THEY USE JOHNS CAR CARE TO FIX THEY CARS WHICH THEY DON’T FIX RIGHT AT ALL. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. My friend has a car from this place and her window messed up so she come to see if they could help. They were rude as hell. The owner (Im guessing thats what he is, hes the boss.) came and just stood in front of us. My friend asked for help and an explanation as to why they never told her about a warranty or anything. He raised his voice at her and kept trying to walk away. My friend said to me that she will call corporate and ask them about it. After she says this he turns around and come to where we were and yelled GO GET ONE THEN!! and stormed into another room. I would not recommend going here to anyone. They were all rude. Mainly the owner!

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee along with a warranty. My speaker does not and has not produced sound since I bought it. Also the emblem on the back of my vehicle fell off the first day I got it! These horrible people refuse to get it fixed. I will be contacting lawyers because I paid cash for my vehicle and probably way too much for this lemon!
