The staff and service provided at Courtesy Ford is remarkable. Mrs. Susan Raiford in particular, is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in the body and collision shop, she was attentive and obliging. She went above and beyond to provide me with updates about my vehicle and what to do moving forward. I am beyond grateful for the service and staff here. I highly recommend Courtesy Ford.

I recently purchased a used truck from this Courtesy Ford. I was 7 hours away and was not able to see the vehicle in person before purchasing. I dealt with Kavin, who was a great salesman and was very professional and respectful. He went over the truck with me over the phone and spoke of every single tiny imperfection with the truck to ensure I knew what I was buying. When the truck was delivered, they filled my truck up with a full tank and the driver wanted to make sure it was clean enough for me and if it wasn’t, he offered to wipe everything down again to ensure I was satisfied. The only issue with the truck was the windshield wiper switch needed to be replaced. Kavin made sure I was taken care of by reimbursing me after getting it fixed. This is a high class dealership who clearly takes pride in their customer service. Although they are 7 hours away, I would not hesitate at all to do business with them for my next vehicle purchase.

Awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. They made the appointment to fix a recall on my car, so I dropped it off at 7am. Fast forward to 3pm they call and say they are so sorry they do not have the part to fix the recall. How they managed to keep my car all day until they figured this out is a mystery to me, especially after they told me they had the part. But hey, they rotated my tires and put a tire with literal wire showing on my front passenger side, and I had a blowout one week later. Never told me about the wire showing and put it on my FRONT passenger side. According to their service department it was a Ford policy to put the worst tires on the front. Thank God I did not wreck. I would not recommend their service for anyone. They are not safe.
Just wanted to say how happy and satisfied I was with the body repair work on my 2014 Dodge Charger. It wasn’t very pretty when I left it but I had to look twice when I pulled up to know it was mine. Not only did they do a great job repairing the damage but they also detailed it inside and out before picking it up. Thanks to Eddie and all the crew at Courtesy Ford Body Shop for a job well done. UNTRUSTWORTHY! I strongly recommend getting a second opinion when getting serviced. I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for a TCM recall. I experienced all the issues listed, They had my car for 10 days before calling to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle, still no servicing just a diagnostic check. 10 days! On Day 4 I called to get an update & was told it looks like it is a TCM issue and that he’s unsure if they would be able to fix it since that particular part is on back order. 10 days later, they called with my results and stated I needed a new transmission and was unable to resolve the TCM issue until I get a new transmission. Hearing you need a new transmission is devastating. I took it to a AAMCO who specializes in transmission & was told I did not need a transmission, it seems it may be a TCM issue and I should check to see if there are any recalls for this issue. Ford did not service my recall as they should have and since they said it wasn’t the recall they also charged me the $130. My car is still under the 150,000 miles warranty. Also when receiving my car back, my dash screen was discolored and no longer showed my mileage, blinking repeatedly...they kept my car for another 3 days to tell me it was a clutch issue…REALLY? I never experienced this issue and when I dropped my car off everything showed fine & never once had my screen done this. Please be cautious when visiting this location and if your a young woman as I am. Please have a man with you that knows if they are messing you.

I was involved in a vehicle accident and after having a lot of trouble with my car being fixed properly, I took it to Ford hoping they could help me. Ms. Jennifer in the service department was AWESOME!! She was so sweet and also kept both me and my mom updated on my vehicle during the process. Thanks to her and the mechanic who worked on it, my car now drives just like it’s brand new again. I would highly recommend doing business with Courtesy Ford in Hattiesburg if you have the opportunity.
Great customer service and quality work. They can be slow on occasion as they are very, very busy. My last experience was unique as I had dropped my truck off and I didnt hear anything for several days. This is unusual for them. They are a quality dealership with a well-staffed and knowledgeable service department.

If you get your oil changed here, make sure they change the oil filter! I marked my oil filter and they didnt change it. Marked same filter two more times, all with different color paint pens. They didnt change it UNTIL I told the lady over the Quick Lane. She gave me a free oil change and let me watch them change the filter. That was my last time in this dealership for service. I service my Edge now myself!
The people are generally very nice, which is why I go there. However, Ive had 4 tired replaced and I had to return with 3 of them because of leaks from the valve stem. I would not recommend tire service from Courtesy Ford in Hattiesburg. I am now sitting and waiting for a 2nd look at 1 stem after it was adjusted to stop a leak. Now if you touch the stem it pours air out and has a slow leak on its own. Normally they get it in quick if its a return issue, but not this time. Still waiting for a repeat issue in the same week to be looked at an hour later.
The staff was polite and professional, but...after leaving my tire monitor system alerted me. They had let air out of the tires to below the recommended specs and above all i had arrived early to still wait an hour and a half. Not a quick lube
The service manager Joey Fortenberry and the service team always do a good job. They have been doing service work for me for around 10 years. All the service team members are ready to help and answer questions. The work is done professionally and in a timely manner. The cost is fair and reasonable. The service is high quality. A loaner vehicle is supplied if needed. I Highly recommend Joey Fortenberry and the Courtesy service department.

They said I had 3 oil leaks, with one of them being a major oil leak that would cost $3,000 to fix. I got my car double checked at Firestone and they had three people look over it, including a senior mechanic, and they could not find a single oil leak. My brother who is a mechanical engineer also looked over it and couldnt find anything wrong. Im not comfortable going back knowing that theyre not competent enough to tell whether or not a car has a major oil leaks.
My family was heading from gulf shores back to texas. Traveling in 2 vehicles with 3 grandkids and had trouble with fuel pump on 1999 f350. These guys saw our dilemma and with great effort found a pump and replaced it in a short time getting us all home safely same day. This pawpaw is forever grateful

My Mom has all service to her Ford Escape done here. She followed Pine Belt Ford from Purvis, where she purchased her vehicle, to the Hattiesburg location when they merged with Courtesy Ford. Very satisfied with service and friendliness of employees.
Do not buy a vehicle from here. We bought a truck from them and within a year, it was in the shop SIX TIMES. The service department is a joke. The person you need to talk to is conveniently never there. They don’t return messages or voicemails. The last time we brought it in, we got them to change the oil, and they overfilled it by two quarts and blew multiple gaskets and had the truck smoking going down the road. We have been told that the dealership only had one person that works in transmissions. So our vehicle has been up there for almost three months and it’s still not even close to being done. We paid for the extended warranty so that we would be given a loaner vehicle if ours was being serviced. But we have been told multiple times that they don’t have any vehicle to give us. After we complained enough they finally got us a truck from enterprise. Just don’t. Go somewhere else.

We had a issue with contaminated fuel. I called then first thing Saturday morning. I told them that I was a full time traveler, and we had to be on the road Sunday . They worked me in and by 2 oclock is was back on the road. A job well done. Thank you very much.

Scheduled an appointment for rear breaks at 9am. Was told an hour and half time block. Took two hours and forty-five minutes. When asked why it took so long, the reply was there was only one person working three jobs. This would be okay if the person would have explained that at 845 when I checked in, I could have rearranged my day accordingly.
Our salesman Jenna was amazing throughout the process. She was very attentive and made sure we got a truck that worked for us. She even delivered the truck to our house since we were unable to go and get it. After the buying process there was an issue caught by the DMV that we were thankfully able to get fixed. I would definitely recommend anyone go through Courtesy Ford for a new or used Truck!

I received poor service in a not so friendly atmosphere, I had to wait hours just to get a sensor checked on my back door. The employees here has a non caring attitude towards Black customers. I hope I never have to bring my vehicle to this particular dealership again I will go to the moon before coming here again. I’m a Black senior citizen that feel I’m not treated fairly.

My husband & I went here yesterday 7-11-19 to look at a SUV. The sales lady was so awesome! Very down to earth. So easy to laugh, joke & play around with. She was fun!!! Not all stuck up & just down to “business” like a lot of sales people we have dealt with in past. My husband & I both agree that this dealership was completely different from any other we have ever been too. It was a very friendly atmosphere. We could not have enjoyed more going into debit then we did with Joy (sales lady). Lol by time we was done we left there with a SUV & a truck!! That surely has NEVER happened before!! Its a shame, to rate this place one star. Brought my Expedition Ltd. in with rear suspension bad, and a/c system knocking and uneven cooling. Asked them to give vehicle a check up while they had it.ALL these things were listed in the service request when the vehicle was dropped off.In fairness the checkup did find some important things that needed attention, and were efficiently repaired.BUT...the problems with the a/c knocking and uneven cooling are still there.I was told that all items i had discussed with the service representative had been addressed. I was also told that the price quoted and paid by me, included repair of all the items. Now told it would be over $1k additional for repair of this.Though they gave a military discount for the initial bill, this incomplete repair and additional cost is disappointing treatment of our military families.

Had a flat on 98 west right in front of dealership. Quick lane was closed but they answered anyway. Told her my problem. She asked a mechanic to check on me on his way home which he did and helped me. Basically changed it for me. Super nice and would not take a tip for helping. What else do I need to say.
The service department is great. Ray has taken care of our car on several recalls and a couple of other things. The service department is always willing to go above and beyond to help you get your car back on the road. Great customer service!!!

I read a lot of the reviews. They all seem oddly overwhelmed with their experience! Me? Not so much. I have been using Courtesy Ford for the past 5 years. They are off my list of dealerships for my car. 100% of the time that I take my Expedition in for tire rotation and oil change it costs me 250.00 minimum to get out of there. I always need something major I am told. My last oil change they told me I need lug nuts 224.00. I bought them from my neighbor who sells parts to courtesy for 117.00. They also told me I have oil leaks. Put cardboard under vehicle for a week. It’s clean. They want 2,225.00 to replace sunroof track. Wool wine wants 994.00. I’ve heard enough. Thank you.

Courtesy Ford made my buying experience about as stress free and quick as I think I have ever experienced. I had my eye on a particular vehicle on the lot, drove it, worked the deal and was driving off the lot in less than three hours. My salesperson was a Joy to work with. The only hitch, they did not do a great job of detailing my new truck the day I purchased it. I contacted Joy and she was more than happy to have me come back for them to redo the detail. I just had that done and they did a perfect job. I will definitely be back to Courtesy Ford in the future.

Went in to buy a part & get a quote for some service work. The receptionist was cordial, the parts salesman was top shelf, but when I got to the service writer, after greeting me they seemed put out that I didnt take their off the cuff guesstimate as opposed to the quote I asked for. When they finally got it for me the parts part that the parts salesman had done was printed out in detail as a quote should be, while the service writer just jotted down how many flat rate hours it would take and then totalled it up. I know in most modern shops that there are a myriad of small charges. I guess Im just old fashioned and expect a service writer to be able to provide a detailed quote.

Recently traded my car in for a CPO Expedition, I had some concerns about some vibration on the test drive. (The Ford Customer viewpoint refused to publish this review when I submitted it so Im posting here)Every time I have my vehicle serviced by Courtesy Ford they try to charge me for services that are free under my service contract or they try to charge me for services that I do not need. As someone who works in a management position myself I know that this is not simply a mistake. The employees in the service department are instructed by management to charge customers for services that would be free and are instructed to try to sell/recommend services that the customer does not need. This is a clear sign of corruption higher up in the management at Courtesy Ford. They tried to charge me for almost 600 dollars in services that one, I did not need and two were covered under my maintenance plan/service contract. They recommend expensive services 70 thousand miles before Ford recommends the services be performed. Someone somewhere need to hold these people accountable and review charges and services performed by this department and issue refunds to everyone who was wrongfully charged. If you have purchased a service plan I urge you to have your service record pulled and review charges that you have paid and if you were wrongfully charged by Courtesy Ford hold them accountable and make them refund your money. I am tired of the lying and stealing that goes on in this service department and many service departments across the US.
I was called and emailed multiple times by their sales dept. I was told they would work hard to make a deal, even after a told them I had low credit. They continued to call, Kandice the sales person finally convinced me to fill out a credit application once I gave my information to them they never called again. You would think they would have the courtesy to call and at least say we cant help. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will remember how I was treated.

That was honestly very refreshing, & it’s sad because every dealership is supposed to be like this but they aren’t 🙄 Second of all, Jenna is a awesome saleswomen!! She talked to me & told me all of my options not just what she could “get me in.” I really respect that because a lot of dealers like to cut corners to make a sale, not Jenna.
