I was looking to trade my 2020 Honda Accord on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator . I called, got pictures and sent the information on my car. By that evening they went up $6,322 online. Then want to say it was listed at the wrong price, and because of all the extras it is priced right now. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Will never do business with them again!

STAY AWAY! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Please stay away from this dealership and from Honda. They have major electronic issues they are hiding, and the dealership owner and management refuse to take responsibility for the product they are selling. First, there is an ongoing electronic issues with the dashboard system. It will completely blank out on you while you are driving leaving you with no information on how fast you are going, your gas level, or any of the crucial information you need to navigate. Imagine your wife, your daughter, or your elderly mom driving at night with no information on the dash. We bought this problem to the Service Depts attention 3 times before they will accept responsibility for repair the issue, and now we see it is a ongoing recall thru Honda manufacturer. Secondly, the break assist system does not work. Third, it take several tries to start the car. Fourth, the Navigation System does not always work nor does the cruise control.After some research we have found these are all commonly reported problem for the 2020 Honda Pilot.Most recently, my mom was in the car backing out of the driveway, and she couldnt stop the car even putting the car in PARK. Again the dealership refuses to take any responsibility, and the owner had the audacity to walk out in the middle of the discussion. The only thing going through my mothers mind was she was so thankful that her granddaughter was not standing behind her car because she could have ran her over. They lied to us point blank and told my mom there is no ongoing recall. This is a huge safety concern and the last straw. SHAME ON VARDAMAN!For your own safety and peace of mind, stay away from this place and the Honda brand. Why give them $50,000 of your hard earn money pay for the extra warranty and end up with a LEMON that you are too afraid to drive and have to deal with a dishonest dealership group.

So I came here for routine maintenance and tire rotation to be told there would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I say ok can I make an appointment for then. The guy says he was booked up for the rest of the week and that I could make an appointment for next week. So what was the purpose of you telling me about the 2 1/2 hour wait. Also, i made a request online for an appointment last Thursday and no one ever contacted me which is why I came in. I will just take my car to bob boyte.
I worked with Jamie off and on since yesterday, and he went over and beyond to help get me into my vehicle. I obtained the loan from my bank, and he worked with me to get all the information needed. I live about 80 miles from Hattiesburg, so it was truly meaningful that he made extra time for me to get there to sign the papers and pick up my car. He even fueled up my car and had it washed. Excellent service, I can’t say enough how pleasant the whole process was. I definitely recommend this place, and Jamie is A+ in my book.
Brought my 2017 civic si here for warranty work for ac not working. They fixed it in a day and a half but what I thought was my car was taken care of in their hands. Its now been over a month later and in doing my oil change as I have done since I purchased the vehicle and now I see they failed to connect my underplate back with all the proper screws and clips. No they dont just fall out. I have done over a dozen oil changes on it and I am a stickler for putting the screws and clips back together always. The mechanics show the stigma about dealerships are correct, they never put your car back the way it was. Disappointing and glad my car is out of warranty because it will never see another dealership again.

Vardaman Honda has done most hard/complex service on our Hondas for years. They are always polite, seem very knowledgeable, and have worked us in to accommodate our schedule or an emergency. No, they arent cheap. I do easy/routine stuff myself. But for things I cant do or cant do timely (e.g., timing chain, alternator, etc) they are outstanding.
Every one is very nice and polite to listening to my problems needing fix. Thank you.

Jamie the salesman was absolutely amazing I went in on monday looking for a Honda Civic. Jamie listened to what I wanted, listened to what I wanted for my monthly payments and he worked with his financial advisor to get me the best interest rate he could. I was in town from PA visiting friends with my wife and kids. My 07 Odyssey belt tensioner mounting bolt broke. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 and they recommended a towing company to bring the van in. Had the van towed there and explained that we were heading home on Saturday. They diagnosed the problem and called me first thing Thursday morning with their recommendation and they could have the parts on Friday and have it fixed. Stopped in Friday morning and paid for the repairs before they were complete so we could continue our vacation. The service department was excellent to deal with, very polite and professional. The repair was complete and we picked the van up after hours on Friday. We made the trip back to PA with no issues, thank God we broke down near this dealership. Thanks again for the great service!!

The customer service in the Service Department is outstanding. I had an O2 sensor get detached earlier this morning on my Acura RSX. This was a major inconvenience for me, as I am a medical student and I have a big exam coming up. I didnt have the time or the money to deal with it right now. The service manager, Rod Jenkins, helped me out today. He went out of his way to find a part that would work for my car. Ordering the part from an Acura dealer wouldve cost me about $500, and I would be without my car for at least a week. Mr. Jenkins was able to get a used part from a similar vehicle and install it for me in just a few hours. On top of that, they didnt charge me a dime. I cant speak highly enough about the service team at Vardaman Honda. Truly phenomenal, Id give 6/5 stars if I could.

Test drove a car here when I was looking to buy a couple of months ago. The car was great but the staff was not. Unwilling to deal at all on a pre owned car.
Went for recalls, service center was friendly and completed work in a timely manner. The guy at the desk was patient and actually even fun to do business with. ☆☆☆☆☆We talked to a few salespeople. We could not find the right terms but they were attentive and friendly, not pushy, ☆☆☆☆☆.People in the office were icey on the phone and in person. I swear they were like, why are you bothering me? and I was like, ummm, its not like I wanted to inconvenience you with a phone call and paperwork and spend half of my day dealing with recalls....two stars ☆☆, they did after all answer the phone and give me my paperwork.
Their service department is friendly and timely, and doesnt over charge you or pressure you for things you dont need.

Very bad service department. Couldnt care less if I had a blown clutch and maybe would not make it back to my apartment. Told me that is The question, [whether Id make it back and not get stuck in the middle of the road]. The car is an Acura RSX (Hondas luxury brand), same components as the Civic Si. Same engine block, same transmission and they had no confidence in their technicians to work on it. I would go somewhere else to work on your car as they lacked the ability work on other cars made by Honda. Took my car to another local place and they did an excellent job with it. If I could give this place zero star I would for unprofessional behavior and lack of technical ability to work on cars.

I have a 2011 Honda Civic with an extended warranty that I take good care of. It has less than 100,000 miles. These are the problems Ive had in the last year(2015-2016)-needed a new compressor & it never ran as cool afterwards. Also, you can hear a ticking inside now which is annoying (covered under warranty but keep in mind I bought this car brand new)-was charged $358.26 for a new battery and front brake pads. (I still show the receipt to people who dont believe this)I should have asked before hand. This was my fault but holy cow!-my a/c is out AGAIN (not even a year later) and one of my brakes is squeaking AGAIN(not even 6months later). Guess whos not going to be fixing it...oh wait they didnt really fix it in the first place.-there have been other minor problems in the past covered under warranty which is good but this car is barely 5yrs old.(faulty aux, back window, lights)-also to add insult to injury the mechanics stole all of my quarters out of my console. (Over$5)Which I probably wouldnt mind if they were competent.This dealerships shop was probably ok several years ago but its garbage now. Taking our Honda to the same place we take our Mercedes...atleast they are worth the prices they charge. Starting to think Honda cars just arent as good as they use to be or the mechanics they employ make it seem this way.
