Nightmare after Nightmare after Nightmare.First time I went there, I called ahead of time to make sure that the chair that I wanted was in stock because I live a 30 minute drive from the store. I’m told it is, I bring a trailer to haul it. Guess what, it isn’t in stock. In good faith the guy promised me to deliver it when it came on the NEXT truck, it didn’t come on the next truck btw, it was on the following truck which came almost a week after the 1st truck. I bought 2 chairs that day, when they were finally delivered, 1 of the chairs was the wrong chair. So, then I had to wait a week or two to get that chair replaced. Then when I mail my payment check in, I get a call weeks after the payment date saying that I haven’t made the payment. Low & behold, the check was there & they didn’t know whose account to apply it to, even though the check had the name on it and said what it was for in the “for” section & was properly market in the return address section. By the way, I spent over $2000 with them in cash purchases & have payments on 3 chairs. On every purchase I paid the extra $200 they offer to fix the furniture if something was to break. 2 chairs have been in need of repair & at this moment I have waited weeks for the repair man to come fix these chairs. One of the chairs myself & my wife had already fixed ourselves several times before calling them because it was relatively simple what was happening even though it was annoying that it kept happening, this problem is out of our hands.These folks just can’t seem to get it together nor can they keep it together.

Cant get over it.....The speed and kindness in which Jake Pace handled my purchase was OUTSTANDING!!!Thank you Badcock-HBurg for offering great products and having in place a member of the staff such as Jake!!

Jake was very helpful and was a delight to work with. He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew I was a lil stressed and had a headache and offered to share his lunch with me.... I accepted! I will definitely be returning to furnish my daughters new home! Thanks Jake ! See you soon😉

Jake makes our purchases easy. We were in an emergency situation on our first purchase, and he went above and beyond by delivering an item personally the night before the delivery team could make it to our home. They ask how our family is every time I am in the store or I call, and it’s not just a part of their sales strategy as they have proven that they actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

First time shopper and I was well pleased. The lady doing paperwork was gone for lunch and the gentleman there keep me throughly entertained while showing me around the store until my sales lady returned. Jake Pace is a vile, disrespectful representative that gives Badcock a bad name. It is entirely unprofessional to hang up in a person’s face simply because you do not want to answer their questions. Horrible, horrible example of customer service. Would never recommend
