Very pleasant experience. Loved all the new items. My old bed seems light years behind. It actually felt like a weight had been lifted when I laid on what will be my i8. I could have easily fallen asleep. Cant wait to get my own.

The workers at the store were very helpful and nice. After we purchased, they told us it would be a month so we waited and I even had to take off work for it and an hour ahead of time, they called and said it was damaged. I rescheduled for the earliest date which was a month and a half out. Me and my wife were not very happy with the shipping customer service but again we decided to wait. When it came time to be delivered, we were contacted and said the weather had them held up and it would take yet another month. We then made the decision to just get a refund.

We were shopping for a new bed and since we had a Sleep Number in the motor home we stopped at the sleep number store. We were greeted and asked if they could be of help, and we told the lady what we were looking for. She talked about the difference types and styles they offered. Very knowledgeable and friendly sales lady. Really liked the way we were treated, and we walked away with a lot more because of that. Cant wait for our new bed to arrive.

Had a great experience! I only needed sheets but the salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. I brought a pillowcase from the bedding set I was trying to coordinate with and the associate had good color suggestions to coordinate. Will be visiting again for other bedding needs!

I initially had a problem with my bed being delivered because the order was not completed. After a lot of talking with many different people, we have come to a resolution. The girl who initially helped me there, Erika, was very helpful.

We bought a new Sleep Number bed this week and cant wait to get it. The 2 ladies that helped us were so knowledgeable and very helpful. Weve had a Sleep Number bed for about 10 years and decided to upgrade. We love these beds!

The staff person was very knowledgeable of the sleep number beds. She took time with me and explained how everything works. It was amazing to see the 3D image of my body and then have it adjust to my body and the bed was comfortable.
