I had the best experience with Mattress Express!!! My sleep specialist Miranda helped me to find the perfect mattress for my little grandson without me even having to go into the store. She was patient, friendly, sweet & so very helpful! She even sent me an email with a picture of the mattress I was interested in & a detailed explanation about the mattress. Absolutely one of the best mattress shopping experiences Ive had. I went to some of those other mattress stores and either the prices were too high or the people working there didnt seem to know what they were selling. But at Mattress Express in Hattiesburg? Matt and Miranda know exactly which questions to ask to get you into the best sleeping experience possible. No hassle and no problems when folks like them treat you like family.And when it came to delivery that went just as smooth with the deliverymen setting up my bed, explaining how everything worked (I bought an adjustable base) and being courteous enough to not even leave a single piece of trash behind.5 stars for the entire purchase; from the store to the sale to the set up.

Matthew at Mattress Express was amazing in supporting our needs for buying 4 beds He was very patient with us and got all of our questions answered. It amazes me that Mattress Express cannot be found on Yelp or anywhere. This needs to be fixed because it is a great store and they are family owned from Meridian Mississippi.
