We were in a fender bender and these guys handle everything in a timely manner. They are very professional and respectful.Im so glad we took my vehicle to them. Couldnt have asked for better service.

Awesome experience 👏🏾 They are so nice 👍🏾I had something dragging under my car (metal heat plate and the liner) and I needed a quick fix before driving back to Jackson. The had me fix in no time.The owner, manager and the person who fixed my car were all so nice.It was a small repair, but they took the time to work on my car and treat me like their number one customer.

I was rear ended and the insurance company stated that I could take my car to any body shop of my choosing. I took 2 days to shop around and finally settled on Gatwood. Im glad I did. They had me fixed up and ready to roll out within a couple days. Everyone there were very nice and pleasant.

These guys are amazing! Super helpful not just on fixing my car but helping the whole process go smoother. They also vaccummed and washed it before giving it back.

Their isnt a better quality work or honest workers than these men .They do great work.

Please stay away from this shop! Would not recommend! I brought my car in after my driver side got hit. My car needed 2 new doors the shop replaced them in 2 days and called to tell me my car was ready. So I went to get car and noticed the trim did not match so I drove away with car waiting for correct trim to come in. A week later brought car in and got correct trim. I was like yay done!Fast forward 2 month my door will not open and have to roll window down to get out. I call shop and told me bring by. So on my lunch hour I brought by Monday and was told will call me when to bring in for repairs. It is now friday at 1 a whole week has gone by with no call.

Horrible experience. They would not call me to update me on my vehicle or answer their phone. I was told one thing by the guy at the office and so far he hasnt kept his word. I would advise anyone and everyone to please stay away from this body shop.
