Walked in last week and talk to guy in service and I told him I needed my ball joints replaced and my arm bushings replaced and a front end alignment on my 04 Nissan 350Z and he said no problem. I told them I have the parts already ordered that needed to be replaced and he said fine call us when you get them in. I just called up there and another guy told me they only used their parts and could not work on my car because he thinks I have the wrong parts that dont fit my car with out even seeing what I have or wanting to look at what I ordered. Along with other weird lazy excuses. I bought waaaaay better than stock high performance longer lasting parts and these So Called professionals wont install them after I told them last week face to face what I was doing and they said yes... just call us when you get them in. And now playing stupid. If they cant even act right on a simple fix like this why would I ever drop car off with damage from a wreck.

We had a damaged auto trunk lock replaced. The staff members were all very friendly and efficient. The cost of the repair was fair. Should we auto repair done in the future, this is the place it will be done.

These guys did a great job! I have pearl paint on my 2012 Suburban and was extremely concerned about the shop being able to match the paint. I have 8 years experience in a body shop setting, so I know what a challenge it can be for a match on this particular kind of paint. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! Great job! Thank you for the awesome work! I will definitely refer business your way. My daughter also had her Dodge Dart repaired in this shop. I liked the work they did, so thats why I chose them for my repairs. 2 for 2 guys! Smith Brothers has excellent customer service before, during and after the repair. I was in a car accident and they restore my car back to new. Staff is very friendly and keeps you in the loop the whole process. I highly recommend them.

A great experience! Not good, not ok, just plain great. Staff was super nice and more than helpful, from the claims manager to the technician. Everyone was polite. I was updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs at almost every stage and given details on what was happening. I seriously have no unkind words about this experience. I would recommend them and have every intention of using this business going forward. I never had any doubt or worries from the time I dropped my vehicle off until the day I picked it up, because of the positive attitudes and the helpful nature I received. You could not ask for better service than what I got. I give then 6 stars out of 5!

Came in to see if they could get some dried on paint off the hood of my jeep, they took my car right away and finished it in about an hour. They did a fabulous job with my car and had exceptional customer service! Will definatly be going back for future needs!

After the damage was fixed, the windshield wiper sensor wouldnt work properly. I stopped by after a few weeks, and Smith Brothers said they would fix it, no problem. Well, over a year went by before I made time to take the car back, and they jumped right on fixing it!

Always courteous, polite, and very interested in meeting the expectation of the customers. I have been taking my truck here for years because of the quality of service and knowledge. Both for upgrades and minor repairs. Tom Mattox has always been a great help going the extra mile.

I called about doing a body lift to my jeep, the salesman said it would be no problem. Had the jeep dropped off and the mechanic refused to work on it. Had to get the jeep picked back up and delivered back to my house. The salesman gave me the excuse that it was too big of a job for them to do and it would cost more money than it was worth. Called a local mechanic and he fixed it for a quarter of what this place was quoting me. Just my experience, but they seem to only want easy work. I’ll never go back and will spread my experience.

Just had my truck worked on at Smith Brothers. It looks like it just came off the show room floor. Thanks to Evan and his team for an outstanding job.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. Our car got rear ended and the adjuster missed some damage on 1st estimate. The Smith Bros. staff dealt with the insurance company and made sure our car was made perfect again.

Was seriously going to try and charge me $1500 for a dent. Went to Auto Zone watched youtube video got the dent out for $11 and 30 seconds of work. Imagine this 15 hours of labor $1300 and $200 part. Thanks youtube for saving me from being ripped off. They didnt even say hey try getting a dent removal kit first, just went straight for the money.
