Great experience with these guys. They did an incredible job with a Prius I purchased from an auction. The car was in horrible shape and had evidence of fire damage. But with a simple enamel paint job, the car is looking brand new. I did the prep work myself to save some money so the cost for the whole car was just $602 - an absolute steal. The paint looks great and the only imperfections are my own fault due to bad prep work. If their enamel paint looks this good, I can imagine how good their urethane paint mist look. I’d highly recommend this branch of Maaco.

Maaco did an amazing job on my car. I have an 08 impala and for the age of my car, when I went to pick it up, I was amazed at the appearance after they painted it.The customer service was beyond amazing and Chuck, I believe that was his name if I’m recalling correctly, went above and beyond to assist me and ensured to complete the work in a timely manner. I dropped it off one day and it was ready by the next day; I was very impressed.I highly recommend them.

MAACO is not professional at all, the paint job was horrible. When they called and said my car was ready.When I arrived it had runs in the paint, orange peel, uneven paint and unpainted spots..I pointed out my concerns.We argued 4 awhile then he said i have to pay extra for theyre mistakes because they dont have time to sit there all day and sand my car. I paid the extra money and picked my car up 3 weeks later...Now some 5 months later the paint is chipping and coming off in spots. DESPITE THE FACT THE CAR IS GARAGE KEPT.😪 Under the old management I had about 10 cars painted without a problem.They made sure i was satisfied. But under this new regime it seems like its all about getting them in and out and GETTING PAID

When I first brought my car in, the original paint was in terrible shape and conduction. After taking my car to Maaco and having it worked on, I saw the aftermath and it was beautiful. By far the WORST service I have ever received. Took my truck to get the fenders paint matched to my truck. Long story short my truck fenders had to be repainted about 3 times due to a horrible paint job. I had to keep calling to ask if my truck was ready because they never called me back to say it was ready. When I called, the lady said she would called me back ( I called at 3pm) she called me @5:30 and said my truck was ready. Then she asked when I could come get it. My reply Was I can get it today I get off at 6. She tells me I can’t get it today because they are closed and no one would be there. Why would you call me at 5:30 (when you’re closed) and ask when I can get it. You couldn’t wait 30 more minutes?!?!? Obviously not. 2 Day job turned into almost 2 weeks. Once I got my truck today, guess what?!? Still had problems with the paint and the rubber from my fenders was hanging off. She tells me it’s okay I believe it can just be tucked away. Then she asked if I wanted to leave my truck again but couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. To top it all off the paint job didn’t come with a warranty. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Thanks for telling me that upfront. So basically I paid them to screw me over!!!!

I finally got my bumper fixed on my 2015 Kia Optima after years of just driving around carelessly (never had a wreck—just “collided“ w other things lmao) but long story short, I walked in & told Mr. Chuck I needed an estimate. He looked at it & told me exactly what I needed & I got my estimate + explained to me how everything would go once the parts came in. I picked my car up Friday (6/26) & she looked as good as new! I had a great experience with Maaco. I went out of town for a week and left my car with them to get fixed. The front of my car (Toyota Corolla) was really damaged due to a previous fix. They redid everything and did a wonderful job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very helpful and have great customer service. They try to help you with anything you may need help with. As well as keeping you updated and communicating with you throughout the process. Thank you, Mrs. Michelle and Johnathan were so helpful and was able to help with everything I needed.

I wanted a basic paint job and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Dropped it off on a Monday evening and was told it would be ready on Friday, but check back Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning and they were washing it down and it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Can’t imagine it having gone any better. I will be back to replace a cracked windshield soon.

They did decent work on the paint job and body work, but my car was missing the roof moulding on one side that I didnt notice when I picked it up since it was closing time. They wouldnt answer my calls when I attempted to contact them the next day. The car also had a lot of sanding residue on the inside and my roof antenna had damage to it. If you choose them I would highly recommend checking every inch of your vehicle before you sign anything and leave. Otherwise you are screwed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. It was a very simple job. Dropped it off Wednesday; they said it would be done Friday. It wasnt done, because they didnt order the correct part. They ordered another part which was still incorrect. 3 parts and over 2 weeks later I finally got the repair done, but in doing so they caused damage which they had to repair. Then after all that, they charged me full price. I have dealt with multiple maacos across the country, and this is the worst by far. They are usually good but not this one. Absolutely horrible experience! I do not reccomend.

I had to have the whole back side of my car repainted and dents taken out. Michelle took care of me and was extremely nice. I was told it could take from 4 to 7 days to complete. My car was done in 3. The paint looks amazing and my car looks brand new! If something happens again I will definitely be returning here

My visit was a 5 star experience. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend you guys to all my friends.

If I could give no stars I would I was promised 5 times that they would spray the bed of my truck with A curtisy spray.. they told us the job would take one week it took 3 and half... when picking up the truck there was overspray in many areas.... I had to buy a new fender for the truck and part of the paint is coming off which they stated was glue.... when my father asked about this and the spots they missed the location manager chuck bennet tried to argue with my father..... he called the law on us and told them we where disturbing his business.... he even said my father could go to hell trying to get my father to fight him... when I asked him a question he would not let me talk and said the customer does t have the right to speak in his location.... I have this all on video and have asked customer service to call me nd would recommend someone call me soon before I give this to the local news outlet cause they love to run this stuff.... oh and in the video he stated he knows where I work at... threading my job
