No backup power generator to power facility. I was locked out of a storage unit with construction equipment inside for 4 days after a storm knocked out power. lost revenue and still had to pay for those days I had no access.

I needed to get a storage very quickly!! I called and spoke with the Manager Carmen who was very helpful!! She helped me select a storage unit that fit the needs of what my family needed in a timely matter and also gave me a great deal!! This is a place about business and great customer service!!

From the time I got out of the car...Carmelita greeted me with positive energy....She described the different options I could choose from in a very professional manner....Carmelita then went with me to my potential storage unit.....to help me decide what I wanted to do.....So far....I have nothing but great things to say.....I hope it continues.....The manager, Shar Robinson, was very helpful and professional in a time of trouble....I needed to cut my lock and get a new one put on.....Lola...was also very helpful during my moving process.....THANK YOU!!!

The place is great. Its the horrible manager they have working here named Carmen. I pay my bills on time. The bill adjusted by $5. Big deal. All she had to do was leave me a courteous message on my phone telling me this. Oh no she wanted to tell me she was going to refuse my monthly checks over $5. To many other people out here need jobs. Her attitude dont change this facility will begin to lose customers.

Manager Carmen is the WORST! Lazy, slow and always acting as if she is being bothered by the customers! She needs to be fired her attitude is not for the public she is HORRIBLE!

Lifes transitions can be tenuous, trying and emotional. The CUBESMART facility in Harvey with manager Carmelita(Carmen) & Lola continue to provide the consistent service and valued support that have made a difficult season in my life just a bit easier.I am thankful for helpful & friendly folks such as this, as should those in charge at CubeSmart!

Carmen the woman at the front desk is not only rude but was acting like I was bothering her at work. She did not tell me where my storage unit was or that she had to come remove a lock from the unit. I go all the way to the unit realizing a lock is on the unit. I then go back in the office and she gives me this Duh didnt you know that face with an attitude saying I was about to remove the lock that is what we do. Like what the hell type of service is this. Then she was not informative and her response to every question was I was on vacation. The other girl was so nice and much more helpful.

I had some issues getting my account started and signing my lease and a representative named David walked me through the entire process with no issues.

The wonderfully, helpful staff namely Carmelita and Lola were tremendous. They made sure I had everything I need for the moving and storage of my furniture. They helped make a daunting task a lot easier.

Moving can be quite the hassle and without proper help the task can be even more daunting. However, Griselda and Lola are two excellent employees that have made my transition so much smoother. They were timely and not to mention friendly!

Everytime I come by the service is always amazing and the management is the best!
