Schedule an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at my schedule time and was immediately told that it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The reason was their call center double booked appointments. This is the companies problem that need to be fixed. As with most that work, taking time off is valuable.

Mike my service rep, took my car right away, even though I arrived right at closing time. Called me early the next day with a list of necessary services, work was completed fairly quickly.Had my car back by 2PM!
