I dont know how they dont have a five star rating. Theyre always really knowledgeable and helpful when I go there. They also have really good prices. Most of the times theyre cheaper than everyone else. I always recommend them.

I love advance they got great and affordable car parts and they treat the clients very good.

Seems to be okay even though they didnt have a part such as a PCV for 2007 Ford 500. Excellent with checking other stores for the part no avail.

Was waiting in line for like 40 mins and it seemed like only one man was working. I walked out without buying anything cause I wasnt gonna wait another 30 mins.

I made an online purchase awhile back in which the item has a lifetime warranty. I took the part to this store and the associate assisting ended up doing a return instead of a warranty return then she went on to explain to me that because it was an online order it had to be returned and I had to purchase the item again. This is a very misleading warranty program! And on top of that the debit card I used to purchase the original part with is no longer active nor the bank account associated with it. I will not be shopping here again!

If I could give it no stars I would, went there on a Saturday which it states on their door they close at 9 they wouldnt let me in and it was only 8 pm. A previous experience they gave me misleading information.
