After getting a two new tires. they left a mess in the back of the car. ripped the mat that cover the latch for the Honda Pilot spare tire ( I dont even know why they took it off to put the spare tire back) tried to cover a mess with the mat. I didnt realize this till weeks later after going to Sams to get grocery. This is my wife car and when I drove to the store I heard some metal clinging. Check out the spot where the jack goes and notice its not even placed properly and the tools used were stolen, broke the plastic that attach the tools ( wall cover). ( good tactic on making me buy new tools from the dealership) Dont make the same mistake I did and always check for everything before leaving because this place is PATHETIC.

I recently switched Dealerships to Superior Honda and I have not regretted it since.. My new Service Adviser Erica is the best Shes always happy courteous, eager to please she gets me in and out.. They truly are giving superior service... Only one thing, I can say is it can be a bit difficult to get through to service by phone... Otherwise Salesman Tommy D. and Service Adviser Erica males it a pleasurable experience...

Was told 1 hour 15 minutes for my service, ended up being two. No big deal. I see my car come out and the dude, semi older gentlemen reverses and goes forward about 5 or 6 times parking my car. Weird but ok, nobody is perfect, walks right past me to drop my keys off, doesnt mention anything to the other workers. After paying I go to look at the back of my car just in case and there is a 6 inch black scuff across my bumper. Luckily management placed a cone in front of a concrete encased light pole. That is the only reason my bumper wasnt broken from hitting the concrete. Long story short, you shouldnt let people park cars if they dont know how to properly use them. I have a 2020 with a back up camera and sensors that go off when you get close to stuff showing you how far away and where the object is. Took me about 5 minutes to scrub the rubber mark off. Should have taken a picture before too, that one is on me.

Hands down, Mrs. Damian Knight is the best sales consultant in the universe!!! No BS kinda service; got my 2022 Honda SUV 3 miles off the truck in a turbulent auto market, under MSRP too with the Costco program. I wanted to see if there was a brand better than Mercedes as Im convinced Mercedes is a very good brand, but Honda is better if youre in the market for down to Earth gasoline prices and vehicle maintenance. However, meeting Damian at a pivotal point in my life rn is just what God had intended. We not only connected on a business level, but spiritual level. Spent 10 minutes in-person on the Honda SUV and remaining hour on the vibe we both had... We did chat the prior week via internet on specifics of the vehicle and it was held in the color I requested. My fave color, of course, is black. This SUV also has the sparkly glitter I always wanted; realized 3 days after purchase in the sun it was sparkling. So glad I found this place, as it was worth the hour drive, & comes with complimentary maintenance for a year or 12,000 miles. Thank You Damian for your revelations and assistance! Be blessed!!!

Excellent Customer Service!! Bryon Nardozzi went above and beyond customer care. Any questions I had regarding the vehicle he answered them with a picture of proof of the information . He sent made sure the vehicle was in stock and made sure to have the keys with him. Was very knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, and was incredibly patient. Any problem that I came upon, he had a solution, making the accounting process super smooth and easy. He even helped me out by dropping of the car at my home so I would not have to drive back to pick the vehicle up. He took the extra time to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. Recommended him to all of my friends and family!

Attentive, thorough, and professional, Superior Honda’s service department is buoyed with Mr. Smith at the helm. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and well equipped, even maintaining social distance requirements during this pandemic.I cannot recommend this Service Department enough! I’d give ten stars if possible!

Whoever picks up the phone when you first call (receptionist) is very ignorant and if she doesn’t like her job she needs to keep her behind at home. First time buying a new car and I feel extremely lucky to have sales man Tony Hoang helping me. I had a lot of anxiety about buying a new car plus putting down deposits. But Tony Hoang had made the entire process a breeze while answering all of my questions and keeping everything transparent. I had called 50 different dealership prior to contact superior Honda, and Tony Hoang is the most friendly and helpful salesman I have encountered. He even spent two hours making sure I can drive a manual car safely on the day I went in to pick up my new car. Buying a car is a big decision and it could be stressful, and I strongly recommend Tony Hoang and superior Honda for a pleasant experience.

Really can’t say enough amazing things about the service people at this dealership. They have consistently restored my faith in the Honda brand. I honestly dont feel like Hondas are made the way they used to make them. 89 Accord and 98 CR-V are my favorite. That’s just how it is. Sadly I do not own either anymore. My first new car has given me a lot of trouble and these guys help me get it on track. Grateful.

THEY STOLE FROM ME.I’ve just recently purchased a car and everything was going “smoothly” at the beginning although I did spend an entire day finalizing my deal, I was content with the service. The problem happens afterwards, I took my chosen vehicle on a test drive as I then decided on purchasing it and so it was taken to the back to “clean and fuel up” immediately at the office I realized I had left my prescription glasses in the car, as I know I could’ve gone to get them, I had a lot of paperwork to fill, so me and my salesman Bobby both agreed I’d go for them later. (That was the car I was going to buy & only they had access to it now). After closing off the deal and getting my keys given to me and ready to leave, I right away couldn’t find my glasses, I went straight to Bobby who also attempted to help me look for my glasses inside the office areas to make “sure I hadn’t left them somewhere else mistakenly”which I knew wasn’t where I had left them and by the time this happens the maintenance person who cleaned the car had already gone home. We looked everywhere and nothing was found. I agreed to come back the next day, staying in contact with Bobby who didn’t have any luck finding them. My glasses went missing between a specific amount of time, who had access to the car in which my glasses were last seen were only certain individuals, after Bobby just was completely unable to take a resolving approach towards the situation & just referred me to sales manager Lex, who full outwardly turned things on me and blame me for my glasses getting stolen and quoting something around the lines of “we didn’t leave the glasses there” and when asked if he simply wasn’t going to do anything he just replied “yeah” . It’s been a week, my glasses aren’t gonna turn up and they weren’t given to me for free. The incompetence is appalling & disrespectful.

Don’t deal with Jerry Sumera, salesman at superior Honda, I had a a mechanic look at a used car before I bought it and found a list of things wrong with it, I showed it to Jerry and he told me the dealership would take care of the issues before I bought it, including a bad hub bearing and tie rod. He lied to my face several times, nothing was fixed when I picked it up, I drove 6 hours home even stopped and texted him on the way because it was shaking so bad, and he lied to me again. The dealership was supposed to pay me for part of what the repairs cost but so far haven’t gotten the check.

I usually dont complain but this time I had to wait to get a tire changed. St least 5 cars that came after me left before me. Ive been here several times for the same reason. Every time they said theyd call me back to let me know something whether it was the specific problem with my car and/or when a part came in to bring my vehicle for repair, never received a call. These folks are very professional and courteous. I never enjoy the car buying process, but they make it much easier to digest. I worked with Damian and she was very patient, answering all my questions. The price for my 2019 Honda Fit was the best within 200 miles by quite a bit. End to end the best car buying experience Ive had. The only minor thing I can say to keep it from a 5 star was the wait. I dont think it was unusually long but it was an hour wait after I agreed to move forward with acquiring the car.

Remarkably poor customer service. Went in with the intention of test driving a Honda HR-V EX and in addition to Jim not being able to find the model I wanted, he also tried encouraging me to test drive another model. So were outside in the lot and hes unable to find the vehicle I ask for and takes me back inside to switch out the keys to grab the ones for the vehicle he decided to show me. He then came back explaining that I couldnt test drive anything because it was a busy time for him... to which I responded gesturing to the EMPTY showroom. He decided not to allow me to test drive a vehicle, despite there not being a single other customer in the show room. Frankly, Im glad things played out in this way. I will absolutely not be purchasing from them in the future and will be sure to recount this exchange with anyone I know that is looking to purchase from them in the future. So ridiculous. Dont bother with this location, you can do better. A car is a huge purchase, dont let someone like this rush you through it or turn you away as if you (and your money/ their sale) is not a priority.

I went to possibly get a Honda Odyssey. The guy that helped me, Ryan, was very straight forward about how much it would all cost and very informative. Today I have gone from feeling like I was a valued customer at Superior Honda to just a number. I purchased a brand new CRV just over two weeks ago. At day 6, the car left me stranded for hours while I waited for a tow. The following day, it was discovered that the brand new car had to have the ignition coil and fuel injectors replaced. On day 15 I noticed a noise when I was turning. Once again brought it back and the car had a broken strut and bad bearings. I expressed that I didn’t trust or feel safe in the car and that I felt they should put me in a different one. Yesterday, I was given the option to go into a different car but as a trade in where I would lose money and my note would increase. I didn’t haggle prices when I purchased. I am the epitome of a salesman’s dream. I refuse to go back into a car that has major parts breaking on it in two weeks of purchase. You’re missing the ball with this one, Superior. I am extremely disappointed.

I went to Superior Honda on a Monday looking for a pre owned vehicle. I was able to test drive it, etc. After 3-4 days I couldn’t get anything and the salesman didn’t show any interest whatsoever. Unfortunately I had to run my credit and they never told me anything. I had to go to Bohn GMC and I got EVERYTHING done in less than two hours, including a new car. TERRIBLE experience with this specific Honda dealership.

I brought my 2014 honda accord to this honda dealership on westbank expressway 4 times n Im still having the same problem went I first brought my car their. They reset the code n told me it was my speed sensor n if the check engine light come to back on bring it back two days later my light come back on now went I bring my car back this time they tell me it going to be 1300 to fixs my car they said it was my pipe n my injector liners I said fixs my car three days later the light come back on I bring my car back they change the spark plug n give me my car back 2 weeks later the lights come back on now they want me to pay 3500 for a new motor. Service was horrible I miss work n all because of them.

Very poor customer service. Left a deposit on a pre-owned car, and called the morning of to let them know I was coming. Car was not detailed or gassed up when I arrived, nor was paperwork prepared. Cashier complained about having to count cash. I left without my car being detailed because I could not wait. No one even attempted to apologize for the car or paperwork not being ready upon arrival. If I wasn’t looking for the exact vehicle and in a rush to buy I would have left. I will not ever come back and I will tell all my friends.

Had a great experience purchasing our 2014 Honda Crosstour last year. We have since been back on a few occasions for routine maintenance and oil change and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. My husband and I visited this dealership today and while it started off great, our salesperson, Jerry, took a pretty aggressive turn as he was annoyed I had my cousin on the phone the entire time. I honestly was taken aback and felt his tone was borderline threatening. My family wanted to be part of the process and help me make the best decision but he took it like a personal attack, asked me who I was on the phone with, what he did for a living, and said he doesnt know anything about this process. You are more than welcome to be annoyed by it but if you want to sell a car, taking that personally seems a bit much. Needless to say we left and wont be back.

Anthony was a professional and efficient advisor. At another Honda dealership, I was treated with condescension by the advisor (perhaps because I am female?) and told that it would cost $4000 to fix an electrical problem with my CR-V. Within 2 hours, the staff at Superior Honda had properly diagnosed and fixed the problem for less than $200. I am very pleased with their work and will continue to bring them my vehicle for service in the future.

I love my 16 year old HONDA ACCORD COUPE, its still reliable and stylish.I spoke with Mr. Andre over the phone, explained the problem diagnosed by another dealership. He scheduled a time with the least wait time and ORDERED THE PART. On the day scheduled and within an hour they were able to find the true problem and replaced the part within 2.5 hrs. So my intended bill of $825, turned out to be $450. Over the past 16 years Ive usually dealt with Mr Dexter, who Ive trusted with my car/safety, and checkbook and Ive now added Mr. Andre to my list.My Honda Accord is 16 years old, 219,000 miles, its made it thru 2 hurricanes and 3 floods. At times, it actually felt as though Katrina chased us, I was with my 93 year old Grandmother and our dogs. By far this has been one of the best investments for me. My car is one of the ones affected by the bad paint, an I was unwilling to spent $4,000 to repaint. It can sometimes be embarrassing because of the paint but I still continue to confidently drive it on 550 mile road trips. I still bring it to the dealership to change oil and maintenance, because why fix whats not broke. I once tried a local repairman, but I felt I was taken advantage of and was disrespected. He wanted to explain the insignificance of my engine light being on to my husband. (No husband).Well being 60, I feel the need for my last car. Ive spoken with Ms Damien and in my heart it will be another Accord. I guess I need to give in and get a 4 door to look my age.Ive had AAA road service for over 20 years and theyve never had to touch my Accord.

Lets see, we purchased a minivan from these guys. They said come on by, it was just detailed and ready for you. First lie. When we confronted them on the lack of detailing they then said they had fired the 3 guys who should have done it. Yet, they told us it was done? Hmmmm. We went through with the purchase(at a couple hundred higher than the sales rep had quoted us, Second Lie) and then within 3 days the change oil light came on. Another thing they had said they had done. Third lie. They said they probably forgot to reset it, possible. We brought in the car to get the detailing and oil change and within an hour got a call that their service staff had wrecked our car. This was 9 days ago. Still waiting on the car, have never had any contact or apology from their management and will probably never get it. Shop else where or at least, Buyer Beware!

Charged me $250 for an AC recharge that immediately leaked out, after they insisted there were no AC leaks. So no AC again. Bad communication and very confusing and unwelcoming service method. Inconsistent and incorrectly listed hours. Will take days to do basic fixes on your car. Sell your Honda, buy a Hyundai, and move out of New Orleans.

If you do decide to go to this deanship DO NOT I repeat DO NOT deal with Jeremy Sumera. We explained what we wanted and told him we only wanted our credit ran ONCE he acted as if he understood and assured that our credit would only be ran ONE TIME, there are currently (3) Inquiries on our reports and he tired to make it seem as if it is our fault and we agreed to more than one time. It was reiterated that we only wanted the credit ran once. He is rude and disrespectful and has poor customer service skills.11/19/18: UPDATE We did call to speak to a manager whoever answered the phone said they were the manager and that they would call us back. That was on Friday, November 16, 2018. Today is Monday, November 19, 2018 and we are still waiting on that call.

If I can give a zero star I would. Very poor customer service skill. After the ryan sorry for not knowing his last name salesman calculate price and when I ask for my price he went in to his manager less then 30 second and the the price went up from what he calculated. WTH

I arrived at Superior Honda today about 3:30 p.m. with the intent of purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. Two car salesman at the used car lot watched as we walked the lot but neither walked to meet or greet us. I have purchased several vehicles and have always been met by a salesperson. I watched the two car salesman at Superior as they watched us. Finally, I walked to the trailer and introduced myself to a man who told me that his name is Ricardo. I asked Ricardo whether he was working today. I had also asked the reason no one met us on the lot. His response was that we were to walk to him. So, I proceeded to discuss the vehicle of interest noting my intent to offer cash (3k less than the sticker price). Ricardo asked me, Who is going to pay the rest? I understand that sometimes prices are not negotiable. However, his response and demeanor was less than professional. Neverthess, I referred him to his employers website which provides an entry allowing consumers to note the amount he/she desires to offer. Ricardo insisted that offers are not negotiated and never once went to discuss my offer with a manager. He then proceeded to show me the same model car with higher mileage and told me that he was going to get the keys. I told him, dont bother I will take my business elsewhere. I am Black. During my visit, I saw a White couple being escorted through the lot with a salesperson. Ricardo was rude and condescending perhaps forgetting that he sells cars for a living. Isnt the goal to sell a car?

What a great experience leasing our vehicle!!! Outstanding customer service since the first moment we called till the minute we walked out the door with the keys to our new vehicle . Kevin was our salesperson and he did incredible helping us thru all the purshusingHes awesome!!! Ask for him if you go there. Kevin !!! The finance manager was also great and took his time to explain everything to us.It was a great deal. If you are looking for a vehicle come this place!! So... I love Hondas. I’ve only “ha to buy one car — a Del Sol back in 1998. I bought if from “the competiton” on Veterans. While it’s closwe to where we live, things have changed since then. I wanted to buy my mother a Honda Fit EX. I’m no stranger to negotiating. That’s what you do. But let’s just say that experience didn’t go over so well. When I found the car at Superior, I made the call, spoke with Sam, and by that afternoon I had my mother in the PERFECT FIT. Superior Honda truly is superior in its facility, offerings, and staff. It’s casual but cool, welcoming, and not too pushy. Both my mother and I are glad I made the call and Sam was truly the best. Super patient in explaining all the vehicle features, as well as extending a helping hand moving forward. If you live on the East Bank, don’t waste your time...drive over to Superior! It will be worth it!
