Waited for a hour to get a oil changed after I booked an early appointment. Service manager was rude no one ever came talked to me still wasn’t able to get my oil changed. He said it was a 2 hour wait after I already booked an appointment. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
I understand everyone is busy it took a week to get an appointment. I called and explained to them the problems I was having with my truck. They made an appointment for me to bring it in. I made all kind of arrangements in order to get the vehicle there and rented a truck while it would be repaired. When I arrived the service manager had a really bad attitude all of the people checking in the vehicles for service except for Miss Gail had bad attitudes. After all I went through with making arrangements to get my vehicle there for service they told me my truck was a 2006 in that they could not service it. Which when I called in I told them the year make and model of my vehicle. They were just trying to get out of as many jobs as they possibly could. Then they told me that they would work on it but they would have to hold the truck for two and a half weeks. They were just making excuses because they did not want to work or take in any more customers. Very poor business practice. Dont make an appointment to service someones vehicle if your service staff does not want to take on anymore jobs. I will never ever deal with them again. I own a construction company which I own several trucks and was in the market to purchase more new trucks. I would never recommend them or use them ever again.
Did not use Leson Chevrolet for service. Scheduled my appointment on their website for a Check Engine Light diagnosis for a Saturday. Get there Saturday morning only to find out they only do oil changes on a Saturday. Asked why their website appoinmemt scheduler allows you to make the appointment for services they dont do. I was told by the service advisor, I dont know but we cant help you today. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. I ended up at Matt Bowers Chevrolet who was glad to squeeze me in that Saturday. Will never deal with Leson Chevrolet again, if I can help it.
Got an oil change on my wife’s Traverse a couple years ago and they forgot to put new oil back in. Told them that my oil gauge read low and they said that it was a catastrophic problem with my engine. They wanted to do major repairs but the warranty was over so we took our chances and decided not to pay for the repairs. They didn’t take responsibility and didn’t even fill the oil after my wife brought it back for them to look at. Drove straight to Take 5 oil change oil less and have been going there ever since. No more low oil problems or engine problems for that matter in the years since going to Take 5. Always ask to see the dipstick before driving off.
Scheduled a appointment for Saturday at 10:30 for ac issues with my Tahoe. Got there at 10:25 and was told there was no techs available for ac repair on Saturday. This is AFTER Leson Chevrolet Maintenance sent me two reminder emails for my Saturday appointment. I was simply told they should have known better than to schedule you.

Truck went in for recall and trailer connection issues and after several calls and no calls back, a WEEK later they finally contacted me on the issue with the trailer connection fix. Poor communication
I brought my 2012 Equinox there for a brake overhaul a couple of months ago. Since that time my vehicle makes loud squealing noises as I back out of my garage. I brought my car back 3 consecutive times to address this issue with no change in results. I was told that it had to do with moisture in the air. I replied that it only started after the repairs were done. I have owned many vehicles prior to this 2012 Equinox and have never had this experience. I currently own a 2017 Tahoe and still havent experienced this loud noise. It is embarrassing to say the least.
This week was fine. Jennifer was very good and accommodating. The check out cashier was great. The week before I had an appointment but was unable to be services the next day. I told Brennen it would be around 5 before I could get to the dealership. No one told me that the service department closed at 5. Therefore I was out of a vehicle for another day.This time bringing my vehicle for the same issue I was given excellent service with Jennifer. Since they had to wait for the part to arrive I was given a loaner car.
Michele Tiger was so helpful and patient! I didnt feel pressured, he explained everything to me and made sure i was ok with it. He was able to help me get into a new vehicle with little hassle. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new car to go see him!!!!
Good morning i was looking for a car my car just got wiped out and i looked on line Leson had a nice car that i could afford so i got over their this guy Tiger Smith extended a warm welcoming and said Ill be right with you guys .This Tiger was awesome he made us feel like family i did not get the car the same day went back the next day still did not get it on day 3 i called and said i cant come till next week he said i got you. Monday came i could not rest until i got to Leson to see Tiger Smith to see that Red Cadillac that i wanted he said i got you that made me smile Tiger i just want to say thank you very much you were awesome .

Service advisor called and gave me erroneous information about my vehicle. When I return to see for my self. What was describe was never checked or investigated. Just assumption from the service technician. Was planning on ordering my retirement C8 through them, but finally agreeing reluctantly with club members who suggests The Hammond dealership although far would be my best bet.

But the other day My Wife and I when to look to buy a new SUV, The Salesperson not helpful. The place looks like they about to close down. We wanted to buy local, We are small businesses owner and wanted to spend our money local. Sad to See this. And i never give a bad review, but i had to this time

I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had completed an online inquiry for a vehicle and the dealership called me to setup an appointment and then once I told them we would come in to visit. I was assigned to a great salesman by the name Tiger he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle i wanted to purchase. I went in thinking Ill spend money for quality service. And was sorely disappointed. Diagnostics $125 plus taxes 136. I only need my anti theft checked and corrected. My vehicle was locking up on me. They informed me that I need 3 other things fixed telling me that my battery was dead, starter gone, and cables needed changed. $1160. No thanks especially when I asked did they try to crank it because it cranked yesterday...despite what the computer said...of course they said no. Now Ive had it towed away from them and expect it will be fixed in a couple days by my dad in Mississippi. So glad Im moving back home soon. On the bright side, Alex the associate helping me was polite and extremely professional which helped me when struggling to maintain my calm. I really appreciated that.

I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER! I purchased a use vehicle cash for my daughter, stated I would register vehicle myself upon receiving title from dealer because it was cheaper. I was told that the title would be mailed to me but wasn’t when they actually had title on hand. When it got close to temporary registration expiring I called and title clerk Stacia stated the title was mailed a few days after purchase in beginning of March. She stated that she needed to order a duplicate title because I didn’t receive the original one. She then orders a duplicate title and mailed the original one as well instead of just saying she dropped the ball and still had the original. Upon receiving title Stacia, title clerk, notarized title but didn’t tell me to sign it. My father whom has a power of attorney to register vehicle went to DMV to register vehicle and was told that the title should have been signed in front of notary when it was stamped. He wasted countless hours driving (1 1/2 hours one way to DMV) and waited several hours (3-4 hours) in line to hear this news. I spoke with sales supervisor Johnny about issue and he tried to tell me that I had to register vehicle myself, it was nothing they could do. I told him my father had power of attorney to register vehicle but because of their lack to do their job I have to drive 8-9 hours (I’m out of state) to register vehicle myself because my father refuse to go back to DMV. They refuse to do anything nor would they give any form of restitution. This dealer is horrible when it comes to taking care of business and in a professional manner!!! The lack of professionalism, honesty/integrity, and owning their mistake is missing from employees at this dealer.
We worked with Kevin at the the Lesion Collision center. The customer service provided by Kevin was horrible. He was very rude and condescending. He was impatient and argumentative with my wife when she called to see if our car was ready. He was very rude to me when I went to pick up the car. Car Accidents, especially when you are not at fault and when children are involved, can be very jarring experience. Kevins aggressive and detached attitude served only to make the experience that much worse. I will certainly not do business here again.

Just picked up my truck. Had two recalls and radio issue fixed. Everyone was very friendly and great communication throughout. It did take a little longer than originally quoted. Took truck in at 7:45am yesterday and was told it should be ready around lunch time. Ended up having to order a radio which showed up next day and all work was completed by 3:00pm the next day. Excellent communication throughout from Denny or Danny, sorry but not sure of name. Great job!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THE COLLISION CENTER! I’ve brought it to them twice and both times I’ve had issues. Nobody really helps or has answers to any questions when your calling and asking about the length of time they will have your vehicle. They don’t even call to let you know no updates!!!!!! And then when you pick it up it’s not up to the expectations you would have from bringing your car to the dealership you purchased it from.
Alex the Service Advisor is Great! She is always helpful and keeps you in the loop. If you take your vehicle here, ask for Alex. She will not steer you wrong!

There are extras added, that are not needed. Make sure to look over contract, and voice your objections if you have any. Tax, title and license is not as ll they add.

Had to pay $136 total for a diagnostic and they were unable to figure out the issue. I was never able to get ahold of Shane despite calling multiple times at different hours. Finally had to pull the plug and pick up my car (3 days later) because I wouldnt have any transportation to get to work otherwise. So now Im back on the road with a potentially dangerous issue with $136 less in my pocket. Would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle here.

When you buy used car they will charge you with something called SSP. For$14000 it was all most $600!!! This is a second car I am buying from this dealer.First time two years ago my experience was excellent!!!This time opposite they change the internet price with $600 for SSP. The salesman told us something about security deposit,cleaning and full tank of gas.I think this is just another hidden dealer fee.When we received car the tank was half full,the engine bay and trunk were so dirty.They didnt even try to clean them. I was so disappointed if the car was for me not for my daughter I will never buy it. Yesterday I had conversation on Leson website about all this and representative assure me that somebody will connect with me. Still waiting ...

Came in for oil change tire rotation mark my back tire and rims to make sure they will get rotated and when pick my truck up back my back tires were still mark the same way they did not rotate tires but told me they did and after I called them out on it they still lied to me

Got a starter replaced for near $1000.00 on Friday then the car stalled out on a major bridge that Sunday. Was told that a wire needed to be replaced for $200.00. Finally get my car back and the check engine light is on. Coincidences? Done getting any car work here.
