We have a Sprinter RV and I was leery about taking to a dealer having had bad experiences. When I brought it in for service I worked with Jonathon K., what a great experience!He was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with… we had to leave it as parts were needed and he took care to keep us updated on work progress.I didn’t hesitate to bring back in again when there was a recall on one of the vehicle systems and again Jonathon came thru with exceptional service.I would highly recommend New Country and especially Jonathon K.!

I am very lazy and reserved to post but the extremely unprofessional treatment of this dealership has left me with no choice.My uncle, Shakeel, brought his Mercedes ML350 to this dealership. His Car was producing a distinct, weird sound after starting. The dealership told him after examination that the problem is of Timing tensioner. After spending $3000 his sound was not eradicated.The dealership told him that it will take another $3000 and it will still not be guaranteed that the car will be fixed. So it is better that he gets a new car from their place.My uncle got extremely frustrated with the unprofessional attitude of this dealership.They misdiagnosed the issue. Charged my uncle $3000, and at the end the problem still persisted and they are not refunding a penny.I would not recommend any one to go to this place. They might be good to you and might have fixed some problems of your car before.But a dealership that runs their business on bad practices should be boycotted and reprimanded so that peoples hard earned money can be saved, and good buisnesses who actually show professionalism, spend time in diagnosis, show fairness to customer get appreciated

We purchased used 2015 Lexus RX350 with 79k and 9 months later the engine failed! We have received little to no support in resolving this issue. We also purchased a warranty sold by New Country for $3000(Warranty Solutions). They refused to accept the diagnostic report by Hoffman Lexus of a blown piston and requested We pay $2800 to have the engine opened up before they would follow up. We have canceled the warranty and continue to wait for New Country to reimburse. We are now told, we will have to wait for the warranty company to reimburse New Country prior to receiving payment. We are continuously being told this is policy!!! We have been without our vehicle since June 2021!

My Service Advisor Johnathan K was a breathe of fresh air when it came to customer service, advocacy, and general concern for his customer. I have an extended warranty through a third party and Johnathan made the process seamless despite him and his technician facing scrutiny and disrespect. Excellent experience purchasing a CPO from New country Mercedes Benz. Abdul was a gracious salesman very polite and considerate answered all my questions. Joseph used car sales manager also excellent to deal with very open and honest willing to answer all of my questions. Steve the general manager is very polite and accommodating. Worst dealership to ANYTHING done to your Mercedes. Had my car towed in over 2 weeks ago. Their 1st excuse was they had the wrong phone number for me so that’s why my car wasn’t touched during week 1 (I’ve called everyday since my cars been there that week leaving multiples messages everyday. No call back). Now we’re on week 2 and still no call backs. No nothing. By far worst customer service. By far even worse service manager. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO NORTH HAVEN MERCEDES!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST MB DEALERSHIP IN CT

I scheduled a service for my companies MB Sprinter van 2 weeks out. The scheduler indicated the appt would take about 90 mins, I arrived to find out that they couldn’t guarantee that timeframe and it could take 4 hours. I asked the female service rep to educate their schedulers and received excuses and attitude. Great way to start the day!

Awful Service at New Country Mercedes in CT Hartford and when speaking to Theresa from Mercedes benz in New Jersey it summed up the low level of support and so inconsiderate of customers. 1st recall on my vehicle failed ground cable for right tail light melted and burned harness clip, none of the right side tail lights are working and car could could have burned. Advisor tried to have me pay $250+ just to confirm it was same issue as recall when issue is so obvious. Just showed they are in denial state no matter what it was, even started raising their voices so unpleasant and unprofessional.I will try to fix my car my self. Never buy or recommend Mercedes again.

Showed up for a scheduled service appt which in advance asked for a courtesy car. I arrive and was told they have no more cars and don’t know when they would have one available. Wow ok great. Took the day off and now couldn’t have my car serviced. Women at the window was rude, poor customer service. And I never got a call back to have my car back in. What great service!

We had a great experience working with Nick Provera on the purchase of our Certified Pre Owned C300. We located the vehicle online while on vacation out of the area. We called to inquire and got connected with Nick. He was able to provide some additional info about the vehicle, took our deposit over the phone, and got to work from there. We had already gotten an approval from our bank ahead of time, so this really helped move the process along. When we got back into town the following week, the vehicle was ready and waiting for us. We only had to sign our paperwork and we were on our way back home. It was a very fast process, thanks to Nick working our deal over the phone and email while we were out of the area. After doing some research and watching the prices of CPO C300s, it seems that we got a really terrific price on our vehicle as well. I would not hesitate to return to New Country in the future to purchase a vehicle.We have since made a visit to their service department for some minor interior noise complaints. They were quick to resolve them and provide us a loaner vehicle while our C300 was being repaired. Overall, I would not hesitate to return to New Country for service or the purchase of a new MB - even though its an hour from our house in MA.

My E300 sedan was recently repaired at new country Mercedes’ because enormous amounts of rain and flooding the CT area got from the hurricanes aftermath. My engine was hydrolocked because of water intake and some of the car interior was flooded. I had it towed to there dealership for an extensive repair! Which included new engine, starter and alternator and some carpeting and fuse boxes and wiring and connecters. I was very nervous about the car going through such a big repair but the service director John Distefano guaranteed the car would come back to me perfect! New Country Mercedes DELIVERED 100% the car was repaired quickly and everything was PERFECT when I got it back! My service experience was excellent! I personally thank everyone involved in the project! Bob Dinapoli my service advisor! John distefano the service director! Dee the mechanic! The shop foreman Tony! Unbelievable job! I will continue to use New Country for all new service needs!! Thank you guys so much!

I set up my service 1 1/2 prior to my appt and set up a loaner car but when i got there they said sorry we don’t have a loaner and this is the second time its happened. They sent a confirm email and it said i had a loaner but when i got there they did not care that i had to go back to work they just said we don’t have a loaner for you . This place is the worst and i am not the one to write a review but i had to after this happening more than once it really messes up your day . I will never buy a car here again nor will i ever go there for service . I will drive to new London Mercedes there is never a problem ya its a ride but no problems . Johnny

However, at time of signing the finance manager added various shady “inclusions” based on “CT regulations” (nitrofill and invisible vin) which was complete BS and not mandatory or asked for. Review what you sign so you don’t pay $700 in additional items. If you don’t want a call back from the finance manager for clarity this is your dealer.

Just picked up my new E400 Coupe from this location. Mirela was great to work with and took care of everything seamlessly. I had inquired about the car on Monday and scheduled to pick it up the following Saturday when I was able to make the drive to CT. All the paperwork was ready when I got there and the whole process took about a half hour. Todd was great at explaining the details of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything correctly. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the CT area and are looking for a Mercedes. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I was going home to New York on my from Maine and my tire pressure light was on so I pulled over to the closest dealership. After 2 hours I was sent on my way with a new tire. Not even 20 miles later the tire pressure light came on for the same tire! I barely made it home and had the vehicle towed to another dealer. They found a one inch gash in the rim!!! I cannot fathom how incompetent one should be to miss this!!! They let me drive 120 miles with a gash in my front rim with my elderly father as a passenger. Would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy!

I felt the need to write a review about the exceptional service I received from Jonathan K. at New Country Mercedes the day of the impending snow storm. after talking with 3 women and not getting anywhere, Jonathan took charge of the whole situation and got things done immediately. He was kind, friendly and very calm even though I know how busy they were that day. He kept in touch with me the entire way through service on my car and got everything done event sent invoice so quickly! However, most importantly is that he seems like a super nice guy and easy to talk to and TOTALLY knew what was going on there!! Not an experience I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. First the sales guy was decent, but not overly capable either. The F&I Guy, never met one who tried harder to scramble a deal that this one. Made it a point to tell us more than once about all the other customers he had to help first, repeatedly told us how much service the car would need with a dastardly evil laugh, couldnt articulate at all why a MB oil change is a few hundred and one a Jiffy Lube is $75. In the end we decided against the Mercedes. They still charged our deposit and acted like jerks when we called looking for our money. I might buy a Mercedes again, but not at New Country.

Had a horrible experience searching for a car here. I was interested in the GLB, they told me they had loaner GLBs available as well so I figured itll be cheaper for me to get one of those. We signed a deal and made a deposit on a 2020 GLB with 8k miles on it. I had a gut feeling something wasnt right and the math was not adding up. Why was I being charged so much for a used vehicle with 8k miles on it?!After I made the deposit, the next day I called the Salesman and told him it didnt feel right. He kept making excuses and justifying the whole deal. I called up another MB dealership in Springfield, MA and asked them to workout the numbers for a 2021 GLB brand new. Turns out New Country was charging me the exact same price for a 2020 loaner with 8k miles (while telling me they were giving me a $7k discount)as that of a 2021 GLB with 0 miles. I cancelled the deal and the other dealership made my deal even sweeter and didnt haggle me at all and were being straight forward from the getgo.Then came time for my deposit to be refunded. I called up New country and they told me that my deposit had been refunded so I waited a week for it to show up in my account. Nothing...no refund. I ended up going to the dealership in person and turns out my deposit refund was never even issued. No one even processed my refund. I got a reciept from them signed everything as proof of the refund after I went in myself.My advice to anyone looking to buy a MB, go elsewhere coz these ppl will rip you off and youll never know. They switch numbers around to make it look like they are giving you a solid deal but in reality they are charging you the same amount as the MSRP.Most stressful buying experience ever!

New Country Mercedes-Benz is the most professional, compassionate, and highly reputable dealership I have ever dealt with! Buying a car is not always a fun and smooth experience but New Country fulfilled those shoes to the highest level. I was put in contact with Steve Dunham just a few days ago, he called me right away and asked how he could help me. Not like a typical car sales person that automatically starts selling and pitching their products, he called me as if we were old friends catching up and set the expectation that whatever I needed and felt good with, he was going to make that happen. I usually get frustrated with car sales but Steve canceled those feelings and assumptions right out.I told him my current situation that I still had a few months left on my lease but that I really would love to be in a GLE as soon as possible, mainly so I stop borrowing my moms GLE (as I was running out of excuses of why I needed to borrow it!). The only issue was timing as I was coming up from New York and the travel could be a nightmare, so if I could do it in a maximum of two trips that was ideal in my mind. We set a time and day and little did I know, Steve already had a car in mind and had it all prepped and ready to go, as if I was going to walk away with the car all in one day. I thought to myself that this is wishful thinking and a long shot - buying a car is never that easy. He secretly knew that it would make my day if I could drive off with the truck all in one day and guess what, that is what happened! Steve put me with Avneesh, one of the top sales people and the rest was history. Both Steve and Avneesh went above and behind, made it a seamless process and so worth the 1.5hr drive I made. And guess what I drove off with the GLE that day! I am already trying to see how we can get my boyfriend into a Mercedes. They have a family from Rye, NY for life. We will never go anywhere else and will only drive Mercedes until the day we no longer can! Thank you so much once again for everything you all did! I cant wait to come back again and be welcomed with open and family-like arms.

Thanks, Chris R.We started the painful car buying journey with a visit to a Volvo dealership, Carmax, some high end collectable car place all the way in Lowell MA, and a few other places. But DAMN I wish we hadnt wasted all that time and had just gotten it done with Chris R. at New Country right from the beginning. At all the other places, I was actually shocked by how little the sales people understood about cars. They had not a clue how they work when we noted and experienced malfunctions or things needing maintenance on the test drives. One guy actually said, Well, I wont pretend to know anything about cars, but Im sure that sound is normal. like, what??! excuse me???Imagine my relief when Chris actually understood the intricacies of an engine and tuning. My husband, who is a machinist and builds engines, was even impressed.Chris was accommodating, not at all pushy, and fast with the paperwork. He came in specifically for us on his day off to make sure I was able to take the car today.My first Mercedes was from New Country, my current is from New Country, and my next one will be as well.

I rarely write reviews, but on some rare occasions, there are individuals who elicit such responses.  After coming in for a scheduled service appointment, there ended up being some miscommunication that caused some stress and frustration on my part. After witnessing my duress, Service Consultant, Ashley Bouchotte, immediately demonstrated impeccable customer service by stepping in and assisting me with an issue regarding an insurance claim/loaner car.  She carefully walked me through the issue and handled all of my concerns and questions with ease and a great attitude. It is this type of superb customer service that merits praise and appreciation from customers. As someone who has been in management for many customer service-oriented businesses, I have to state that I would be incredibly satisfied with the professionalism and service of an employee like Ashley.

I usually don’t like to leave reviews, let alone bad ones. This place just has the worst customer service in the service & maintenance department. Sales clerk on the front desk think that they are the actual owners of Mercedes Benz brand. They will talk to you with an attitude and such disrespect, pushing to sell overpriced services you don’t even need. A few of the clerks are normal but some are very aggressive and pushy. Unfortunately, the department gets a poor review for hiring some bad apples. I no longer go here and have already found outstanding service at a different Benz dealership. Do yourself and your car a favor and avoid this place. Don’t waste your time, not worth it 👎

Spent $1017 to fix an crankcase position sensor. Brought my mercedes home on a Saturday. Next day it had a dead battery and brake lights stuck on. Called and left message to ask questions on Sunday. No call back Monday. Called again Tuesday morning left another message. Nothing. Called Wednesday and left message for service director. Finally got a call back Thurs night. Nice man, seeeeemed like he was sincere when he was apologizing but just didnt make me feel that my business was valued. I guess $1017 doesnt warrant that great customer service.

The service manager is accommodating with all questions and concerns. We are always given a loaner with no problem as well. The service is poor and the management is poor The rep I had was Christine she was a horrible rep she was being very sarcastic with me and was also laughing at my face when I told her she couldn’t do her job right and also said I threaten her because I said she couldn’t do her job right and that I wanted to speak to a new rep she refused to do that as well she was making up a whole bunch of number and couldn’t tell me how much a diagnostic fee was and how much labor was. On top of that I had scheduled an appointment for my car to get SERVICED on Friday and scheduled my appointment ahead of time on Monday and it never got looked at it didn’t even get brought into the shop until the next week keep in mind I had to call AAA on my only day off at 8:00 AM to drop my car off so I felt that since I dropped my car off they treated it as if my car was nothing all because I wasn’t there, therefore I been carless knowing I have to go to work and calling Ubers and they didn’t even offer me a rental car or anything they failed to follow up with me and when they do it’s last minute when I got a follow up message on Friday it was at 5:15 and they closed at 5:30 and that’s following up with a customer apparently... The service manager John was very unhelpful too I honestly felt that he wasn’t helping me and was covering up for Christine his tone over the phone was very unprofessional and honestly sounded like he wanted no part of that phone call it was hard to hear him it felt as if I was playing phone tag just to speak to someone professional but honestly no one there is it’s sad a company named the name they are with such horrible customer service I’m so disappointed and will never take my car here.

Chriss knowledge of the various vehicle offerings and trim packages is unrivaled. I have purchased a few vehicles from New Country and while every experience has been first class, I have never worked with a sales consultant who knows their products inside and out the way Chris does. At no point was I pressured or rushed and Chris continuously made sure I was comfortable with my vehicle selection and the options available.Once my vehicle was selected I began working with Abu Jamil on the finance side of things. Abu quite simply is the best Finance manager I have ever worked with. Abu took his time explaining the various options and made sure to tailor a deal that made sense for me. Abu also made sure that I was comfortable with how the deal was structured numerous times. People often speak of the pressure tactics and smoke and mirrors when purchasing a car and that type of treatment simply does not exist at New Country Mercedes.Both Chris and Abu truly uphold the Mercedes slogan The Best or Nothing. Had an extremely positive experience purchasing a new car at New Country MB in Dec 19. Salesperson Madison Toner was professional, attentive and genuine. She listened to our preferences and was able to direct us to a model that suits us well. When NC didnt have the exterior and interior we wanted in their inventory, she was able to obtain one and have it ready for us in two days! We have had the car one month and are very happy. Service Dept is chaotic. Once they take your car, you never speak to a person again. Your call go into voice-mail, never to be returned, or they send you texts, but dont respond to your texts for hours. I would expect a higher level of customer service from MB. And why is the loaner lot guy not wearing his mask while in the building? Like I said, CHAOS.

I needed an oil change so I scheduled on line everything went good. I get there and the advisor gets my keys get the information he needs from the car comes back and states that the package I chose online for a simple oil change will not cover removing the Alert on the vehicle. I’m paying $180 for an oil change and changed filter and you can’t remove the alert after you preform the job! He said no I would have to upgrade to the next package which includes tire rotation (I just put 4 new tire and 4 new rims don’t need that), wipers (already have new ones), and remove alert for $478!!! They are crazy I YouTube and removed the alert in 3 mins.

I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from New Country Mercedes, and it was one of the best buying experiences weve ever had. We worked with Joe Sajda and Dean DiBella, and they truly made us feel like we were working with family. They were extremely attentive to what we needed from a vehicle, and were very professional with a close follow up to make sure everything was going well. Purchased a 2018 E400 coupe from Nelson at New Country Mercedes and I must say he was exceptionally courteous and well informative on the Mercedes vehicles. His professionalism was top notch without any undue pressure to purchase the vehicle. The entire staff at New Country continues to exude the same professionalism from the moment you enter the dealership to the Service Department. This is reflective of the ownerships desire to be The Best or Nothing. I would not hesitate to visit Nelson at New Country to purchase another Mercedes!
