Every time I get a prescription filled i have issues. The last prescription I got sent over there they did not want to deal with it and must of canceled it…….. They always use the excuse that it is out of stock all the time. I have the same three prescriptions filled the same time every month for the last 7 years and pretty much every single time they are out of stock. Hmmmmm. I think there is a simple solution here. I just need to change I pharmacies. No organization here.

This pharmacy is ridiculous when it comes to getting prescriptions filled. Every month When getting my prescription refilled, I am told that they are out of stock. Now the same thing is happening with both of my kids’ medications. Mind you, my sons medication was sent there 4 days ago and when I called today to ask why it wasn’t ready yet, that’s when they decided to tell me that it was out of stock. He will now have to go 4 days without his medication because they can’t seem to get organized enough to get medications ordered on time.

Very slow and disorganized. Indicated my prescription would be ready after 5. After waiting in line at the drive thru found out they didnt even have the prescription. I would recommend going to the Walgreens in Sussex or Pewaukee.

As it goes, for the most part ...most walgreens are basically the same.For that reason I will focus on my experience with the hired help at this location.Pleasant, helpful (but not pushy, which is good). I found the employees very knowledgeable about the store. The employee that assisted me was very efficient and professional.Keep up the great work.

One of the best walgreens i have gone to Tiffany is an awesome store manager shes very friendly and outgoing and has a nice smile makes you feel welcomed and good about going inside the store everytime i come here always get respect and politeness they have all kinds of cigarettes except lucky strikes and a few other choices and this location does not sell beer but yes good customer service and good prices

Recently their pharmacy has been inconsistent. Ill call and ask if my daughters medicine is ready. Sometimes theyll tell me that they cant tell me, because of the law. They can only tell my 6 month baby apperently. But sometimes they will tell me if I ask. Im only writing this review because last time I had this issue the girl was pretty rude.So dumb, and confusing. Dont use their pharmacy if possible.

Always find what I need and if I cant they have nice people who can.

I used to love Walgreens, but after having a poor experience with their store pick-up option at this location, I will be staying away. Their drive-thru and store pick-up system needs to be majorly streamlined. They are poorly implemented and should not be offered unless they work right. I had to go inside for the item because it wasnt ready when it should have been, after waiting in line a long time already. Then when I got it, I saw it was too big for the drive-thru window - so why even offer drive-thru? After a frustrating experience with their drive-thru package pickup, I explained their system was screwed up, only to be spoken to rudely. When there are so many other businesses that just get the job done, I have little compassion for a business that cant figure out how to do it right, and then treats customers with disdain.

Why have appointments for the flu shot? I got there 10 minutes before my appointment like I was suppose to. There were two walk-ins in front of me, I sat there 23 minutes before the first person got their shot. I waited 15 minutes until after my Scheduled Appointment, I had to go to another meeting and the girl working said they dont follow the appointments that it is walk-in only. So I left without a shot, I will make an appointment at my clinic for my shot, they actually follow appointments before walk-ins. Yep your pharmacy is busy, so am I thats why I made an appointment.

There’s a cashier that works here that thinks it’s okay to sell nicotine lozenges to minors. Told me I don’t need an id to buy them.

Management in the pharmacy is not friendly at all. I understand youre having a rough day, but no need to be short with me. Cosmetic staff circles you like a vulture, trying to upsell me on more product. Just let me come in and get what I need. I appreciate you checking in with me once, or even twice, but let me shop in peace!

The pharmacist is fantastic!! He went out of his way the other day to make up my daughters much needed medication in a short period of time. It was great customer service at its finest

The pharmacy staff is great and moving as fast as they can while still being super friendly. The checkout gal at the front of the store gave me a fossil. I went for my prescription and left with a dinosaur bone

Very poor customer skills. Manager “Peter” is very rude and talks down to customers. No matter what prescription is sent to this Walgreens wether it is for myself or my children there always seems to be an issue. From not having my monthly prescription on hand and will take a few days to get it, to the diagnosis code, to false secondary issue. You always have to make sure if you want your medicine on the day you need it to plan a few days ahead of going to this Walgreens. God forbid you need something same day because you won’t get it. I have never had so many issues with any other Walgreens. Very Disappointed.

I almost stopped coming here, because there were some lazy employees in the pharmacy, but jennifer is great, they should have 5 people like her for the place to run smooth.

Not a 24 hour pharmacy! I Usually don’t have a problem with getting refills but new prescriptions can be a hassle. The low rating today is due to me arriving at 724 am to get allergy medication after dropping my son off at school and no one has opened the store. It is suppose to be open at 7am. I am now driving all the way across town to Walmart to get what I need! BAD FOR BUSINESS!

Poor customer service. The pharmacy filled the wrong dose of medication, which was not the most current prescription, charged twice what it had been costing and then when I called to ask if they could refill the correct dosing was told it was my mistake and I would be paying for the new one, also at double the cost. Will not be returning for anything!!

Hartford Walgreens Pharmacy is the most disorganized pharmacy I have EVER used to fill prescriptions. Not only that, but they are also extremely laid back and far too casual when it comes to ful-FILLING their customers needs. If there was an option to choose negative stars, this would be my real rating: (-5)×(☆☆☆☆☆).

I honestly can’t stand this pharmacy. Every time I come here there’s either a issue or the person helping me is extremely rude. Piss poor attitude. Definitely planning on switching pharmacy’s because this one is pathetic, disorgainzed, and unprofessional. I give this place absolutely no stars at all.

Horrible! Do not come to this location if you dont want to be taken advantage of. I sent my husband here to get some stamps as we had lost ours and needed to send mail out immediately. We drove 30 mintues to this location for them to take advantage of my husband. My husband asked for standard stamps left the store quickly and turns out they gave him santa stamps, but failed to explain this to him. He rushed out of the store just wanting to do right by me. I looked at the stamps and confimred they were santa stamps, in feburary? Are you kidding me?! The mail we were sending out could not have santa stamps included [invitations]. He had to go back into the store and speak to a manger about getting the correct stamps. The manager scolded the cashier and stated they had standard stamps in the back office. They did exchange the stamps. What a waste of time! Lazy workers. Taking advantage of a poor husbands kindness.

Unfortunately, we visit this pharmacy every month for my husbands meds. I should know better. Today, Jan. 24th, my husband pulls into drive thru and two cars are sitting there with their cars in park. Waited 8 min. in line, and STILL, NO-ONE ever came to window. Disgusted again, we backed out of drive thru and went inside. Its now been 10 min. waiting in line and we were number 6 in that line. We finally left when we saw one pharmacist standing around looking at ceiling and doing nothing! And the two cars that were in drive thru were BOTH still there when we left! I wish there was another pharmacy to go to.

Pharmacyis great, store carries nice variety of items.

Took forever for my prescription, and i could only get a 30 day amount even though my prescription was fo a 90 day amount. Cashier & co-worker were flirting with each other like i wasnt even there. Whatever happened to costumer service? Horrible place.
