Love going to Madams to get my hair done. Latoya does an excellent job!

From my experience going to this establishment, it was excellent. She shows beautiful customer service skills and its absolutely helpful when finding and trying to decide what type of hairstyle you want and what type of hair you should buy plenty of varieties. And all the supplies that you need for any and every type of hairstyle. By the way she is also a beautician so please if you have not been to a black owned business in a while come support her is well worth the time and the travel thanks your help I will be coming back.

This is a beautiful and warm feeling store. It’s family owned from Hartford and the employees are very helpfully. I was happy to go in and every question I had was answered. It was pleasure to be able to walk in and not feel like someone following me everywhere I go. I live in Vernon and have no problem driving to Hartford for the great customer service.

Im always asked for my business cards to leave at the counter, she always makes sure to give samples, she will LITERALLY call and text you to inform you of new vendors and new products, she lets you know when shes placing orders and asks if there is anything she should look into getting...
