Best hair store! I do not go to any other one. They always have what you need at reasonable prices. I travel from the another city just cause I refuse to go to a different hair store

My experience at Hair City is always great! Affordable prices. I went to receive a refund for a hair I bought more than a month ago and they still exchanged and refunded me. I was happy. Thats my favorite, and only hair store that I love to go. The staff mandy is awesome and friendly, she never seem bothered to help you no matter how many times you ask her for help, she is pleasant and very jovial. And the owner and his mom is awesome, they are just wonderfully amazing. Will even crack couple jokes with their customers and youll be amazed to hear them speak patios

I was in the store today looking for wigs I was told that I only had 4 times to try them on. I never had this problem before I will never visit this store again. Update: I called the store to complain and I was told its their store policy to only LET A CUSTOMER WHOS PAYING MONEY only try on 4 wigs..Ill take my money elsewhere

The hair products I purchased were 1.00 less at this location than another store but the line was very long and slow so what was saved in cash was spent in time waiting. Really in other stores it doesnt need two people to checkout. What is going on with one person reading the prices and the other person keying the register?

I went to hair city for the first time to look at some wigs the employee handling the department didnt even egnologe I was there I asked her some questions about the wigs she acting as if I should know the answers to them myself she was rude in helping me out! I am a cancer patient and it was worst feeling to have been treated that way!!! I am not comfortable going back to that store again!

Hair City has locations on Albany Avenue in Hartford Blue Hills Avenue in Hartford Park Avenue in Bloomfield and Governor Street and Main Street in East Hartford. They might have another store in New Britain but Im not sure if there is a store in New Britain or not? Their hours are Monday Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 11am-5pm but the hours might vary.
