Really busy and disorganized. I was able to get a couple prescriptions here when I first moved here. But then on maybe my third visit, one pharmacy worker told me that my intake had never been done, and she demanded to know every single medical condition/diagnosis I had. Like not just the medications Im on, but all of my conditions. I have never been asked that by a pharmacy before, and to be honest I dont think thats her business. And certainly not the business of all the people behind me in line who could easily hear me. And she wouldnt let me fill my prescription unless I told her. So I dont go here anymore.
They are really helpful and kind .
She told me to wait and she will call me after 30 minutes she didnt call me. I had to go back in line and wait in a long line!!Then same person said how can I help! She checked and it was ready!! Wasted so much time ! Wont come here again
Never had a problem if it takes awhile which is to be expected when there’s a line I always get sorry bout the wait.
TL;DR: they tried to charge $77 for the same script Rite Aid charged $20 for due to the Walmart pharmacy employees incompetence. Go to Rite Aid instead youll pay the right price.Do NOT go here chances are you are being very over-priced for your prescriptions. They tried to charge me $77 for a script I normally pay $18-$20 for. When I asked about it I was very polite, but the attending pharmacist sent me on a wild goose chase basically saying youre out of luck. I call back and the pharmacist is then saying oh I can fix it within an hour and when I tried to give the pharmacist information I was cut off with a repetitive okay in a very rude manner. I take the same prescription down the street to Rite Aid (now a Walgreens pharmacy which theyll never let you forget) and not only was it filled within 10 minutes, it was only $20. This Walmart pharmacy overcharges you due to the employees mistakes and if you dont question it you would never know.
A threat to public health! Staff either cant even take the time to read or cant understand directions from doctors and pharmacists. Ask asinine questions of customers because they HAVENT READ THE INFORMATION. It wastes time AND has bad outcomes. I am FORCED (due to insurance) to use this pharmacy and my family pays in other ways. BAD PHARMACY, DONT TRUST... unless you speak DIRECTLY to a pharmacist.
This pharmacy is horrible in terms of processing orders in a respectable amount of time. Ive used Walmart pharmacies all across this country and this is by far the worst. Latest example, tired of waiting in store for hours, I submitted my prescription refill online yesterday afternoon. Just got an email saying they are still processing my order almost 24 hours after submitting it. SMH.
No sense of urgency or attempt to speed things up. Lots of talking behind the desk with multiple customers waiting
I like this walmart better than CVS and everyone is friendly!
It’s an inconvenience for them to answer the phone. When they do, they have an attitude and are completely rude. Poor customer service.
Worst pharmacy il stick with dayton walmart. Harrisonburg had 2 hours to fill a prescription that sais would be 30 mins and i gave then extra time, still was not ready and they messed my records up online. Rather go to dayton walmart they say 30 mins itl be 30 lins or less and there not rude like harrisonburg
On port road. Coincidence, helpful staff,
The staff is very rude!!!! Not the pharmacist, but the staff at drop off and pick up windows.
Not servece
Customer service sucks.
