A great place to shop.Costco has a great selection of wholesale items for reasonable prices.The Harrisonburg store is always well stocked, clean, and efficient.Plus they have good food.

I used to live in a town that had a sams club but no Costco. Let just say what everyone else is saying. If theres a Costco near you, theres no reason to go to the other store. I love this place!

With their new line order and togather with everything thats going on around us with covid related, their line order seemed to me that they are training obedient herd instead of free people. Soon wont be WE THE PEOPLE......

In a town with limited shopping choices, I am so grateful for our local Costco. Great quality, excellent customer service, and an above-and-beyond return policy. No doubt, the best bang for the buck. Also, the BEST cheese pizza in their food court!!

Great staff! Very helpful gentlemen loaded mattress onto cart, took to registers to hold until I was ready to pay. The cashiers are fast, helpful and ready to load your items into a box. Two other men were ready to load the mattress into my truck. I never had to lift a hand. Thank you Costco employees!

The Harrisonburg Costco is the best one Ive ever been to. Its busy but you can get in and out quickly. Super friendly staff. Bathrooms are really clean. Well done.

Wide variety of produce, meat, seafood, and boxed/cans. Love the fresh fruit and vegetables. Electronics, Pharmacy, Jewelry, Hearing Center. Its all here including furniture. Great food area. Shoes, Books, Clothing, etc. Worth the membership fee!!

I just have to say that the Costco in Harrisonburg has one of the best customer service skill set people anywhere sure everybody has their bad days but even then Costco employee manage to drop whatever theyre doing and help you to keep you satisfied and that to me is priceless I will continue to pay for my membership for years to come as long as this does not change thank you Costco and please youre the best

The employees are very nice at this Costco, and they have a gas station here that might be worth the annual Costco membership alone. The only reason Im rating it 4 stars is because the selection of food that they have is generally less than what you would have in a more populated area. Ive never been when its too crowded too. They have a pretty good system for getting people in and out.

After making my purchases and returning to the car, I discovered that my car was locked and a malfunctioning fob would not allow me into the vehicle. I walked to the tire shop and explained my problem to Edwin. He was able to open my car. Edwin is a quiet unassuming man who helped me above and beyond his job requirement. Thanks Edwin for helping me out!

If you need a lot of anything then you wont be disappointed at the Harrisonburg Costco and if you enjoy the convenience of paying for everything with straight CASH 💯 then you will be directed to you own lane for a smooth checkout.

Best time to go is when it just open in morning or before it closes. Cashiers have always been nice.

It would be awesome to have signs on the end shelves to locate food more quickly. Im an old senior citizen with little energy to walk forever to find my usual items....and its even more difficult to find an associate to help me, especially when your marketing causes to you move things around...bummer!

Was very busy around 3-4pm on Saturday, but they are truly organized! Walked around the store, when I was finished there was a long line to wait in, but that was so they could direct everyone in an orderly fashion. It worked! Didnt wait long at all! Out in a flash! Great experience! Kudos Costco!

Its genuinely amazing to see them get people through the lines. At least they understand nobody likes to wait to check out. 2 people at each register speeds up the process. And if they see a line getting larger they immediately open another register.***If you want to check out quicker, PUT YOUR BARCODES UP AS YOU SHOP! They can scan the items quicker!****

Rhonda did a Great job getting us to by an executive membership when we only planned to get a basic membership. She was very thorough and even remembered us as we were leaving. There were some very good deals, but you have to know your prices or you will pay more than you normally pay.

It was extremely busy today. The check out line wrapped around to the side of the store, but their efficiency kept the line moving. In and out in an hour after getting all we needed. Cashier was great. Positive attitude and nice. Could see that he was enjoying his job and the customers.

This is a clean and decently stocked CostCo. There is a very small selection of beer and wine. And a really small GF selection. The checkout lines move quickly (really nice), and so does the hot dog and pizza line. It is located close to the highway which makes it nice for travelers.

Im absolutely in love with Costco Wholesale! Its been awhile since Ive visited Costco like 26 years. Customer service were so very helpful on starting my new membership not to mention all the Costco employees I came in contact with politely answered all my questions many times on different items that I am interested in. I purchased MUCH along with the special order of new tires for my car. I will be visiting Costco regularly for all of the great prices and discounts. Costco Wholesale is the best!

The staff are very good. During busy times they try very hard to speed checkouts. Harrisonburgs Costco remains much smaller.

Love the new self-checkout style cash registers. All of the employees that Ive had working those were fast efficient and extremely nice. The wait time has cut drastically!

They had no lines for the gas pumps! Thats rare! The building is well-maintained and it wasnt overly crowded on Saturday.

Always have what you need. Not crowded and they get you out fast.

Clean and items easily accessable.

Good overall for service, supplies and food products. There are a few items theyve stopped carrying, some they still carry but have only one option of reduced sodium rather than having both types. Really miss being able to have a hotdog but having little souffle cups rather than packets of condiments makes an order to go a little more complicated...but then were all trying to find new ways of doing things...

Part of the staff was extremely rude! The other half was very pleasant. At this point I only shop there out of necessity. Wish there were other options! Been shopping at Big Lots as much as possible..... Have not been treated rude once so far! They are carrying Major Name Brands as well!

Plenty crowded on Saturdays, but they have a fast system of pointing customers to shortest lines. Usually well-stocked store with always courteous employees. Too bad Covid rules prevent eating in for now, and giving out food samples. Gasoline was 15 cents/gal below the average price in town. Overall excellent experience.

Like a regular costco store, well maintained, stocked properly. One thing I really liked about this location is that they have a dedicated person managing the billing queues which makes the checkout process extremely fast. They also have self checkout lanes and people guiding you at those kiosks. If you know what you need, you can be done with your shopping very quickly, including billing.

I had an eye exam yesterday at Costco. The appointment was smooth, easy, on time done by people who were friendly, professional, and personable. Afterwards, my wife and I shopped in the store and, as always, found it to be very clean, organized, and well staffed by customer focused people.

I have asthma and cant wear a mask. They said I couldnt come in without one but instead of giving me a mouth cover they gave me was a clear plastic face cover. Love it!! Now I can be protected like everyone else.

Ive lived in 5 states in 2 years for work. This is an average location but seeing how a couple employees were treated, 3 stars is most I can give. Place looks good on surface but people are important too.

Got new tires and Travis was wonderful. Helped me get the best tires for my Nissan and even brought my vehicle to me. Great employee

I dont get huge quantities or cases, but I love the seasonal offerings. Perky Jerky needs to be year round. Depending on location, it can be a quick trip or an eye rolling experience.

I like Costco. They have so many great food products that it is very enticing to buy the products. Especially the bakery. However, Im still not convinced that you truly save a lot of money as compared to Walmart or really any grocery store these days. When you consider the membership fee, it seems to be about the same.

Checker and her helper were rude. Both young, no people skills. Should not have contact with public. Asked for place to sit down, food court gone. Told no, no place to sit. Needed help. Checker had to ask a question twice (about buying postage), couldnt understand accent, acted exasperated at me.
