Its a standard Walmart layout is odd to what Im use to but its a good one.

Its pretty good. I think theyve got a good selection. The only issue is their lines are long. And also they dont take apple pay. And if you forget your credit card, even if you have the number, exp date, and ccv, they wont/cant manually punch it in to allow you to pay. So that sucks. But usually I have good experiences here besides the wait.

Well stocked. They keep up with the college students better than expected. But as a result to the non-stop flow of customers, youll need to wait a little if you need to buy something behind locked doors.

OTR Owner Operator Truck Driver Since 2003. The Kraken. Ok so This Walmart is snuggled in a Very large shopping center with alot of different options as far as stores go. There is Walmart and Home Depot on one side of the Parking lot and on the other side a ton of other options such as restaurants, Staples, Ross, est Buy Petco and others. Nlw to get in here and park semis well there are signs posted no parking over night but well you know at times we do. Bob tail is no problem moving around in here and if your pulling a trailer look at Google maps and use the truck route in for delivery. Inside of the Walmart the shelves were not very well stocked, could have been much cleaner and was very congested. Bathrooms where a wreak. Everyone as far as the staff goes was very friendly and helpful when asked. Parking lot also could have been cleaner but its a very large shopping center with multiple stores so. Thanks 😊

I buy shoe rack when I bring to register they charge me more than was on shelf, when I go back and try to ask employees they don’t give me good answer or service i don’t like to go there anymore

Shopping at the Walmart Super Center makes getting everything on my list easy. The shelves are super stocked and I can always find whatever it is I am looking for. I recommend shopping at Walmart Super Center for the great value offered there.

I mean its Walmart right? One is literally like any any other. The exception of course are the employees. Ive never had a bad experience here. Employees have been helpful whenever Ive asked a question.Oh here is a picture of the birthday bag I bought lol.

Clean. Not too crowded in the afternoon hours, as I was expecting, making it easier to get around in the store, check out, and leave. The shelves in the store seemed nicely shocked. I found what I was looking for, but there are a lot of upper management looking employees standing around up front, if you have any question. Plenty of self checkout lanes were open. And ample parking up close. Also, the entrance was easy to get in and out of. Many ways to get in and out of parking to the main road, causing less jam ups in the parking lot.

This is a well stocked Walmart with a huge selection of kids and baby clothes. I loved it while here on vacation. I wish my Walmart was as lovely 😍

They had everything I needed and so I just wanted. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

No one answers the phone and Customer service center is ALWAYS CLOSED!!!! Why?!? There’s always 4-6 people standing there behind the counter just talking and laughing away and then another girl in a yellow jacket standing behind the counter doing nothing but telling people customer service is closed. How do you close customer service? Makes no sense when I’m sure there is someone there who can be cross trained to do customer service instead of them just laughing and talking away. I have my dad send me gas money all the time (about weekly) and the one time I desperately needed it right then customer service was closed. I had to go to timberville on E as in I’ve already drove on E for 20 miles o the whole time I was praying to God that I would make it without running out of Gas on the interstate. I’d understand if it was once or twice customer service was closed but it’s closed every time I go there and it’s been like that for months.If they have no one to work there then there should’ve been someone cross trained or hired by now having not closed for more than two months is ridiculous.

Im not a fan of Walmart for many, many reasons but I had to go pick up a prescription to help a friend who had surgery and the staff was very nice and helpful. And most importantly. The prescription was ready.

Pickup times always late and always substitute items out that they have in stock inside. Waited from 3:45-5:20 today for my 3-4 pick up today. Had cars pull up after and get their groceries and leave.

Super busy, and too many employees with store pickup carts taking up every lane. Lots of unshielded merchandise everywhere. Looks like store pickup overpowers instore shopping. Needs better management.

Shelves were bare, sadly. Spray paint area needs major renovation! Never have what I am looking for, nor is it stocked (& it hasnt been in a very long time) Employees were working early morning trying to get shelves stocked, all while complaining about what they were doing and how it wasnt their department to be working in. Cashiers were not friendly either.

I like big shopping w market have more asiles with alot foods better than only walmart market w limit asiles because big market have everywhere better than small Walmart market. Thanks.

Editing my review after our most recent grocery pick up. Over an hour and a half we waited in the parking lot for our order that was ready. Just terrible pick up experiences all around at this location.Usually have a good experience with pick up for groceries but this time they literally gave us a bag full of rotted/molding oranges (photo uploaded). We also had a separate issue with curbside pickup order. They couldnt locate our item after we got the email to come get it/order ready for pickup (scanned the barcode and everything). Corporate had to refund us for it and then we went in the store, found the item and rebought the item at checkout.

Was able to purchase and get through the check out line without too much wait. But prices seem to be increasing...it is not the bargain it used to be.

Great experience.. Employees very nice and helpful.. Room for few Semis to park and over night parking aloud ..Its in a big shopping center.. A few restaurants in walking distance..

It was okay. The store was a bit confusing for people who dont shop here often. Also, two associates in the health and beauty area spent their time gossiping rather than working.

Nothing special. Typical Big City Walmart... Faster paced, not a lot of casual shoppers. The vibe shouts rush, rush, hurry!, not as clean as the Walmarts in the Suburbs, but the staff is friendly and there are police officers walking the store, in full uniform, making their presence known. That both worries me, 🤔 and makes me feel safer in the Big City atmosphere of this location. I dont have any complaints though. I have never had a bad experience of any kind here.

Worst pick up EVER!!! Waited 11/2 hour passed our pick up Time and still didnt receive my order!!! Had to cancel! Ive did pick up orders at all the area Walmarts and NEVER EVER had a problem. And actually seeen several Walmart pick up employees loitering around ten pick up orage door doing nothing! My only wish is for yall to have a minus sigh in front of your review! Found moldy cake shoved in by body soap. ONE lane open, ONLY self check out. Lines were insane. Dont buy frozen or cold goods from here because they will be ruined and melted before you even get to check out. While being forced to self check they treat you like a thief and check your recipts instead of ringing the items up themselves. Employees standing around doing nothing to help anyone. Always restocking during busy times so no room to move around their huge carts in the way. Took 3 Employees to mop on area and they still had the hardest time using the mop. Sad sad sad. Avoid this store if possible. 40 mins in a line to check out. While workers walk right passed it all, never making eye contact.

From the resort at Massanutten its about 10 miles away, but excellent location, close to everything.

This Walmart in Mansutton, Va. Was great with help from workers. Store was very clean and clearance center was well put together. You could see the merchandise nit cluttered!

By far the cleanest and most well prepped walmart I have E ER been in. There are about 4 or 5 I frequent back home depending on where I am in the state. This beats then out for cleanliness, order,customer service, speed of cashiers, parking, and even customer base. Dont even feel like I was in a rush for once. 👍🏽💯

Tried pickup service in a pinch which was delayed, then took 2 hours in line waiting before just shopping my own stuff. App crashes and they dont pickup the phone. Spoke with manager who neither showed concern nor any resemblance of managerial skills. Worst customer service experience, ever.Pictured are the other 12 customers waiting to pickup. Nobody had made contact or served them before I left (almost 3 hours later)

Management doesnt care if you need help. They let the lines back up 60 feet and no one will open a new register. At least the store was clean. But hey they had automated check out yourself open.

Quite possibly the most trashed WM I have been to. Dont think its thebstaffs fault, they were nice, clientele seemed to have an issue not throwing things in the floor or just throwing them wherever if they didnt want any item. A lot of random stuff thrown about in HBA section where I was shopping.

The Walmart at Harrisonburg Crossing is the best one to shop at in Harrisonburg!! They have everything youd ever need!! Low prices and a variety of items to choose from!! Friendly staff and fast checkout 🙂 Tons of parking spaces!! Wheelchair accessible!!

Honestly, its a wal mart. But they usually do okay keeping it clean and I like the layout. The pharmacy techs are nice, the bakers are excellent and I have never had a problem asking for assistance from the staff.

Bought tires when they were delivered, Walmart was supposed to install them. They couldnt went to mr.tire in Harrisonburg, VA great!!!

Store was organized and pretty neat, for Christmas-time. Could find someone who helped me, and they were friendly. Checkout staff were fast and friendly.

Disorganized Walmart, busy all the time and reps dont help as much to look for things that should be in obvious places.

Decent selection, not too crowded. We used the self-checkout because, as usual, not many registers were staffed. The most irritating part of self-checkout remains getting the cheap bags opened to put your purchases in.

Paid for my stuff. Got my receipt. Then the person at the door wanted to see my receipt. WRONG!!!!!!!

Went after christmas for deals and the place was a total wreck. Staff has been nothing but nice despite the crazyness they have to deal with.That said, the place is packed and difficult to navigate. If you can find another walmart, maybe try there instead. (Picture is just something random I took a photo of while walking around.)

Worst experience trying to get ahold of someone to solve an issue. nobody answers the phone and when they do they transfer all over the place because nobody apparently can do anything. Dont bother calling it will not accomplish anything.

Nice place to stop and shop on our way to a weeks vacation in Massenutten.

Well, everything had been stocked completely full very recently and the entire place was clean and orderly. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know and they were all very professional and curtiuos and respectful!! I had no idea how much of a variety of invoice that this supercenter actually had until I took the time to fully brouse each isle and for the first time, actually making notes to return on payday and get a few things that were very reasonably priced.

Great service I would go there again, as always great products and go there frequently definitely better than most supermarkets because it has so many things in 1, if you need food you can go there and fi you need something for babaie you can go there too, the employees are really nice, but sometimes things are out of stock for a long time and I always have to wait for a long time, but other than that the store is really good and I would keep going there until a better supercenter open.s

Messy bathroom, the store itself was clean and welcoming. Fast friendly pharmacy.

Shelves either have no pricing or items in wrong spots with wrong tags. Clearly the dept managers dont care or arent doing their job in the fabric dept. Had a manager adjust price of item but seemed unconcerned as he went back to whatever he was doing rather than addressing the issue with employees working that area.

Auto Department is Awesome!! $304 total for all 4 new tires. Promt and friendly service by Daniel and the 2 other guys working with him.
