Have never had a problem here. But then again never go inside. Once you have to deal with the unprofessional person behind the counter, youll realize zero to no customer service. You have just lost a regular customer!

I understand that it’s under new management but the guy with glasses and American flag neck gaiter that doesn’t use as a face mask but instead a fashion accessory is one of your worst employees. Rubbing his nose and then putting his hand on the items I’m purchasing. Better off going to the Marathon down the street.

This car wash just scratched my car badly because thd exit door did not open. The manager said go to another car wash and it will come off. No sir, It wont. Its scratched. All over. I attempted to have a civil conversation but to be dismissed that way is disappointing. I go to shell all the time.

Today I visited this place, to begin with the two people who were working there did not have face masks, one of them named Alicia, later the second male wiped his nose and did not wash his hands after that and he still got upset with me because he was required it.

Busy place! Very friendly staff and Carwash has yet to be closed or not working when I’ve gone. Minus a star for its a difficult intersection to get in and out of .

Workers and customers are not wearing masks... crazy that some people are so selfish.

Didnt know how to apply jewel 20cents off to my purchase and gave me attitude about me not knowing how. Train your employees better if you are promoting this deal all over your station. Ended up paying full price. Hope next shell station will know how to use the rewards.

Worst customer service ever! Their registers and pumps are always malfunctioning, and the ladies who work there will not acknowledge your presence until they have finished their own conversations with each other. Last week on one of the many occasions that their cash registers werent working, I was part of a long, patiently waiting line of customers and we were told verbatim, Youre all probably going to be late for work, so you might as well leave! What a joke. Never again!

Its hard to give a gas station more than 3 stars (its very easy though to give it less). This is a clean place with a good selection of drinks. Im partial to the fountain though and theirs is good, but no add ons.

One of the Lowest price shell gas i know. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Plus there is a good fast food place next to it.

The manger was so rude, my car wash wasn’t working and I didn’t understand it and he said he could do nothin about it. how helpful is that and than he rudely walked away and slammed the door on my face and the old lady was laughing at me the whole time cause I was confused and didn’t know. Some people don’t know what to do or understand and they were rude as could be shell in Hanover Park in the worse gas station

There is gas, and you can drive right up. While you are filling your tank, you can talk to lots of random people and maybe make some new friends. It is brightly lit and clean.

This place is almost always packed with customers, and since the shop is on the small side, occasionally you find yourself waiting in line and feeling the person behind you breathing on your neck. Being in DuPage county, cigarettes are cheaper, but its also only *just* over the border from Cook, so their prices are still a tad higher than if you go a bit further up the road. My brand is a dollar cheaper at Stogies, the tobacco shop and smoking lounge located less than a mile east of here, right behind the Dennys. Otherwise, merch and gas prices are competitive, and the staff are all pretty cool, ready to help you if youre looking for something.

Consistent high-performing gas. Even when it costs a little more, I get better mileage out of Shell gas in my Honda Silver Wing than nearly every other brand.
