This morning I went into 711 and when I was about to pay I encountered a man asking the cashier for some cigars and she refused to sell them and tried pushing him away..!! People noticed the cashier different, to me it seemed like the cashier was or very drunk or on drugs!!!!! Very unprofessional

The man working refused to allow me to use the lottery vending machine at 9pm. That is prior to everyone else selling and paying out lottery tickets. Vending machines are usually available anytime I walk into other stores and it will be midnight. He was standing outside smoking and on the phone. He had a terrible attitude and I will never return just because he was dishonest about lottery times and just lazy.

The slurpee machines were really wack. they were melted and not good flavors. the man was touching the caps with his hands and was putting them back when they were on the counter. very stank and very sticky.

Its a very neat store and everything but thanks for showing how honest you guys are (not). Left my debit card there and when i came back to ask for my card. Cashier seemed a bit suspicious and not honest about having my card.

Neither cashiers wore masks.

Best night time experience in my 7- eleven history! Sadly I didn’t catch the coolest mans name but 7- eleven now has a life time customer because of that gentleman. Thank you my dude!

I was there with my freind and we just buying snacks and we were waiting in there for about 20 min, waiting for someone, and the guy at the register told us we were in there for too long even though we bought stuff from the store, and the guy couldn’t have been thinking we are stealing because we’re standing by him the whole time. Disappointed
