Horrible experience with the owner/manager Doug at regional homes mobile homes sales in Hammond. I was asked what color exterior vinyl I wanted. I requested gray. Showed up light tan, not even close to gray. Doug admitted he was supposed to call me before delivering to tell me that was the only color he could get. But he forgot to. Told me it was out of his hands and would not change the color no matter what. Nor would he pay for anyone to change the vinyl to a gray. You would think since I bought 3 homes at once, you would get treated better than this. Also had homes delivered with no faucets in bathroom, lol. Wow.1 week later making another post. as you can see, owner says he apologizes for dropping the ball. So i email them asking if he going to do anything about the wrong color exterior vinyl installed on home delivered. NO RESPONSE YET! i will continue to post

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never been more upset and displeased by a company in my whole life. Something that should have been easy and a great experience has been a nightmare. We have been told one lie after another and after my husband has been more then nice and understanding to these swindlers, the manager or owner or whatever he is has the nerve to say basically we have to deal with things like the floor in front of the front door buckling, no electric outlet for the washer to plug into in the laundry room, no vent hole for the dryer vent hose to vent of, we still dont have skirting, the extra refrigerator we were promised in the beginning is not coming. He has had to unwrap all the appliances, put in all the drawers, all the domes for the lights outside, get all the permits, get estimates for most everything. We started this processing in February and it is now July and he still cannot move in. The air conditioning installer didnt finish the install and we had to have an electrician come put in fuses not to mention he left all of the trash in our back yard to us to deal with. The house received damage to the siding when being brought to our property and it took 2 months for them to even come fix that which they also left all the trash from fixing it in the front bed room. The sales lady Lori either doesnt respond when my husband calls her, gives him a bs excuse for things, or most recently yells at him for calling her with yet another issue. Doug spoke to my husband today and pretty much said he doesnt care and we have to live with it however it is. I will be contacting everyone I can higher up than this location because our issues will be addressed and fixed now and not 4 months from now but I strongly warn anyone looking for a home not to even pull in these peoples parking lot. I have the timeline and information for this whole process and let me tell you what I have stated in this long review is not complete. There is still way more that we have dealt with and tried to work through. We should have walked away from the start.

At first I had put a negative review on here based on my initial experience after I had a rather significant issue with my purchase. However I made the mistake of voicing my opinion before I gave them the opportunity to make it right. All I have to say is Mr. Doug Spring was very gracious and didn’t ask any questions or challenge my “story”. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service he provided me and the integrity to make a mistake not only right but very generously so. He kept me updated on the progress of the solution and saw to it that it was finalized. These are great people and you can hang your hat on what they tell you.

Before you stop shopping for a nice mobile or modular home come to this place. Very worth it and moneys worth.

Sales and finance department were super, got my trailer 5 months ago still have not come to do repairs,missing siding doors dont shut like they should, missing toielit top&fixturesIts been right at 2 yrs still dont have a a top on toilet tank,didnt fix all of broken siding

Basically told us theses homes are over A Hundred Thousand and our other lot has cheaper homes and explained to us how to get there.........I guess they knows what’s in people’s wallets I wouldn’t buy from here or your Cheaper lotI should post you a picture of our New Home Y’all Lost!

Small place but has a good inventory and knowledgeable staff. Great place for your mobile home needs!

Service was exceptional.

They dont show what days they are open are the times. When you call no answering machine to give you information. We are 1 hour away, but didnt know if they were open on Saturday.
