We were only browsing, but salesman helping us was very knowledgeable about the inventory as well as when new mobile homes were coming in, we would love to do business with them one day.

Purchased my home from here and NOTE the manufacture didnt put the drain line from the washing machine past the insulation. Instead it was in between the floor and insulation. The plumbers didnt even notice this and what happened. The first day I used my washer my whole Landry room, hall, and both closets were flooded took every piece of clothing I had to get it up. Then told me to cut my own insulation let it dry out and they taped it back up. 6 months later we find mold and who fixes this issue? Not them, Not the manufacture. But I. DONT PURCHASE FROM CLAYTON HOLMES...... SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Very friendly and professional staff. I bought my Modular in Covington but Hammond took care of little repairs I had and sent the nicest people to my house and finish what Covington didn’t do cause they had closed that office. I had an excellent experience with this location.

My husband an I went to Clayton Homes in May. We did our application with Ms. Lydia. I have called, texted and emailed her about our MONEY she finally messaged back in July and said she would have to request our money back. I waited a month before I called, texted and email. NO RESPONSE. This is crazy because every phone call was answered until she got my money. I do not like to talk bad about anyone. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Dealing w/Clayton is a horrible experience i wouldnt wish upon my worst enemy. Rebecca is the laziest person ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She has no motivation to get moving and honestly shes useless. If talk to Shane you start to think things are going to start getting handled but they dont. Just avoid at all cost.

Ive had many problems dealing with Clayton Homes. Ive gotten a new mobile home from them and although everything on my end was taken care of I felt as though they were dragging and not getting things moving along as things should have been. I would not recommend Clayton Homes to my family or my friends ever in my life! Do not buy anything from Clayton Homes if you dont have to! The only thing that I liked from there was the mobile home that I was purchasing. And the only person who I actually felt was helpful was Rebecca and she works in the office NOT in sales!

I have had a good experience with clayton homes, yes some problems but no business is without problems. Overall I can say this, I was treated with respect and had the sales staff go the extra mile to help me get what I needed. Also the service department, Mrs.Rebecca was awesome and on top of her job.Thanks Clayton Homes.

I wouldn’t recommend Clayton Homes in Hammond to anyone. We were working with Lydia(and I use the term working very loosely)seeing there wasn’t much work on her end. We were given a key and told to take pictures of the numbers we liked and then she had my daughter number them from favorite to least favorite. Never once gave a price on anything even though from the start we gave her our budget we were working with. Had us sign a “generic” purchase agreement and then didn’t hear from her after that for weeks. I called her everyday for a month and left messages on her voicemail and with the receptionist never got a call back. My wife emailed her saying we needed an update and once again didn’t get a response. She finally texted my wife at 7:30 at night several weeks later saying “I think I missed your recent call”. My wife told her she has missed several call for several weeks. She then responded with “if I’m not available ask for Miss Chantelle”. We said yeah we have left several messages for her as well with no call back. Her answer to that was “sorry bout that”. So needless to say we went elsewhere and in two weeks my daughter has her new mobile home.

Does Rebecca ever do her job? 😂😂😂If you ever find yourself in a position where you want to buy a manufacturered home from Clayton- DONT. They dont help you out with anything. They dont care about your time frame, they drag their feet until they HAVE to get to it. They couldnt care less about their customers.If you find yourself needing to use Clayton AVOID DAVID or DAVE or whatever name he wants to go by. It should be Luicfer because he is a N I G H T M A R E.Dont do this to yourself. Save some yourself some heartache and go ANYWHERE else.

Gave these people money to hold home,they told me they could hold for 120 days, just a little before two weeks they told me that someone else wanted home they would not hold it that I could come in in two more weeks and get my money back. The bank says I have to start paperwork all over again because that home was what we had serial numbers on it. So now I have to start all over again.

I felt judged the second I walked in the door. I was handed a key and told to “go find what I want”. I was talked to like a child and would never waste another minute of my life here. I was given a price on a house of over $30,000 more than down the street for the exact same home. This place is a joke! Disrespectful employees and the “sales manager” is the worst one!

Thanks for sharing your experience with clayton Hammond. That was just enough for me to keep LOOKING for another company who cares about great customer services to build my home. Sorry you guys had to endure that. Hope you get some resolve on the issues. Mj

Nice homes, affordable prices. Decent quality. Good end of year deals. Messy parking lot. Went on rainy day. Parking lot isnt paved so it was messy.

Where do I start? We purchased a home from them after flooding twice. After going threw something like that, the last thing we wanted to do is deal with such unprofessional people! So we waited months to get our home moved on the property, it was excuses after excuses for why we were having to wait. Well after we FINALLY got our home together and set up we did our own walk through and notices A LOT OF cosmetic issues. Every room and every window seal had buckles in then tile and wood work, my sons room have wet spots on his walls. My screen for my doors didnt fit, my front screen door handle was broke and was missing pieces to it, my master bathroom sink was side ways and had a big gap in it, and the worst of them all MY SHOWER WAS BUILT SIDEWAYS! Yes sideways! The wall to the shower looks like its about to fall over and my shower doors wont close so its causing water to go in my walls. The shower is falling in from the bottom and cant be used bc of it! Well since the beginning of February weve tried to get someone out here to fix it and have yet to get it fixed. Ive called and complained and Ive also went up there and complained and still NOTHING! Im always being told so and so isnt there, the manger isnt there, they will have someone come out, they will have someone call me, blah blah blah. So 2 men come out to my house 4/19/2017 and fix my screen door and after that THEY LEFT, they didnt talk with me, they didnt let me know they were leaving as I was in the other room, they didnt leave a note, they didnt communicate with me, THEY JUST LEFT.... WITHOUT FIXING MY SHOWER! So you mean to tell me you came all the way out here to fix my door and NOT MY SHOWER when thats the main thing Ive been complaining about?? I dont get it! Theyre the most unprofessional, rudest, selfish people Ive EVER dealt with. Mind you this is NOT a used home, it is a brand NEW 2017 home that Im referring to. I should NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE TYPE OF ISSUES! Im beyond unsatisfied and disappointed I cant even describe in words. I will NEVER suggest to anyone to buy anything from these people EVER! Its so bad Ive had to contact my lawyer and get her involved. Im so disappointed in these people and the way they handle situations! Its just pitiful....

Ive been dealing with lydia for about 1.5 years trying to get a home delivered thru restore la and she has always been delightful to deal with and has went out of her way to do what she could to help . i would recommend her and clayton homes in hammond la. if your looking to buy a new home. i had went to a couple other home centers but shes by far the most courteous of them all.

The sale of the home was well executed. However, service has been terrible. I have been waiting for over a month for a toilet seat that was missing upon delivery of the home. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and my personal visits have yet to result in a toilet seat...

Sales staff was very knowledgeable but there was no follow through for our request to have a mover call us.
