Trash. Should be negative stars. Believe the reviews. Called me and I let him know we were considering another place. He immediately became very rude and hung up on me. Called me back within 5 minutes to crawfish and I informed him that I didn’t appreciate his conduct and hung up on him. He began calling my FATHER☠️ So I called him back to let him know that neither of us had anything to say to him. He challenged me to “come say it to my face” lmaoooooo😂. And before he jumps on here and starts telling lies, we were approved to buy a home from him and decided against it. We went with Victory Homes and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Rude guy. When I told him he was a LOSER for speaking to customers the way he does he responded, “Tough talk from a guy that makes $12 an hour and works at the zoo.” Neither of those things is accurate but go off. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Got a brand new trailer with amazing warranties vs a 10 year old model with no warranties for a similar price. Shop around.

If I could give negative stars I would! This company is absolutely horrible! The owner is very greedy and will try to rip you off. He kept telling us that we couldn’t “afford” a 112k mobile home. He kept saying it was impossible for our note to be under 1k a month. He treated us like we were idiots. Little did he know that my husband is a salesman and knew all his horrible tactics he was trying to use on us. And that we already knew we had excellent credit because we spoke to a mobile home lender ahead of time and they told us what our max budget would be to put us at the note we wanted. We purchased a home from McComb home center and spent 40k more and our note with insurance is well under 1k a month.

Horrible customer service...they never return phone calls or keep you informed. Especially the very unprofessional salesperson named Garry

My husband and I went here and looked at homes the salesman was great but we found one that we liked and wanted to know the prices with the furniture included and he told us Monday its Wednesday and my husband has been texting and calling and has yet to get a response dont recommend

Wish I could give a negative star !!!!!!! Be warned !!!!!!At the end of April me and my husband went to burgues homes to find a home on there lot to buy . We finally agreed on a home in may and signed are closing paper work in the beginning of June . We have been waiting since may, it is September...... they blamed Covid for the delay but we called the manufacturer our self after this was all going on to see if it truly was Covid . They told us no they do not have a delay on homes it’s taking 6 weeks as normal to get a home delivered..... so at this point we were getting upset because it has been months they promised us (3) different delivery dates the last one they got it delivered but it went to our lot instead of our property because they were struggling getting the paper work done for tax reasons at this point it has been 4 months and they have not gotten everything figured out on there end . But they sure did get our closing money 10,600 months ago. So we decided to go look at the house before it got delivered to our property . We walked in and they ordered the WRONG house !!!!!!!! Months of waiting for the wrong dang house !!!!!! So we asked to speak to the OWNER, we drove up the front building he took awhile to come out to speak with us . He came out very mad we were sure it was because the sales man messed up, but he came out mad at us and taking it out on us. We tried to show him proof of the documents that we talked about before he ordered the home that they were incorrect on there side . He then started to tell us what would we like him to do .... my answer was what do you think you should do as the owner of this company to help fix the problem that is at hand ? He then told us he will not do anything on his end to fix anything unless we pay $7000 dollars more for the home and wait 7 months because the price of lumber has gone up . But at this point none of this was our fault so I felt we should not pay an extra $7000 for there mess up ! When we told him no we don’t want to do that he said either take the house that they had on there lot or take our money and leave . We thought about it and we decided to take the house that we did not order !!!!!!! Because we needed a home to live in I just had a baby so there were no choices here ! So when we told him we would just take the house he came back out side with a refund check and said he refuses to sell our house that we just signed on to us ! So be warned that he probably marked up this house because every one needing a house ! Sorry about the rant just be warned don’t waist your time people (yes I did argue with him because any normal person at the point of getting the wrong freaking house would be yelling and trying to prove to someone they are wrong they needed to fix the mistake they made !!!!!!!!!!!)I did not curse I front of my kids . The screaming did happen do to you luring and trying to cover things up I will have my day in court with you . Please do not add more lies to the pot . Like you ordered the right house and made us wait months and all you can say is sorry ? Have a great day thank you for your response (lies)

If you value your peace stay far away from ross Bourgeois he is not a man of his word all he cares about is money stay tuned for news updates on his theft of elderly he was over paid and refused to pay back now there will be a civil suit I cant believe this place is in business BUYER BEWARE READ REVIEWS

Staff was nice but that’s about all I can say good I was told 4 weeks for my home to be built and delivered its been almost 3 months and I still haven’t got it and all they tell me is it’s scheduled for today

Experience and excellent staff. My sister needed to move due to her job. Instead of just selling a home, they made us feel at home. Almost made me want to move ! But definitely a great company that worked with us especially with us coming back and forth out of state.

The staff at Bourgeois are top notch! From my experience they were extremely knowledgeable about the homes they had on the lot and I can not wait to do more business with them in the future.

I went in to Bourgeois to ask questions on how to go about purchasing a home. Rules and regs (as you can tell Im a green horn) I was met with EXCELLENT customer service. Got all my questions answered and decided at that moment to not waste any time and apply for financing. Got approved Picked the one I wanted and now awaiting my lot to be ready for delivery. The staff really walked me through the whole nine yards. A+++++++ Service. Highly Recommend.

This company is all about the money. I can’t image a man who runs this company can sleep peacefully at night. The way you treat others and be so nonchalant. To disrespect people and their elderly parents. To say one thing and immediately contradict exactly what was said. To have double standards. All smiles and buddy buddy until that ink dries. Unable to make contact, dodging phone calls and then hide in your office when we come to the office. Crappy sorry contractors that he hires to complete the work can’t even do that. He makes you want to question your own sanity and we have every right to file a complaint with this BBB, because we know we are not the only ones who have experienced this manipulation to have a glimmer of hope of a roof over our heads and a bright future.

I went there to look at the homes they had for sale. I got Matt as a salesman, he was very understanding on what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in. Matt went above and beyond to get us in a home fit for us.We purchased the home he had it delivered to out land, and blocked it up without going over our budget. From day one Matt has always kept In touch with us, and returned all our calls. To all that read this. I made a deal with the owner on a hand shake. Then when he wrote it up it was different. So I went back to my original home at Clayton homes. Well one of his people called me and asked why I didnt buy one from him. I told them that we made a deal and when he wrote it up it was different. Well in 5 minutes later the owner calls me and proceeded to try to belittle me and slander me. He kept saying that I couldnt get the money and stuff like that. Which is a lie. So if you go see these people and dont buy from them be ready to be called and belittled. And if you want to check to see if this is true are go see Clayton homes I bought one there and they didnt belittle me or try to cause problems for me.

Terrible people and the finishings of these homes are so bad! Everything is extremely cheap. They also hire people who just plain dont care! Basically glue your siding and cabinets. Youve been warned! Stay away!

The owner promise to sell us a double wide mobile home at a price of 60,000 tax title an licensing an one was on his lot it might be sold but he had one on the way or he could or we could order one that we could pick out the colors this home was for my son so the second trip I bought my wife with me to get her to see it he told us to bring a down payment of 6,000 certificate check from bank then when we get down there he told us that it was possible sold an they only put a thousand down an tryed to sell us a cheap model or I can take smaller home I wander why he just didnt tell me the truth I wouldnt a wasted any more of my time an gas money to make another trip down there I wish people was just honest instead of trying to make a sell if I told my son that night the first time we were there right before we left he was trying to crawfish out of the deal why he didnt tell me on the phone that he couldnt do it before I did all of this because he thought that I was going to settle for that cheaper model an he was going to make that sell if anyone reads this please stay any from this place

Their advertisements and deals are absolutely lies and misleading. Guaranteed they can work with you if credit over 620 ... until they think they can get more money out of you ... then they just impact your credit and try to take your money. STAY AWAY!!

The worlds biggest Shister!! His promises are just as worthless and as low as a snakes belly. He has a wonderful salesman but Ross is the owner and even when you do EVERYTHING that’s asked of you, he jabs a knife in your back while smiling at your face. If you want to be lied to and treated like you’re worthless, Ross is your maggot. You’ve been notified.

He seemed like a real nice person and seemed very helpful. He showed us a mobile home and told us it was mid 40s with TTL and upon getting the details if was actually almost 50000 with TTL. We gave him a deposit for the trailer at the cost we were promised. We decided to go to another lot without the lies and he said he would give us our deposit back and he would put in a request for it. He never did. I drove to his lot and he was not there and had not left a check for us. I was told he would not be back till Monday. So I called Monday morning and he was very rude and said he wouldnt give us our money back. Buyers beware.

Had a relative that needed help. Staff was friendly and easy to work with!

Terrible...terrible...the goal is to get the largest down payment out of you! I put down a deposit and when I didn’t get financing as promised...no refund on deposit! You’ve been warned.
